The only reason I am not putting five stars is because I spent over 200 here yesterday and jazmin who is amazing, came here with my mom after trying to save a trip up.there after a new employee (who reeked of body odor ) hung up on Me and its sad cause someone who cares was really making us happy, he made me feel like it was weird to be calling and asking for who we preferred by hanging up on me, idk if youre insecure or something but its just business.

Do, I Needed A New Phone - Because My Phone Was On The 4G Network &I Could Only Get The $35/Month Plan -No Higher Than That. (It Was Time For An Upgrade, Anyway &A New Phone). So, I Went In To Metro Across The Street From Hideaway Pizza To Get The Promo - Free 5G iPhone Or Free 5G Samsung Phone With Half Price Lines After Calling & Speaking With Sabrina. LOL! So, Long Story Short - I Went In, Traded My Phone In From Boost Mobile - But Boost Hadnt Released My Number Yet. Got The Moto Ace One - But Nothing Prevailed. Then Got The Moto 5G Cuz We Thought The Other Moto Was Just Defective. After Being There For 2 Whole Days - We Finally Figured Out What The Problem Was &They Just Gave Me A New Account With A New Number.Id Like To Give A Shout Out To Mayra, Sabrina &Ricardo For Going To The Ends Of The Phone Business To Get My Phone Working. I Would Totally Recommend This Place. Just Cuz My Experience Seemed A Bit Extra &Unordinary Doesnt Mean You Should Pass This Place Up To Getting A New Phone. The Employees There Are Awesome - No Hype.

The reason I have rated the store with 3 stars, because me and my son bought a brand new phones from Apple store and we wanted to activate them in metro store.One employee in the store was not helpful at all, and he had no idea what customer service means, he was rude to me and to my son and he never apologized for his behavior. He tried to sent us back to the Apple store saying there’s a problem with our phones, and at the second time he tried to sent us to another metro store to solve the problem, besides he kept asking me where did you get these phones??? His type of question was referring that these phones were stolen. I was offended by him. This employee need to be reconsidered for his behavior.Note: I have called metro and the employee she had activated my new phones within 10 minutes in the same day with no problems.

Great customer service! We went in a couple days ago, got 3 phones no problem after switching from US Cellular, went in and got a hotspot about 20 mins ago and was in and out like it was a hot knife through butter!

I do not like this location...not helpful, dont know about Google backup, manager stated she has only ever heard of Samsung or I phone transferring messages, and a manager at that, use tacky lines to try to get you to upgrade, like girl its beennnnn time for you to upgrade to a newer phone! And cant do simple things like put the screen protector they claim is 27.00 on to stay in place for a darn week. I do not recommend this location, the eastside location may not be in the nicest area but at least the reps have more sense, tech knowledge and professionalism than these ones here, if that one is still open.

If I could give a negative star I would. This store location is absolutely the worst store for customers service Ive ever had with any type of dealing with phone service. I just spent over an hour trying to get service switched from one phone to another. I actually had to go to another store to get it switched. Wich took the other store maybe 5 minutes. The bad thing about my experience at this store is. I was being helped by the manger of the store. I will never go to this store again and will advise no one to go either. There are multiple other stores in the area just go to one of them. It will save you a headache.

For the past two months Ive been able to send text messages from my home while on Wi-Fi or data it doesnt.I have made several phone calls to their customer service line I have gone into multiple stores nobody can give me a solid answer they always tell me theres nothing wrong with the service if theres not anything wrong with the service then why cant I send a freaking text

Great store.Twice now I have gotten better service and often prices better than other Metro stores. Wanted a certain phone and every store that answered their phone were not helpful. This one ordered it no problem and I had it and they helped set it up within a week.Never had issues with the entire service for calls or anything else either.If considering Metro PCS in OKC would be worth your while to go to this store.

The most honest, polite, knowledgeable Metro PCS dealer in town. I went to several today looking for a phone that nobody had, or, they wanted to overcharge me. Then I called this store, they had the phone, gave me the right price, said they would hold one for me, set it all up, no surprises, all good. Go see Mily, she did an outstanding job, plus shes cute, I can say that because Im old enough to be her grandfather. This is my one and only PCS store from now on.

Everyone in store was very nice and was able to get my phone working again..was really shocked that I was charged $5 bucks to pay my bill..then was charged $15 bucks to use my existing sim card in my prior phone which I own!! I was told there would be fee if done at any of the stores...for now, no fee if paid online....not sure if phone support is free or not, but do know that EVERYTIME I have called, they have not been able to fix the problem, and was sent/told to go to a store..

Got two phones here over a month ago. Work fine there in .OKC. but when I get home in El Reno.ok...I get in my house it doesnt work for chit. Takes forever to load anything. Go 4 blocks south of my house it works..go home it stops. 3 hrs with service tech still know help..I dont know what it is but Cricket works. So whats the deal. Waist of money .Back to cricket next month .
