Been trading wit the Bike Rack for years because its close to my house. Bought my bike there a number of years ago and loaned it to someone recently. Theyd taken the tires off, one had come off the rum, the thing was filthy, needed a general tuneup. The guys at the shop were wonderful and put my bike back together, cleaned it up and put new brake cables on.

I had a wonderful experience!! Every employee I encountered, both on the phone and in person, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. My sons bike tire was having issues. I called ahead to make sure they had the size I needed in stock. When I arrived to make my purchase, the person I spoke to ended up fixing our tire and didnt charge anything!! I am definitely a customer for life. I will be returning for all our future bike needs. Thank you Bike Rack!! You guys rock!!

We have purchased a few bikes from The Bike Rack over the years due to the quality and service. If I have any questions or concerns, I feel no hesitation in asking. They are more than willing to work with us and directed us to bikes that worked best for each member of our family as well as accessories that assist us in enjoying our biking experience.

I came in with a jogging stroller and they were so quick to help diagnose my tire issue. I never once felt out of place bringing a stroller to a bike shop. They were so happy to help and checked everything over to make sure I was good to go.

Had issues with both of my boys bikes. Brought it in thinking I was going to have to just leave it with them. But to my surprise, mechanic came out and started making all the adjustments need to both bikes on the fly and than we were on our way. I had my mountain bike to get a new back rim.I told them I was wanting a bolt on tire.I didnt notice it when I got home that it was a quick release rim. Now they dont answer the phone.

I took my bike into The Bike Rack to get it tuned up after years of sitting in storage, expecting to pay a decent amount to get it to riding shape. I believe his name was Matt who had it ready to ride within a couple hours of me dropping it off without an appointment. I appreciate him not trying to nickel and dime me for things I didn’t need. Instead, he took care of the few things that needed to be done for next to nothing. I was appreciative of the quick and honest service.

The Bike Rack was extremely helpful and easy to buy from. Not only did they actually have a bike that fit me in stock, which was a miracle in and of itself, but they answered all my questions over the phone, were able to put the bike on hold for me until I could drive up and get it, and just overall had excellent customer service. Once I showed up to get it, they went over the bike and its features, and suggested I check it for fit and comfort, including taking it outside for a test even though it was drizzling. They really wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with it. Once I was sure I wanted it, they gave it a tune up and checked it for any issues, including tire pressure and wheel true, and went over the warranty and their lifetime services. The entire process was just really pleasant, and they seemed as excited for me to get a new bike as I was.

I stopped in to get some sealant and I was helped right away and got what I wanted in short order.I was out riding one time and I had a low tire and I stopped in and they got a floor pump and pumped it up for me so I can be on my way

I just upgraded from my 2004 Specialized Rockhopper to a Cannondale Topstone 1. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic. I had lots of questions about going into drop bars, disc brakes, and new styles of shifters. He was thorough in his explanation and very patent with my many questions. He was very helpful in my selection of addons and the mechanic was quick to install them. The team was also very informative on what to look for to indicate upcoming maintenance and/or when to make adjustments to the bike fit.My favorite part was the review of the bike purchase checklist. It increased my confidence that they would support my bike for years and Ill be coming back in the future.

I initially purchased the XLAB Areo Pouch 300 online and was thrilled to see that I could get it locally. When I picked it up I realized that I also needed to have a bracket assembly for attaching to my bike. I then went back in the store and they proceeded to help me place another order and this time for the XLAB Delta 425. Eli then contacted me a couple days later via email that the order was ready for pickup.Both of these are not regularly stocked in stores locally and need to be purchased online. Again I was glad to see that I could purchase these items locally, and not have to place an order with an out of state seller.

At both stores their inventory had the exact bikes I was looking for and comparing. I spoke with Josh in Lincoln, who was extremely helpful and friendly.Then in Omaha where I ended up finding a Trek Checkpoint AL4 on sale, George assisted me. He was also very polite and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to recommend.They give you ample time to test out the bikes you are interested in and do not pressure you in your decision.Also their procedures during this time of social distancing are very comforting as they make sure to follow state and CDC recommendations to a tee.I will no doubt be telling others about my experience at both Bike-Rack Stores as it was top notch and I will be coming back.

I really appreciate how quickly you were able to fix my bike. I also like the outdoor option at least until the weather becomes colder &/or wetter.I suffered a sidewall failure on my back wheel just after starting a bike ride. After I returned home, I brought my bike to you & one of our bike technicians took a look, presented my options to me then replaced my rear tire. I was done within 30 minutes. That was great service especially since I expected to have to leave my bike with out. Now, Im all ready to ride again!

I purchased a bike this week, and once I got home it didnt feel right. I brought it back and the mechanics tried to modify it to make the fit just right. They added a new stem and raised my seat. Once I got home, I again tried the bike but honestly it felt too small. I called the store back the following day and asked if I could try the next size up and no questions asked, the Bike Rack brought out the new size and sure enough that solved my problem. They moved all the accessories I had purchased from the first bike to the new one I eventually took home. The customer service here is beyond compare. Thank you, Bike Rack! Im now ready to hit the trails.

Very helpful! I purchased an electric bike online and the gearing was not even close to what i wanted. After trying other shops with absolutely zero success, the bike racks staff had all my aftermarket parts found and ordered in 10 minutes.Their service, knowledge, and patience is second to none.

They know which products are useful, and they carry them, so I find what I want -- even when bigger stores dont carry them! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The service department will give you free advice if you decide to do the repair yourself. Yes, you can order items cheaper online, but go to the Bike Rack and keep a valuable, local business viable.

Took my MTB in to get the Rock Shock lockout worked on, which I was assured when I brought it in that it could be done. Had my bike for 2 days and when I went to pick it up they told me they wouldnt work on it because they didnt install it. They also didnt assemble the bike in its entirety in the first place but thats besides the point. Thanks for nothing wasting & my time!

I really appreciate your easy to use website. I’m out of the Kearney area so it’s not easy to make a long wasted trip there. You’re one of the only places that don’t have anything to hide in my opinion as you have all your prices listed compared to others who don’t. That means a lot when you are an out of towner!!
