Big shout out to Mike Hill and the rest of the courteous staff at the service center. I had a very scary and alarming issue with my transmission on my F150 while driving. I called the dealership right away and got put on the phone with Mike Hill. Even though they were SLAMMED on a Saturday, Mike took my concern seriously, had me drop the truck off at the dealership, immediately got me into a loaner vehicle and contacted me at 6:55am 2 days later to let me know that they fixed my truck and it was ready to be picked up.This dealership has been great to me since day 1 over 3 years ago when I bought my truck and I was just more amazed at how great the staff was to me when I had experienced a really troubling moment with my vehicle. Thank you Mike!- Trevor Edwards

I had one of the best car buying experiences of my life. The team at Holmes Tuttle was professional, polite, and not pushy throughout the sales process. My salesperson,Saul, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have owned my new 2013 Ford Explorer for about a month and love it. Thanks to everyone at Holmes Tuttle! I will be sure to recommend everyone I know.

Quick Lane Service, especially Maintenance for Life, is extraordinary. In addition, I wish to applaud Steve S. and Jason D. I know dealer services possess a negative perception; however, I encourage you to dismiss that for this location. They are honest, and do not pressure. I truly appreciate them!

I took my Lincoln MKX into the repair center for repairs. It was not covered by insurance. The staff person worked with me to get the repair done at the best price possible. I was VERY satisfied with his attention to detail, and keeping me informed all along the way. The service was exceptional and my car came back looking like it just came off the showroom floor. I was VERY satisfied with the whole experience and could not have had it done better anywhere else.

Fred Adelman and his team exceeded my expectations. At the end of a long hot day I rode in on my broomstick and I presented several challenges related to MY busy schedule. Fred followed up and worked his teams schedule around mine.I tested the patience of a few good men at Holmes Tuttle and each of them was gracious in return. Outstanding Customer Service!

I recently had my car serviced (The Works) and spent over $75 for poor-quality service. This service included an oil change, fluid top-off, brake check, and tire rotation, plus a multi-point inspection. I was told that my front brakes were nearly gone and needed to be serviced very soon. The rear brakes, however, were fine. Since I was not interested in putting my car in the shop to get the front brakes done that day, I took it to a brake shop a few days later. Their inspection found that not only did the front brakes need work, but also the rear brakes were nearly gone and needed to be serviced soon or else the rotors would also need replacing once the pads wore too thin. Now, why the discrepancy? Turns out, the two shops didnt use different measuring tools, the Ford shop did not remove the drums in order to check my rear brakes! This is specifically mentioned on the service summary that I was given. Had I asked them to take care of the front brakes that day, not only would I have paid more than the dedicated brake shop charged me, I would have had a real problem when the pads on my rear brakes wore out. Now, the fact that the rear brakes werent properly checked makes me very suspicious of the other services the shop claims to have performed. Should I get a second opinion on every service they performed that day? Did I pay $75 for an oil change???Aside from this I was upset with the customer service I was provided. Employees at this Quick Lane did not seem knowledgeable about the services offered, the amount of time services would take, or what the shops descriptions meant - when I was paying I asked the cashier several questions about the things that were included on the invoice, because a mechanic did not walk through anything with me. The cashier did their best, Im sure, but since they are a cashier their knowledge was limited. This is the second time Ive been to this location (1st was for a warranty recall service) and I should have learned my lesson the first time. No plans to be dissatisfied a third time!

I have taken my Lincoln MKZ to this dealership for regular service since I have owned it. I took it in for a noise made when turning. They could not find the problem. Later when washing the car the car washer noticed the same sound. I got a call saying my power steering fluid was black, and that it needed flushed. They did the service, even though on the checklist they provide, it said all fluid full and good. Two months later I find power steering fluid all over the garage floor. I took it back, telling them I now have a leak. They took no responsibility for the leak. Wanting to charge me $900 for the failure of the tech. that serviced my car. I told them this was unacceptable. They did reduce the price a tad for the repair, but to have to pay for their failure is unacceptable to me. My trust in this dealership is ruined. I will not use them for service, nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from them.

Last week I had some car issues I called Holmes Tuttle Ford and everyone was extremely helpful! I spoke with Fred Adelman and he took care of the whole thing. Told me where to call to get my car towed, set up my rental that same day, and even offered to have me driven to Enterprise. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received and will continue to buy from them. :)

My wife and I are BMW people, but our country is in crises so we purchased an MKZ Hybrid from Homes Tuttle to support this great nation. The service and attention to detail that the service manager Rick Smith and his advisor David Holland has been as good or better then BMW (this is very hard to do). Thank you Mr. Click you have an amazing staff from sales, finance and and impeccable service department.

2012 Ford Focus. We have had recurrent problems with the vehicle since purchase. They have repeatedly been difficult to diagnose and had become frustrating for us as owners. In an effort to get to the bottom of these issues, Mike Hill took charge and kept the car at the dealership in order to undergo extensive investigation of the issues...eventually, he was able to accurately identify and fix the major problems.Service above and beyond. This builds trust & loyalty.Nice Job!

