Absolutely great. Was with my son looking to buy skis and boots and Craig took so much time to listen to what his needs would be and help select equipment not based on price but on the right fit. We purchased virtually new skis and bindings at half price and after trying on at least 6 or 7 boots Craig decided with us that maybe waiting until they get some more stock in would be best for finding the perfect boot. There was no pressure just an eagerness to help and educate and ensure we made the right purchase. I very highly recommend!

This ski shop is incredible. Service was friendly, patient, and made sure I got the equipment that was right for me. They answered all of questions in detail and helped me understand what I was purchasing. The prices are very good, and the selection here is enormous. Knowledgeable staff and huge selections. I have bought a few pairs of skis here over the years and have been very happy with the products and svc. Right now (July 21’) they have a tent set up with some great leftover deals. Worth a stop for sure if youare looking for a new setup. Shop also gives an awesome ski time

I wish I knew what I did now when I came in to purchase some gear last Summer. I had only skied a few times and asked for help getting into a pair of starter boots. I ended up being sold boots that I now know are for wide footed skiers when my feet are about as narrow as they come and poles too big for my stature. After a full season of skiing and learning, I’ll unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere to replace the gear I should have been more educated not to purchase.

This place is flat out, the best. They stand behind their product, have incredibly knowledgeable and nice staff, and always put the customer first; for those reasons alone, I’d be a customer for life. The fact that they also sell the best quality products out there at highly competitive prices is the icing on the cake. Can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely amazing people. They were full of smiles and local advice on which mountains to go ski on. Their prices were the best compared to other local companies. Plus they have dogs in the shop.

The people working here are friendly and the bikes are in great condition! I thought the price was really good! They dropped us at the top of the Franconia ridge bike trail. Such a fun, beautiful, and downhill trail for any age and riding level with several sites along the way. I would recommend everyone to go the riding tour!

The staff at this shop were so welcoming a friendly last Saturday when I went in to finally purchase a helmet after not wearing one for 30 plus years. They were super friendly and took the time to ensure the proper fit even with my goggles. Highly recommend going there.

Had a great experience today. Worked with Nick who fit me for boots and knew exactly what I needed for my oddly shaped ankles. He assured me that he wouldnt stop until he got me in a boot that I felt perfectly comfortable in. He was never pushy and never tried to sell me the higher priced items. I am also very excited to demo a new pair of skis from them tomorrow! Also got to spend time with two amazing golden retrievers which makes any day better 👍😊

Been having crazy pains as a snowboarder with my feet killing me. Ive gone back to them probably 6 times over 2-3 weekends. Theyre not sick of me yet. I tried asking if I needed something, they said no, they couldve sold me extra stuff i didnt need, but they said, why would we do that? You dont need it thats when I knew they were not only trustworthy, but know what theyre doing. After the 6 trips to the mountain. Weve got it all figured out, they even loaned me a different size binding free of charge because they care about my pain and want me to enjoy myself. They have amazing prices, staff cant be better. Theyve gained a lifelong customer for sure! Thank you!

I got a great summer sale deal on new Atomic ski boots at Rogers today. Expertly fit by Andy. The entire staff, from the front desk when you first walk in, including Kit the golden retriever, are super friendly and helpful. The experts on the technical staff are fantastic as well. Josh and the entire tuning team keep my skis in better than new condition. They realy know their stuff here!

My husband and I rented bikes to ride down the Franconia Notch trail this afternoon. Everyone we came in contact with from Rodgers was so friendly and helpful. The bicycles were in excellent condition. Our experience was wonderful!

Was here with my siblings and a good friend of mine who is a large black man. A middle aged white woman thought it was appropriate to silently follow him at less than a 5 foot distance the entire time we were there, as if he were to steal at any second.Youre not smooth, and your blatant racism lost your store a $3,000+ sale. I was planning on buying all 3 of them full ski or snowboard packages for Christmas. I hope youre as uncomfortable explaining that to your boss and bottom line, as I was explaining to them why we wouldnt be purchasing anything from you.

This is the only place to buy skis for your kids. Kids are hard on skis. This weekend my son de-laminated the tip of his park skis we bought last year at Rodgers. Within an hour the owner Dave had a pair of skis taking from his stock, re mounted them, and gave them back to my smiling son ! What service ! Amazing ! Not to mention the highest tech automated tuning machine they got this year - that thing is a game changer.

Went in there 7-6-17, they had more winter gear, skis, apparel, ect., I went in there to get a hydration reservoir, they only had camel back with the leaky valve tube, she told me that was on sale, because of the defect, REALLY? so someone buys this bag, it starts to leak. on the hike, now there is a chance of them getting dehydrated, very dangerous, you think? the hell with the tourists, you guys SUCK.
