I had a horrible experience with EFo. They sent defective furniture to my home without inspection in the warehouse before delivery. They then caused a great deal of grief before agreeing to return the item as a replacement was not feasible and an exchange was not possible with thier selection. I will simply state that EFO is a furniture outlet so be aware that the quality is outlet quality. I would recommend you go to a more reputable company before considering EFO.

Was having trouble finding a pet friendly sofa. Went to several stores. Some even twice. So hard to find a sofa that didn’t have pillow backs that could collapse over time. Found a steel framed sofa in a leather like material that is beautiful. Only downfall - due to Covid shipping is delayed but that is no fault of EFO. Worked with Lynn and she explained all warranty packages and the shipping delays. Very honest and helpful. Looking forward to receiving my product.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location twice and was greeted but The Best Sales person ever, James Delong. I was their once to browse and again to purchase a couple months later. I shopped around at Bob’s, R & F and a few other places and was Hounded and Stalked throughout the store. It was worse than visiting a used car lot.While in EFO I didnt feel pressured or rushed. Honestly Mr Delong was so patient. He gave me space. He gave me options. He gave me honest and realistic time frames. He gave me time. He checked on me, my mother and my small children whom he was very nice to and never once made us feel like we needed to hurry or like we were wasting his time. Kudos to you Mr Delong! On Tuesday, July 20, 2021 I had the pleasure of purchasing a sofa from EFO WBR store. I have spent several months going to different furniture stores in search of the perfect sofa for me. James was my sales associate the first time I went to EFO several months ago and he not only remembered me he allowed me time alone. He never pushed for a purchase and therefore he was the one I return to for my purchase. I appreciated his patience and professionalism. Again his name is James in the WBR store.

I went to a couple of furniture stores looking for a new lift chair (recliner). I did not want to do the same mistake as I did in the past buy in the first store I went into I was already in 2 other furniture stores just looking before I went to EFO. When I went in the salesperson, Stephanie asked if I needed help and I told her I wanted to look at the lift chairs that they had but I was just looking at that time. She was very understanding and showed me all of the lift chairs and answered every question even though she knew I might not have even went back to EFO to buy it. When I did go back Stephanie was there and I ended up buying the chair from her. When I told the salespeople in the other stores I was just looking at that time not all of them were so happy to help.