QuickLane efficient as always. Have had only good experiences there many times over, treated as a valued customer. Courteous and knowledgable, they have often gone over and above expectations. If there has ever been so much as a slight delay at the beginning, they make up for it by the end. They are often very busy, but I have never waited longer than the estimated time, most often much less.

We recently had our Lincoln at Holmes Tuttle ford to have two things fixed. The first one was a problem with the radio and I want to thank Jason Davis for getting that fixed for us; the second problem was with the automatic light dimmer. I want to thank both Jason and Gabe for working on this problem to get it resolved. I know Gabe spent many hours trying to get Ford to take care of this and although the company did not feel it was their responsibility for the problem, Gabe went beyond the call of duty to speak on our behalf.

Was just about to purchase a car when they told me a security system was added in order to lower the dealerships insurance. When I contacted Ford/Lincoln corporate they told me that if the factory wiring failed due to the aftermarket alarm system, Ford/Lincoldn would not cover the wiring and would not cover any component the wiring caused to fail. Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln refused to give me a written warranty for the cut wires in the New car. When I asked if they had another car without cut wiring, I was told that every car on their lot has a Alarm System installed for their protection. After I raised this issue, the dealer refused to sell me the car. I would be very wary about any dealer who refuses to warranty their aftermarket work. Especially since they modify every car on their lot.

The website says no appointment needed for an oil change so I drove 30 miles to find out that is not the case. Attendant said appointment only and after I brought up the website all I got was I’m sorry and the next appointment is a week later. Need to change the website! And try to at least try to help the customer who drove there.

Called in advance for an oil change and they said it could be up to a week for an oil change. I have free oil changes for life through this company but only if its done within the allowed milage. I can not do that now because of their inability to work with me on the issue. Service department has horrible hours and is really slow to get anything done. 1/10 would not recommend.

Pray you never need service here. Bought a 2007 Forf F250 Super Duty truck new. At 40,000 miles had trouble with the turbo unit. Brought in to be fixed 10/2010. Rather than replace th unit they took it apart and fixed it. It was under warranty but the charged me $ 100 for diagnostics. 2 weeks later Ford sent me a check for the $ 100 with a note stating all charges were covered under warranty. March, 2012 @ 63,000 miles, same problem with turbo. Made appointment but did not have opening in shop for 2 1/2 weeks . Finally got truck in. Confirmed turbo problem but stated no warranty coverage due to 5 year time period ending in 9/2011. Now they say turbo needs replacement for $ 3,400. I asked to have it covered as problem was diagnosed and treated unsuccessfully at time of first service. Claim denied. Asked about any appeal - Told me there is no appeal process. Claimed they have no record of my bringing vehicle in for maintenance service there so any warranty would be void. I told them I have serviced truck in accordance w/ Fords required maintenance schedule, just not at THEIR shop. The service advisor David is useless. Picking up truck today to take to local diesel repair shop. Im planning on talking to a lawyer. AVOID HOLMES TUTTLE FORD. I love buying a vehicle made in the US but Ill drive out of town to avoid any JIm Click dealership

My mother and I purchased a 2008 dodge 2500 silver 4by4 crew cab standard box diesel at jim click holmes tuttle ford Lincoln.they told us that dealer had bought back pickup because couple of things needed too be fix and they had fixed it at the auto mall dodge they didnt bother to tell us it was bought in auction in Nevada and had been labeled lemon and manufactors buy back by car fax.i had it for two years in garage 15 times and couldnt trust it to go out of town. One day I asked chris schimdt to do car fax and then I seen lemon they didnt tell us that and wouldnt straighten matter out. We had to trade back because we couldnt trust pickup to go out of town or state.please watch facebook and tweeter in next week I will be putting up picture and the car fax information.they did this to a 69 year old women and caused her health problems.she bought 5 vechiles from them and this is how they treated her I wonder if jim click is aware what they are doing?and why people arent coming back.i my self will never buy in Tucson I am going out of town next week to get my purchase done with someone I can trust and willnt be lied too.and they willnt be doing any service ever on that one. Also had a ford 2008 f-250 two wheel drive diesel and there service department under warranty took three weeks too order parts its self that is why we traded .went from owing 9,300.00 to 24,000.00 and they sold me and mother a bigger problem and they new what was going on it was bought in the red lane at auction in Nevada. I would think twice about buying anything at jim click holmes tuttle ford lincln from sales and service.this is my opion and call ask them about the pickup because as soon as we traded back they put title in there name and took pickup out of state.when you call ask them what state they sent it to .and would they do this to there own mother?and better business burea did nothing jim click has in hip pocket.we gave all the proof and they did nothing but stall.send me email and I will send picture and carfax information thank you for taking time too read this.
