Top-notch, super friendly service, and they sincerely care about their customers, as I saw multiple times while I was there for help with my own tech mini-disaster. I was impressed from the start. I got there right at 10am and they were opened. One of my pet peeves is when a business isn’t open on time or closes early. The store was extremely clean and tidy. They have a waiting area with entertainment if you would rather wait (which isn’t long because they are experts at their craft and super fast). My phone got damaged in a car accident and I was pleasantly surprised that they had my vintage iPhone 6 parts in stock! Logan is very thorough and makes sure all components are working before you leave. He takes the extra time to explain settings as well. They give you are 1 year warranty on screens and batteries. They offer a free diagnostic—If they think your phone is beyond repair they are upfront and honest.I highly recommend them!

1st time here. They were able to replace my screen in less than an hour. Screen had gone completely black after dropping my phone, was so scared I had lost all of my photos. Just got the phone weeks ago. So I’m a happy customer. Very friendly and super speedy! Definitely recommend!

Nice on the phone and thats about it. I spoke to Jason on 8/9 and setup a time(around 10am) to come in on 8/10 to fix my screen on my phone. Everywhere Ive looked they open at 10am. I got there at 10:10. Door locked, no one there or answering the phone. I drove 25 minutes and waited until 10:30 and no one showed. Thanks for nothing. Guess Ill give my business and money to a company that cares to show up on time.

I have been here several times. Always impressed with the customer service. I had recently went in thinking I needed to replace my speaker and battery and the customer service guy just used a brush and air to clean out the speaker and showed me a function on my phone that shared with me my batteries health so I could determine if I wanted to fix it now or not. It was only 27% deteriorated so the improvement I would see if I replaced it would be only 27% better and I didn’t think that would be worth it right now.

They were very professional, thorough, and polite! My charging port would not work properly and they replaced a small part same day, same hour for ONLY $40! Which was brought down by nearly half by just leaving a review which I was going to do regardless due to the excellent service. They have a small waiting area and a tv to keep entertained while they repaired the phone. Will be coming back for any future repairs needed!

I brought my daughters phone in to get fixed as a walk-in and the two guys working were so nice and repaired her iPhone quickly and at a great fair pricing. The waiting area was clean and they had cartoons on tv for my kids to watch. Great experience would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer.

I needed to get my screen repaired so I called the store to get more information on my Galaxy S10+. They were very helpful and offered to stay late in order to get the job done! I arrived at the store and it was very open, clean, and taking safety measures to prevent covid. The staff was by far the best and made it a great experience and cracking jokes. They explained the process and gave an estimated time of an hour which they were right on time! I recommend this place to everyone! It was my first time there and will not go anywhere else now.

Took my phone to get my glass repaired and when I picked my phone up, something else was done to my phone. It worked fine before I took it to him it only had a cracked screen. When I went back to let him know of the issue he accused me of damaging my own phone, which made no sense considering I use my phone to make money. My feelings was severely hurt because of how he treated and spoke to me. I’m not one for drama so I actually left in tears. My friend took my phone and got it repaired elsewhere and they confirmed someone had intentionally damaged the internal. I will never go here again and would not recommend anyone else to, especially women.
