I went in for the second time- MY NEW FAV STORE!! Great for kids clothes and shoes- I have four kids, the need to shop around is real- this is THE BEST place so far with a GREAT selection. I usually go to dollar general for quick things- not anymore!! Christmas shopping too- cant wait to start getting things for the kids- saw a TON of cool toys!!!! And most of the time- dollar tree and dollar generals cheap toys break within minutes of my destructive kids having them- these actually look descently made!!!

Pretty standard for the chain. Wish they had the club soda I went to get but its been out for weeks.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Found some good sales. When a line would begin to form at the register, additional registers were quickly opened. Must have been a delivery day because when they werent busy at the register, they were busy restocking shelves but not too busy to provide assistance.

A very basic and bare minimum store with prices that are in comparison to convenience stores. Which means theyre too high in price.

Was there yesterday with my baby while the male manager yelled at and berated a young female employee in front of the entire store, this continued for around two min also he had his mask off just hanging from one ear the entire time. Would def never go there again what an awful manager you have there. This was around noon on Monday if that helps

This store in particular doesnt enforce anyone wearing masks during a pandemic. On top of being too afraid and lazy to confront people who have their masks around their chin, they only have 1 of their 3 registers open at one time, essentially forcing customers to stand next to these people for an extended period of time.

Well stocked good customer service. This is a great store for beauty products especially African-American Hair care although they have a large variety of hair care products for all hair types and at affordable prices.I love family dollar they have awesome home decor section and household products. Great things for kids. Their products are actually good quality for the price. I have beautiful mirrors and furnishings that Ive had for years that I got from family dollar. Good store for mommies.

Had get some tp market didnt have the 4 rolls grabbed some stuff for work and pizza 2 in a box luv FD

This is by far the worse Family Dollar that I have ever stepped foot in. Not only are the workers rude and careless, but the store is literally a pig sty. Every aisle you go in, there’s products tossed all over the floor. I almost made a purchase and I ended up walking out. Definitely will not go back to this store or recommend it to anyone.

I went there Saturday - August 10, 2019 for dish detergent & other small items. First & foremost I had only a change purse in my hand and this chick was following me like I had a big freaking bag. I wish I caught her name, but I believe she was latina or white. The store was in disarray & could not locate the items I was looking for so I walked around until I located what I needed.This is by far the worst store in Wilkes Barre, PA.Kidder Street is the most organized.Blackman St requires organization, but at least you dont feel like you are being profiled as soon as you walk through the door.

Needs be a little more organized and so u can walk thru alies.

Family dollars was great no false advertisement like dollar tree says its open today till 10pm, I went there today at 9pm and it was close thanks to family Dollar I have gotten what, I needed.

Although it is a very large store, it doesnt seem to have the same items,as the store I am used to in Montrose,they have everything you need there..... Thanks,Laurie Coolbaugh

As far as Family Dollar Stores are concerned this one was kind of eh. The store didnt have a few items that are common items that we were looking for. The store was kind of cluttered and a little dirty. The floors looked like that hadnt been mopped in a while, and the lighting was dim. Not the best Family Dollar Ive come across.

Never enough help and what staff they have is rude.

Terrible customer service, asked where something was located and got no help, she was to worried about plastic bags

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness; the front counters were covered in sticky film from not being cleaned with Windex in a very long time, the cashier was just standing around on using his phone, he didnt even put the 14 bowls and 7 plates I pirchased in bags or boxes for me, couldnt get cart up many aisles because there was too much merchandise laying in walkway.

Crowded but usually has what youre looking for. Not the best part of town.

Always a line. Be prepared to be in for a while (just in case)
