Did a wonderful job on my Sleigh grandfather clock. Has never sounded better!! Would recommend him before you try anyone else!! Very honest with what he charged, also. If you have a problem with your clock, do yourself a favor. Save time and money and call Long Island Clocks first!!

This is the BEST clock repair place in the area hands down!!!!! This guy has go to be the nicest person Ive met in a long time he definitely knows his clocks. I had a problem with a grand father clock that no one else would fix I was told parts are hard to get. But not Long Island Clocks as a matter of fact I brought him my clock works and he fixed my problem in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place for service or even if your in the market for a new clock theres a lot of beautiful ones at the location.

I had an excellent experience with Andrew and Long Island Clocks. I came to him with a broken musical jewelry box that 3 other jewelers and repair shops wouldnt work on. He diagnosed the problem, and stayed in communication in a timely manner. Andrew ordered the part it needed and let me know it would be no charge for the repair. When we picked up the jewelry box, he had even filled it with costume jewelry for my 4 y.o. daughter. I will continue to bring my business here and recommend this to anyone.

I would give him a zero or minus. It’s a scam. He fixed my grandfather clock . Clock acted up same day. Called cell no answer. Called main number no answer. Trying for two days to get him. Awful customer service. Don’t pay with cash or check. Credit card company can take money back when you report it as scam and fraud so you can fix clock where you get service. Don’t use this guy. You will be very sorry. No response so you have to go somewhere else to adjust or redo what he did

I would highly recommend came to our house on a Sunday night half a hour after calling and fixed the problem in less the 15 minutes

I bought a new Howard Miller Grandfather Clock from Long Island Clocks. They personally delivered it to my home in Maryland. I was impressed with the great customer service. I love my new clock!

What a disgrace the owner of this store is. I called looking fur help for a clock repair, gave him a little history about the clock and told him it was purchased on line. He proceeded to lecture me how buying online didnt support local merchants and did not show loyalty. He then proceeded to tell me that his customers are taken care of first, then my repair would take place.I think that someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Good luck with them, but no worries, they will be moving out of state in October. Dont let the toll hit you on the way out.

A few years ago when the life of a couple of my clocks started coming to an end, I decided I wanted to replace them with furniture-quality, high end clock movements like the ones I’d seen in Germany. Had contacted Comitti for their recommended local servicer. Got a phone call from Andrew and an email from Comitti within 24 hours. Comitti told me to contact Long Island Clock. Andrew heard me out and was very accommodating as to picking up the clock. Ended up taking it to him together with another. Within the week they were both up and running properly. Can’t speak more highly. I would recommend him without reservation.

Bought a grandfather clock on line, was alittle worried about purchasing a major item over internet, they were professional on the phone when i asked about it, they were great with the delivery doing it when i got home from work not when they were passing by, they had scheduled to come at 6:30 and were there early 6:20 i did not have to take a day off of work, there price was less than some of the furnature companies i had shopped atthe clock was all that i had hoped for and more,there warrenty i was informed extended the warrenty of howard miller who made the clock.i can not say enough about this place, you have to experience it to believe it.the owner of the company came to make sure that the clock was properly installed
