Started yesterday at 1:00 went and picked it up. Dirty but I wanted it. Get it home and spicy and span and now it looks as if it should..power works. Lights work. When I first removed from truck it work as should and now it is stretched out and cannot figure how to make it work again....stick in lounge...

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I was told that I could get a deal on a pre-owned laptop in three months for $120 a month same as cash. Then I had a hard drive failure paid for that to get fixed out of my own pocket later was told they would of fixed it for free. But didnt tell me that at point of sale. Then I get texted saying I had five months of payments left! I stated in a return text about the deal I made to buy the computer, then I got a return text that their adding another $35 to my last payment! Real shady practice going on over there! But I called the number listed in the owners response and there was nothing anybody can do for me on how I got screwed over.

Worst location ever. Nobody called me after a month of waiting then denied me for being on unemployment. Employment was rude on the phone and hung up on me. If I could give a zero star I would.

Picked out a couch and love seat for $20 bucks, every weekend I pay it . The bad news is I still havent gotten my love seat just the couch, now they said I can either return the couch or pick out a new set seeing how the love seat isnt available because it needs to be fixed . Should have said something 3 months ago instead of giving me the run a round .

This is my second time purchasing a item from this location, I already rented and paid off an appliance from this location, so I went back to this location for another big purchase and have been making my regular schedule payments until I hit a financial hardship, being a loyal costumer having already paid off an appliance in the past, they were not willing to work with me, the employees were rude and would not hear me out, the only reason why I still deal with them is because my purchase is almost paid off!! Do not like the employees!!!

I did not like anything about it. I have called each week to make payments on my furniture and because it wasnt enough including the late fee they did not accept my money when I tried to make a payment just didnt have the late fee. I planned on paying the furniture off here next month and they making me not want to keep it any longer. They harass you one day you late and its annoying. Ive ask them not to call me while Im at work and yet they will call back to back harassing me. The manager Pedro is rude as hell and should not be a manager. They make money off of us and should not be pushing your business away. The manager calls me at work listens to me whole Im working and proceeds to rudely ask me when can I come pick up our merchandise from you. I told him I dont know what times I will get off, still assisting my customer and I disconnected the line cause Im not suppose to be on the phone while working. The rude a** manager Pedro proceeds to call me back. Like Im working. Im two weeks late but been trying to call and make payments. Like come on... You about to come and use gas for your truck to pick up merchandise because of an $6.00 late fee. What damn sense does that make when you spending more than that to come get. Like I said here it is Im about to pay an expensive amount to pay it off. Smh!!!! Learn how to work with your customers and not be so damn money hungry. I would never referr anyone to this store. You all are headaches and harass your customers.

I have been going to this locTion for years!! Everything I have is from here!! Nicole has always worked with me and went all out to make sure I was happy!! Now tony, Adam and a few others (dont remember their names) have done the same!! Nothing but excellent customer service!!

I wish more people would write reviews about their experience. I had the same experience as the one and only review before mine. I went into the one on 23rd to rent a computer. I went online and found the one I wanted at the price I was comfortable with and emailed them the information. I explained to the salesman or whatever he was that my time was limited. He did an application over the phone and then got the application approved. I went to the store and they had jacked the price up by $200. I explained to the man that it was illegal to advertise one price and then change it once you got into the store, bait and switch. He tried to tell me that they do not post prices on the internet. I had to take out my phone and show him the website that advertised the pricing of not just the one I was interested in but all of them. After making numerous phone calls and even taken a picture of my phone because for some reason he could not find the website on their kiosk and making me feel like thief, he finally agreed to honor the price but it was going to take two weeks to get the device. This is an hour into the process in which I was trying to avoid. He then agreed to give me a loaner until mine came in, then he proceeded to disappear for another 45 minutes. Two guys finally came out of the office and produced a rental agreement. I asked them what I was signing for and they responded with, I dont know what you and Andrew talked about. After all that they had put me through I was apprehensive of signing a contract without the merchandise in hand. They informed me that I would have to drive 10 miles to another location to pick up the loaner. I thought I was sitting there all that time waiting on someone to deliver my loaner, come to find out they just had no interest in accommodating me. When I asked to see the store manager he came out and told me Get the Hell out of my store. I tossed the pen I was using to sign a contract I didnt understand on the counter and he responded, thats real mature. I just kept walking. I am 49 years old and have been in the service industry for over 30 years and have never heard of or experienced any thing like that in my life. Oh wait for it, this story gets better. I called customer care and filed an official complaint. They told me that the district manager would contact me within 24 hours. That of course did not happen. Finally I called back and the operator got the manager on the phone. He assured me that I would be accommodated by the 39th street store. He agreed to my terms and said that someone from that store would call me within 5 minutes to restart the application process. After several hour I finally called the store myself. They begrudgingly took down the information. I contacted all of my references to inform them to please take the call so I could get the application expedited. After an hour I called to see if any of my references had been contacted and not one of them had, so I called and asked the representative why they were not processing my application and was told by a woman that she had in fact contacted my place of employment and my landlord. Then she proceeded to tell me that she was too busy taking care of customers that actually came into the store. I was once again thoroughly offended by her tone, and then to find out that they had shredded my application. Clearly she had a conversation with Andrew and made the executive decision to deny my application. According to Customer Care that in to their discretion. They are clearly of the opinion that they do not need our business and can advertise a product and if they get caught rather than honor the price they just deny your application. Check out Colortyme or Aarons. They are so awesome. They do not hire unprofessional people and if they do they dont keep them around. They treat their customer like common thieves.

I have been going to this location for a little over a year now, and I have been worked with by everyone at the store, they know what my family has been going through personally and have worked with me ever since I lost a lot of income due to unforeseen circumstance. THANK YOU FOR WORKING WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
