Their cust service and basic repairs are great, but do not buy any of their products or let your device be fixed with their replacement parts or you’ll just keep coming back to fix em

I m a tech dinosaur and from the time he answered the phone all the way to my visit to the store Farhan put me at ease, built trust, gave me options, and answered all my questions. He solved my phones problem and got me out cheaply. Expert service great prices but the real deal is the excellent customer service!

After calling around I received a quote and was immediately satisfied with the price to repair 2 iPhone screens (one phone was ran over). I got there and the manager was extremely friendly. Had superb deals on otterboxes and held them for me. I was given a time estimate when the phones would be finished and when I arrived 5 minutes before time given, this man was completely finished with both phones and I’ve never used a repair store before but I was extremely satisfied with his work and how professional he was. I could say so much about this experience.

Went there just last night. I made sure to call and make sure they had phone cases fory model phone and the guy who answered the phone was really nice. When me and my husband came into the store I believe the guy who answered the phone was the same person I owe dealt with I the store his customer service literally deserves a 5 star rating alone. He was super nice and helped us very quickly. We ended up getting 2 phone cases and 2 glass svlcreem covers for around $50. Very adorable and amazing customer service. He was happy to help us with what we needed. He also put the screen covers and cases on for us. I absolutely recommended this store!
