Denny turned my hybrid specialized bike into a cruiser for me. He did an excellent job and very inexpensive. I go to him for all my bike repairs he’s very good. He has fixed my derailer twice on my recumbent trike. He’s good at tire repairs, tuneups and helps you find the right bike for you.

This bicycle shop is awesome.friendly people run this place, even if you don’t find the right bicycle, still a great pleasant shopping experience.

Poor customer. Service. Tiny store. No one in there. But still can’t shop or look around without a mask, call ahead for spot and curb side. Paranoid. Don’t mind the mask. But not going to buy a bike for a child with the cold trying it out.

I didnt have the right tools to fix my wheel hub and they were able to quickly get me back riding for a very reasonable fee.

Was pretty disappointed all 3 times I came in. The first time he pushed hard on the limited amount of trikes he had. And completely knocked traditional upright bikes which we had come in for as well. I did not purchase a trike from him because I wanted to try multiple ones out before committing. I did however go back after purchasing a trike and had planned to give all my buisnesss from that point forward. However, the guilt trip of not buying the trike from him was a bit much. I did have him order a water holder. Picked it out from a catalog. He said I should hear back in a week. 3weeks later... he calls and says my holder is in and something else (cant remember) that I didnt even order. I went in to pick up the item I ordered. It wasnt the right item. At all. Wrong color. Wrong material... I tell him and he says oh they were out. Told him that he should have called me When finding out they were out instead of just picking any ole thing and saying my item is there. I wasted a trip to pick up something I didnt even order and the simple solution was to be upfront on the phone when the problem started. At this point I wont be back and will get and further add ons for trike elsewhere as I dont have confidence in how unorganized owner seems to be. Its unfortunate as i would have loved to have stayed local.

Purchased a hand cycle from this shop for our son this summer. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Information received before the purchase and since buying the bike has been nothing short of amazing. This business reminds me of the small town I grew up in. They remember who you are, treat you like family, do what they promise they will do, and it is ready when they say it will be done. Thanks guys. You are nothing short of amazing!!

Always have good work done here, they have repaired my bikes for 15 years. Price is on par or better then everyone else in town, owner is VERY knowledge about bikes and will tell you anything you need to know. Also have a unique collection of bikes if you are looking to buy. High quality accessories that (lights, attachments) that withstand the weather.

Good service, good prices. Had to go to a couple different shops to find a good used bike for a solid price. This place had a nice selection of bikes that fit what I was looking for (cheap, used, good condition bike to get me to and from school every day).

I went to The Used Bike Shop because they had a cool used bike in the window. I inquired about other used bikes, but they refused to listen to me. Instead, I was met with a passionate argument why I should NOT ride a normal bike, and instead opt for a recumbent. I feel like these guys have been picked on for riding recumbents and are taking their animosity out on customers seeking something else. It is bizarre they carry anything other than recumbents if they refuse to sell them.

Needed to replace a broken pedal, was in and out in no time.

The first time I met Denny was in February when my mom took me in with her after he was able to do what Cycle Works had said couldnt be done and put a rack on my Trek road bike. He also talked to us about the wonders of recumbent bicycles and really sold us on the idea, but we thought we wouldnt be able to afford them for a long time. He was very honest and down to earth which was refreshing.Monday I met Josh for the first time when my husband and I came in looking to see if they had any used hybrid bicycles. Funny enough while I was in the process of looking for a hybrid bicycle, my husband spotted a used recumbent 2-wheeler and had to see how much it was going for. We ended up buying not just that recumbent bicycle for me, but also another used one for my husband. Josh gave us a lot of great information, best practices, and tips about how to get started. Before I even finished talking with Josh, my husband was out the door trying his out!! Then despite it sprinkling outside we stopped at an empty parking lot on the way home so we could really try out the bicycles and it was such fun, we felt like little kids whod just been given a new toy!! We then took them over to my parents house so they could try them out too cause I knew they had always wanted to try one. Now my co-workers cant wait till I ride it to work so they can try it out too!!Even though CycleWorks is right down the street, well be driving the extra distance to have Denny or Josh work on any bicycle problems we have in the future!!!

I purchased my Trike just over a year ago. I have had a couple of warranty items fixed the day I noticed a problem. A few items I ordered have arrived very quickly. I will definitely continue doing business with them.

Wonderful experience! I had my sons bicycle brakes fixed and a water bottle holder & taillight installed. In and out in a few minutes!

SO RUDE, I called to discuss a bike repair I needed on a bike I already own, instead of being helpful the man stated. You should of bought the bike here NOT HELPFUL. Didnt even get to the part of asking for the cost of the repair needed.

They should call it the Used Elitist Bike Shop. I took in a schwinn to try to sell and he just said no, its crap...awesome thanks.

The owner/mechanic was very opinionated, ran his mouth off, and was rude. I took my rim to the shop to have it straightened. It only lasted 10 miles before 7 spokes loosened up making the rim out of true.
