I recently bought a new bike online from Method and the entire experience was awesome. Working with Jason remotely was better than most experiences Ive had in person and on par with the most trusted bike shop relationships I have locally. The bike arrived packaged amazingly well, and Jason was responsive and attentive throughout the entire process and followed up after it arrived.

Jason and Method Cycles were awesome to deal with. Im in NH and had been looking for the Niner RLT steel, Method Cycles had one and shipped to NH. Packing was tight and dont think the bike ever moved in the box from Nebraska to New Hampshire. Took the bike out and as stated, it was like new (this was advertised as a Demo bike with less than 100 miles). No scuffs, no scratches and for all intents and purposes looked like a new bike. Would highly recommend the team at Method cycles for any Internet purchases.

Jason and the Method Cycles crew set the bar nationally for how to run a bike shop in 2019. I purchased my bike through them online across the country and their customer support was top-notch, never left me hanging when I had specific questions/needs, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless experience. If I lived in Lincoln, theres no doubt this would be my goto LBS. Thank you guys. Cheers!

Paid $7,712.00 up front for them to order my bike and my husband a whole bike parts kit. That was 2 1/2 months ago. Kept getting the run around of it should be coming next week. After awhile he would not respond to texts email or phone calls. Went to shop to confront him and all he had to say was he had some good things come up. So he must have used our money for his good things. I just want my money back so I can move on.

The newly tuned fork is awesome. I didnt realize what the problem was these last couple years. Tires, bad skills, etc...but I finally got out to Platte and destroyed most every PR in Strava. I had a ton of confidence in the bike because of the changes you made. I also cant wait for the next FAC.

Good selection of beers. Nice environment. Very modern. The staff seem to think they are doing you a favor. I can deal with a lot less than the insane obsequiousness you usually get, but sarcasm is still unprofessional, anywhere. Wear headphones. Drink your beer. Dont get coffee. And get out.

I shipped my bike through these guys so they packed it up and got it going through BikeFlights. Not only are they on the cheaper side in Lincoln, I felt very comfortable letting them handle my bike. They are very professional and do a great job! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for bike help! If I still had a bike to be serviced, they would be the ones I would go to.

If beers and bikes in the same building sounds appealing to you, then this is the mothership.Well curated list of boutique beers and espresso up front with a premium bike shop full of road, mountain, cross and adventure bikes in the back. Lots of demo and rental bikes available.Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great place to get a “taste” of the Lincoln cycling scene.

The bar and shop are a nice aesthetic, clean, and with friendly staff. Rating is not for the bar side though, its for the bike shop. If you have days on end to kill, this is the place to take your bike. However, I needed my bike back as soon as possible (one tired needed replaced) and it took two days. When I initially dropped it off early in the morning, I was told it would be ready by close at noon. I asked if I needed to leave my phone number and was told it was not necessary as it would be ready.Went to pick it up and it hadnt even been touched. Was told it would be ready next day, morning. Came back the next day around 3pm thinking that was enough time. Still hadnt been touched so he started to replace the tire right then and there. Then he said I really needed a new chain. I asked how long that would take and was told he could do it right then. Took about an hour and one half to replace the tire and chain. The repairman was running around the whole time for my order and others.Again, the staff was really nice and the repair guy was nice but there was no consistency for the orders. Names and phone numbers were also not paired with the bikes and sometimes the staff was not sure where a bike was (this is a tiny shop, one would think it would be hard to lose a bike but I watched it happen three times over).I had an easy fix that should not have taken two days to repair. Had the shop taken my phone number, I could have been contacted about the status. For $60, it wasnt worth my time.

I dropped by, as usual, to get my pretentious caffeine fix. It was a chilly, yet rather nice day for a winter in Nebraska. My hands felt the chill of the cold metal handle as I opened the large glass door that led into the welcoming warmth of the humble coffee and bike shop. There, I was slightly caught off guard by a new face behind the counter. She seemed rather timid and perhaps more introverted than your typical hipster barista would be. However, I knew I was in good hands as the lovely Anne was training the new introverted hipster in the ways of the barista. As I struck up a casual conversation with the owner and began to browse the ever-evolving menu selection, Anne proceeded to offer me a free “training drink” on the house. It just so happened to be that the same drink she offered me was the one I had considered ordering all along – a cortado. What luck! I knew right then and there that Method Cycles & Craft House could never let me down. In the midst of my bliss, something out of the corner of my eye caught my attention. As I glanced down the counter towards the door, my heart fluttered with unexpected delight. There, at the end of the counter, one perfectly baked raspberry muffin sat cooling on a small baking rack. Just when I thought this encounter couldn’t get any better, it did. Should I wait for my cortado first? Heavens no! I must seize this moment and let the currents take me! I casually picked up the perfect raspberry muffin and sunk my teeth into it’s crystalized top. This was it. This is what life was all about. As I took in the joy of that first bite, the introverted barista-in-training gently placed the four ounces of pretentious coffee in front of me. Steam rose off of the cortado in what looked to be a small tea candle holder. You know the coffee is going to be good when it is served in a tiny mason jar. I lifted the candle jar to my lips and let the aromas take me. The different notes and layers of the cortado danced around on my tongue. As the sensations of that first sip faded, I gave the new barista a smile. You did well, young apprentice. You did well.
