I used their email for an online quote option on the website. Within 10 minutes I received a response with a very reasonable $50 cost to replace my daughters iPhone 4 screen. We took it in and he fixed it right in front of us in a matter of 15 minutes. He also gave us a cool phone sticker in her favorite color. He was very efficient and I would recommend his services. My daughters phone works perfectly!

These guys are great. They repaired my phone and allowed me to choose either original I phone parts or after market parts. Not sure what the other reviewer saw as there is a sign right in the waiting area saying opening a phone would void warranty. Great service at a great price. I wouldnt look anywhere else for someone to fix my phone.

I had a shattered iPhone 5C screen and brought it in for them to fix. Friendly service and a really quick repair! Came in with my 2 young kids and was hoping it would be fast - and it was! Definitely recommend this place.

I goggled cell phone repair and Phone Planet came up near my home with a 5 star rating. After reading the reviews and the reviews of some other repair businesses I decided to choose Phone Planet. I have never written a review for anything but felt compelled to do so because of the great service I received. My camera got cracked because a few days ago my protective cover had broken and was not on my phone and of course I dropped my phone yesterday. Matt at Phone Planet said I needed a new camera and it would be 50.00 and he could have it fixed in about 1-1/2 hours. Well that was a lot cheaper than a new phone. He got it done in an hour and when I went to pick it up he GAVE me a great new cover for my phone as a gift. Dont go anywhere else to have your phone fixed. Matt was very courteous and generous and I could not be happier!

I paid 400 dollars for them to fix my Galaxy S7 Edge and asked about a warranty they said yes 6 month but only if its manufacturer defect or something like that, not if you drop it, so about a week or two later, i come by and show them this weird line on the screen that just appeared. i will note it wasnt dropped and there is not a crack, just a weird line. they said nope you broke it, its a crack, i went to some other places and they said its the digitizer going out which is a manufacturer defect and now there is a pink line going through the screen, which i have seen in old TVs dont go here. i also believe almost all of there reviews are fake seeing how this profiles dont have pics and have never done anything beside review one place. i will post pics

What a bunch of con artist and be careful with their pricing and make sure you know what model of device you have before hand cause,theyll play you if you look like you dont have it together ! They replaced my ladies phone and put a generic glass in it and the home button never worked again ( screen lock, etc )and see if the tell you it voids out the manuf. warrantee if they do replace it, theyre players and will take advantage of the situation if you let them,replacement parts are not oem ( be warned junky generic parts) and be lucky if it comes out alive ! Ill never return so heed the reoccurring money revenue system!!

Only giving 5 stars so you will read. This guy fix my cracked screen on my samsung galaxy s3 butts when he put it back in my casehe cracked the top of my screen and when my s3 cell from the counter of my bathroom to a pile of clothes my LCD broke and when I took my phone apart because I learned how to fix the LCD my entire insides of the phone were covered in glue where he had tried to replace the screen but it was like he dumped the glue into it. I will never go to them again because when I called and asked why and the day after I got my screen fixed I called as well once I saw the crack he said that he could not fix it and he never guarantees his work

They were the best ones in terms of price (almost 40% less) on top of that repair time was 20-30 mins only on spot vs some shops asking for 3 - 4 hours. Quality of the repair is amazing. I got 5 phones on my account so I know where to go in future if I need any repairs. I would totally trust their service and quality. They were so helpful that i called them on sunday 1 hr before their closing time and they said i can bring my ipad in and get this repaired same time. They did wait for me and within 20 mins my ipad was fixed as charm. Would strongly recommend to all of my friends to this repair shop.
