Every time I use the rent one service theyre always courteous and really nice to me they deliver in a timely manner my last delivery I believe it was Jacob and he was absolutely awesome he delivered my TV in about20-25 minutes flat he installed the TV service up in which I didnt even know I got all the additional channels so he was great he was very professional I will continue to do business with rent one. also the manager Bonnie there is always been very friendly and very accommodating to me ever since I astarted running there and I believe Ive been running there for about 3 years now Im thoroughly satisfied with my service I get there they are great the staff is wonderful.

I’ve had a great experience working with Bonnie. The first day I came into the store, I saw a sectional I liked. A couple of days later I turned in my application and the sectional was sold. I spoke to Bonnie and she told me she could order a new sectional from the website of my choice. I chose one and 3 weeks later it arrived at the store. I am really excited and pleased with the service. The new sectional is even better than the one I originally saw. ☺️

Ive been going threw the company since it was easyhome and I just got a new bedroom set about two weeks again an email hey delivered the bedroom set but I was waiting on the the other end table so whenever the night stand came in I was aware I had a process fee I spoke with a young lady name Alexis whenever she told me it arrived she shouldve mentioned I had a process fee ive wouldve brought enough money luckley my husband had it on him I think she needs a little more training far as that goes if it was Bonnie she always tell me what I need to know an wouldve took care of me I love the company I just didnt like it whenever she didnt tell me I had to bring a fee

I’m actually Narisha Wilson, I have been renting with rent one for almost a year now, from the beginning they were very helpful, the things that I didn’t understand they were very patient, and made sure I got it. They took the time to listen to my needs, and walked through the showroom with me and helped. They went over the contract with me with out rushing like some rental places do just to get your money. Their payment are reasonable considering that most items can be paid off in a year. They also made sure my payments were scheduled around my paydays. If ever a time that I was short or was late they really worked with me so that I could continue on the road to ownership. I’m disabled and may not be able to get out all the time they’ve offered to come pick up the payment. I mentioned to Bonnie (God love her) that I needed some tables, she found a couple that she knew matched my furniture and sent me pictures, and helped me to get a really good deal on a 3 piece set, I absolutely love my furniture. From the minute I walked in the doors I knew this was going to be a good relationship, just by the smiles on everyone’s face and the way I was greeted. I will definitely come back to rent one for my rental needs, and without hesitation refer them to friends and family. Thanks so much Rent one.

This place previously was called EASY HOME. I was a customer and I had to return all my items due to no room at my new place, and no hook ups!!!! When they picked everything up they classified it as a repossession. 🤯🤯🤯 But instead of judging me based off what someone typed in the computer, she heard my story and decided to let me build a relationship with them. I was a customer even during the time of the transition from easy home to rent one. Bonnie is VERY understanding and she has changed things around a lot. I am happy to be doing service with her. She kept a smile on her face the entire time. She didnt bad mouth the old company for their poor choices on how they labeled my account. She kept it completely professional.

I had a great experience with them.... it was easy and simple... I was also able to find a conch at a great price.

Worst company to rent from if your black since the beginning of my rental the supervisor Bonnie or Connie whatever her name is has been very rude they call my references on my due date and one day past due date making it seem as though I don’t pay my bills,I have no problem making payments the issue is of harassment and placing my references in my business when my account is not delinquent is what has me so angry with this specific store once my item is paid off I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH RENT ONE AND ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES EVER AGAIN!!!
