I enjoy shopping here. Stocking up on paper products and buying food items. I like to buy odd and ends here, also. I bought furniture in the past but it was made by Ashley Furniture and didnt hold up. Not good quality. But Id buy other brands in future. No movers though, makes it difficult. They had one guy years ago but lost his name and he doesnt work for them anymore. If theyd provide reasonable moving rates, they probably would sell alot of furniture.

Like most places not enough staff available. But the people that do show up for work are dedicated friendly and beyond helpful. Youre always guaranteed to find a bargain and its a lovely place to shop

Today is the first day I shopped at Big Lots 1in a very long time... and then when I was looking at the prices I remembered why I shop there only every once in a while its a great store but the prices are kind of high one thing I can say is check out when smoothly and worker at the checkout was awesome... she had me sign up for rewards which gave me $5 off of the total of purchase on top of that she also scanned another discount which took off several dollars too my order was over $100 so any discount that was offered or given to me that was gunna help lower my total.. I def wasnt gunna say no to.So all in all, the store and its contents are awesome *the store was clean and organized making it easy to locate what I needed *, it seemed that the workers were also nice or at least the one that I had gotten was, doing downfall on certain products was the price I personally think that on certain items the price was too high.

Why does this store even exist?! Absolutely nothing to find thats worth traveling to these stores! And the products they do have are mediocre at best!

You can get electronics here fairly cheap now dont get me wrong they sell a lot more stuff than electronics bedroom furniture tools etc however I myself go there all the time to buy electronics they dont have a very big variety but they have really great prices.

Prices went up a lot for a discount store. On various items. They advertise that they had oak furniture however, it was cheaply made and assembled. Chipped and damaged oak dressers on display? Definitely not solid wood. I was disappointed because I heard that they carried name well known brand name furniture.

I am actually VERY ANGRY! We go in and see signs throughout the store saying 20 percent off today. So I got excited and thought to myself that I didnt have much money to spend so this would help to allow me to get my daughter a few gifts! Now Ive been a Big Lots customer for as long as I can remember and of course I am a reward member. So imagine my surprise when I get to the register and I get told that members dont get the discount! To say I was furious would be an understatement!!! When I got my card, I didnt even have a computer so I didnt have an email address then. We were told by our incredibly nice clerk who didnt deserve to be yelled at (which i did but apologized for because it was certainly not her fault) that members would have received an email a few days earlier. So my partner looked for the email but there was none. So at this point I felt that it was very unfair and I could not afford all that I had in my cart so I had to put most of it back. So not only was I angry, I was also very depressed at having to put many of my childs items back. I was almost in tears at this point between after putting it all back and I was in severe pain due to a health issue from walking too much. So I went back to the register with far less items very despondent. I apologized for my anger and I told her that I didnt have an email address. And she told me that she could open me a new account now that I have an address. I truly give her a lot of credit. I am sure that I was not the only customer irate over finding out that the discount was not for members if they didnt get the email. I have news for you BIG LOTS,not everyone got that email and not everyone even has a computer or smart phone! Many people are really struggling so thats why they come to places like yours to try to stretch every dollar the best they can! So you probably deprived many of your customers who desperately need all the help they can get with the economy as terrible as it is now. I for one am incredibly disappointed in how you handled this and I am honestly not sure that I will be back any time soon.And as for your clerk, she and other clerks should get a raise for having to put up with angry customers as she did with true courtesy, an amazing attitude, and compassion because you have horrible policies that they have to cope with.

You can still find the on trend pieces here. Prices are good. Honestly hate the new lay out of the stores though. Deters me from shopping there unless i have extra time on my hands.

Its a rather small BIG LOTS, in a tight corner location. Parking lot is always dirty

An ever changing inventory makes Big Lots a favorite shopping venue. Pretty inexpensive too. They have a solid loyalty program for customers and have periodic friends and family shopping promotions with attractive discounts. One of my choice discount centres.

They have great sales but they could work on their customer service a little bit.

I love the way they re-did the store! Very clean, very organized and some seriously great prices. They even have big furniture and a no credit needed financing option which is great for those of us who dont have any but need those bigger items. Everyone is always very kind and Ive always found the manager Nicole to be super helpful. Plenty of parking. Great places

Local store is clean and very very cheap in comparison with most of the other similar establishments. Handicap accessible parking lot and entrance. No public bathroom and employees are rude but still an inexpensive option. I would recommend this store to economically challenged persons like myself.

Which it was bigger, some things good others not so. Prices not bad. As a consumer if you want to enjoy buying here, I will say look good at what you buying. Check materials, ways to use, what contains, etc.

This is the BIG LOTS in wilkes barre twp.,, store is very clean, including the floors, well stocked shelves, the associates are very nice & are not afraid to help you, if you cant find something, they WILL go out of the way to help you, yes... Im not kidding...very rare..well done!

Nice staff and decent selection of items. Some things are overpriced depending on what your looking for. Nice furniture selection and decor items. Snacks I would prefer to get them from dollartree next door...everythings a dollar Or a little less. Bathrooms in big lots are way better than dollars tree!

Very nice and Inexpensive options for the home, payment plan just like rent-a-center but even better, the stuff you take home to pay in installments are not over priced, they are new not used and it may be the thing thats happened to u ;) They sell everything you may need which is another plus A++++

Credit card swipe is way after cash register WHICH CAUSES PROBLEMS. Youre done, walk 25 steps to swipe card, walk back to get your bags. THEY GOTTA KNOW. 1 register.

It has good service with employees, but they chash register is true real challenge, the cash register always has a flaw when you check out either it wont scan right or have an error
