The staff are such nice and knowledgeable people! I recently ordered a chandelier and unfortunately discovered that 1 of the glass shades was broken...they offered immediately to replace it with 1 from the display or via order. I took them up on the displayed replacement to have a quick replacement. I am shocked they offered that option and really think the company and this location exceeds expectations always! So if you need lighting, custom wood furniture or electrical advice/products this is a great source

The Factory is a great place to go for furniture, indoor and outdoor. All pieces are of 1st quality. We have purchased a number of items from their WB store and are very satisfied with them and the customer service they provide.

The best furniture store I have seen in the northeast region. Amazing customer service and very patient. We have furnished our entire house from there and the quality and craftsmanship is unmatched. Dropped heater to be repaired in February 2021 called in July 2021 anb they said come by and well give you a NEW one!

This store is amazing. The furniture is only high quality stuff. Mostly all Amish. And you can literally customize it however you want it. Never seen anything like it. Had such a great experience here and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality furniture and lighting.

Bought my second table from this business. Gave first to my son and it was in great condition after having it for several years. Down sized to a smaller one. Good quality unit but delivery date came and went . Waited weeks . Finally came. Amish must have been on strike.

Great stuff but very, very pricy. They seem to have things on perpetual sale at all times. Not sure if theyd sell at the list price.I asked them when the 40 % sale was over for us to make a decision and they werent prepared for that one and didnt reply.Wonder if the stuff actually goes on a practical sale. We saw a few clearance items lower but those were even expensiveUpdate: After the owner replied, I reached out to their Contact Us on their website and less than a few hours later, had a well detailed reply from the owner that went over each of my items I wanted comments in. He also promised to get me the best price around and mentioned they do have sales off the normal list price occasionally. Also mentioned the furniture is battle tested with has a 20 year warranty that applies, even if you leave it out all season. Will get back to him with what we want shortly and continue to update the post here. Adding 1 star for fast replies and from the owner not dodging any of the hard questions I sent over.

I had the best time shopping for a dining room table. It was because of Rudi at the Wilkes Barre store. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He helped me pick the right color, the right chairs, and the right table. I had gone to another store and they just had veneers. The Factory has real wood, many colors and chairs to pick from. Rudi helped me pick the most comfortable chairs. I felt like Goldilocks going from one chair to the next. He had fun also. You could tell he loves his job and I love Rudi. He is now my own personal shopper. The Factory is the best place to go for good furniture. I won’t go anywhere else.

Its a nice place for lamp repair, but everything is extremely expensive. I realize its handcrafted, but 250.00 for a chair made of plastic lumber, no thank you.
