Overall good experience. Not the widest selection. Just a heads up the minimum payment assigned to you WILL NOT pay off your end total (Same-as-Cash). Staff is very knowledgeable and familiar with their clientele.

Always a good place to find nice furniture, the service was OK too.

We pay our bill every two weeks weve paid off 5 items currently..today my husband and I went back in today to make a final payment on a stereo I needed a set of end tables and asked if there was a set cash and carry there was however the center table was all scratched weve been a customer for a long time the manager had a price of 100.00 for this dirty glitter all over it table set..I reupholster items it not the issue ..they just took this set from a customer that wasnt able to finish paying then trying to get the same price as if it were new..I will be calling bbb ..in may of last year we got a table set (dinningroom) its still sitting in the store we returned it due to the chairs having stains and little red critters ..many times we recieved a late fee because we were told Do not pay Online..I. a customer service rep and I am also a collection agent you just want your delinquency down because you get a bonus....I wonder if corporate knows of the business you are running in that store

When i rented i had great service....staff/ workers were very nice. I had no problems way back when....getting ready to go back...to see if things have changed....

I have delt with Rent-a-center for many years and has no problems with them. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wishes to rent from them.

If I could give no stars i would. Wors place! The workers are rude ignorant and disrespectful even the management. If you want to waste money then here is your place. They will call you every five minutes constantly even if your payment is not late. If you ask them for an extension they will talk to you like your an animal and and then in the end they wont help you out. I cant express enough how bad this place is. Jennifer and the management are horrible people. I dont know how someone like that could even have a job in a public place. I would recommend Aarons before here. Dont go here.

If i could givr no stars i would the manager was the most disrespectful racist rudest person i have ever met in customer service. He raised his voice along belittle me infront of employees over some pitty reference. I would never recommended this place even to the most desperate of people looking for furniture. I advise go to another source suvh as facebook or offer up. You have been warned.

The workers here were so rude. I would never recommend anyone to go to this location. Even the manager was nasty. I have been to one in Scranton and they are so much nicer at that rent a center.

Went there on Monday and picked out furniture, signed the rental agreement and set up delivery for Thursday. They waited til Wednesday night and Thursday morning to verify references and employment, and did NOT deliver the furniture on schedule. The laziness of the workers in the place is unbelievable. I would not recommend anyone go there. They had all of Monday evening, and all day Tuesday & Wednesday to complete the verification. I have very disappointed in the service this place provides.

Has anyone else had issues with jennifer? I make payments when we get paid on fridays and when we wanted to switch to bi weekly payments she said no she wouldnt do that and then after not missing a payment since we started renting from them she had the nerve to say she would come pick up the item if we dont have a payment paid in person isnt the point of online payments so we dont have to go in to the store smh so unprofessional.

I will never order anything from Rent-A-Center again. Today I was at work the delivery people came by and went to my apartment and trespassing my apartment took the bedroom set out my bedroom and i was coming by the store and pay the bill and they throw all my clothes on the floor and when i came home and i saw the mess and i called them and they had the nerve to tell me yes they came into my apartment and got their stuff and they dont care and i was heated up and i learned my lesson from buying things from them.

Terrible!!!! Never rent from them rented a washer and dryer from them had them come and pick up washer and dryer and they tried to say they never got their washer and dryer back!!

If its the only option, I guess its a good one. Expensive, but their stuff is decent.

If there isnt another choice cause buying stuff in here is paying 2 or 3 times the price.

So disgusted by the staff here. They lied to me and said they would take partial payment until I get paid again they came to my house to get this “partial payment” and they insisted they need the whole thing or they’re taking the item that I already paid over $1000 for.

Rude as hell, cant express that enough......Call. Call. Call, all day everyday even when Im not late, when Im at work, or an appt. Ive been paying on my tv since June of 2014 its been 2yrs and it seems like its not ending. This is my first and my last time getting anything from them EVER!!
