I contacted Car World a little over a week ago of a car I was interested in. Chris the sales representative made the process so smooth and easy. He was straight forward and honest from the start. The process of purchasing a car is not always the easiest and usually takes half a day to complete. That wasn’t the case! I was in and out in about 30-45 min. Went there yesterday. We were ignored. Stood out there in the heat and walked around the whole lot with nobody saying so much as a hello A shame. There was a vehicle we were interested in. I dont spend thousands of dollars at a places that ignores us.

So I was looking for a mustang for awhile. I live in Roswell and dont have much options! Found this car and called and was given all the info I needed. I ended up getting the car and Al made sure it was held for me. When I arrived everyone was very friendly. We took a quick drive and they put gas in it and got me a car wash. Tom got us hooked up on the paperwork and he was very nice as well. Al was nice enough to also replace the windshield wipers and made sure the team changed the oil before hand!! Al is the guy you want to talk to. I came here last week sometime to finance a car after my current car broke down and was too expensive to fix. I showed up and was helped immediately. Since this is the first car I’ve ever financed, he gave me advice about how to get the most out of my payments. He also got me super good rates and even advised me on how to get a really good insurance rate for the car. I would 100% recommend car world if you’re looking to buy a used car. They have super good prices amazing rates and their salesmen are very informed and experienced. They also are more interested in satisfying customers rather than getting the sale.

After reading some positive reviews about this place we decided to go look at a couple trucks they had. We test drove 2 trucks and liked a 2009 Ford. We had emailed the salesperson, young kid, the information they requested and waited. Finally called and spoke with Al. He explained everything looked good and the monthly payment should be close to what we were looking for.Next day I call again and spoke with young salesperson. He tells us all is approved and what we needed to bring in to finalize deal. I ask about our payment and was surprised how high it was. I ask at what price was truck being sold to us. To my surprise it was almost $1000.00 OVER what was advertised online and what the paper work in the truck was. Of course I ask him how is that? his response was thats the price now. Maybe working with a different salesperson would have resulted in a better experience. Id say if youre going to try and work with these folks, maybe ask for Al as it appears all the positive reviews are about him. Otherwise, too many other used car dealers in town to waste your time with Car World.

A great place to.look for a used car at a reasonable price. Al and the whole team there treated us great as we tested 3 cars, with no pressure on us to buy. We finally chose a Mazda 5, and my wife is quite happy. Finance Guys were totally up front with us, no back of hand stuff like I have experienced elsewhere here in Tucson. Car World seems to specialize in cars with higher mileage at a good price point. I will add more as time goes on. I intend to come back when I have a need for another automobile.

I went to Car World today to look at a Toyota Avalon they had advertised on the net, I was not greeted by anyone, and looked at their inventory for 30 or 40 minutes.Finally a salesman AL asked me If I had been helped and i asked to tosee the car I had came to see.. Al brought the keys and left me alone to inspect the car for 20 minutes. When I returned to the office and said I wanted to test drive the car, Al tookme for a short test drive and said he had to get back to another customer, who flown in to buy a car. I entered the office and found presumably a sales manager.I inquired as to why the price had gone up $ 600 over and then was yelled at saying that cars were harder to get because of the pandemic.I asked if there was any flexibility in the price and was gruffly told NO.Later today I purchased a much nicer car, same model and year for$1600 less and I dont have to pay all their BS fees. Thanks for nothing Car World,I will never come back.

My dad and I bought a 2013 toyota sienna from car world this week. From first contact to the completed sale Brian was a fantastic agent. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He made the experience very smooth and painless. If anyone wants to buy a used vehicle, I would recommend Brian at Car World anytime!!!

We were there about a week or 2 ago to do a trade in and they had 2 of their “mechanics” drive our car to see if it was in good enough condition. They both said there was something wrong with the transmission and they didn’t want to mess with us about it. We went to an actual shop and got it checked out, and it was only a wheel bearing. Their mechanics aren’t much of a mechanic if ya ask me. Thank god we got it checked out and didn’t trade it in anywhere else. Al was nice and helpful tho when we were looking at a few cars.

Don’t waste your time, they don’t communicate well I inquired about in house financing as my credit took a hit with COVID but decided to open a business instead of returning to my employer so in searching for a vehicle I contacted these guys, they requested my info and logistics and responded with yes with $3000 down, well with their bad communication come to find out they can’t. How do you tell someone yes then you don’t, waste of time. Found someone else who took the time to get me into a commercial van

Positives: truck we got was good, clean and spacious. It had a broken wind shield but they did honor to replace it. Other than having to replace the rear shocks it pulled our trailer like a champ. Danny was a no nonsense guy, it was either take it or leave it. The younger kid working there seemed like a hard working young man. Each time I went there on 4 different occasions he was staying busy and attentive.Negatives: the communication with Danny and his team was horrible. We called ahead to schedule a day and time to take the truck in to get the windshield replaced. My wife spoke with Tom and we planned on a Monday morning. Well I showed up and Danny was surprised I was there because he didn’t hear from us. No big deal, so Danny called his windshield guy and we set something up for the next morning. After realizing that wouldn’t work we then called him back o reschedule for Wednesday 9am. I show up that day and no repair guy to be found. Spoke to the young man who was working hard and he spoke with someone inside who said we were expecting you yesterday! Dumbfounded I said we changed it to Wednesday 9am. So I waited for Danny to show up to work and he made it a point to say the appointment was today at 930am. I said no it was 9am and his response was “are you sure?” Again, I patiently asked if it will get done today and Danny said yes. I’ll call you when it’s done. Mind you i did tell Danny I would pick up the truck at 6:30pm since I work all day but when 5:30 rolls around and I don’t hear from them all day I decided to call and I got Tom who stated oh yeah it’s been done for a while now, didn’t Danny call you? No, he did not. Again no big deal. Just work on your communication skills guys. Other than those annoying issues we are so far happy with the truck.

We came in just to look and found something we liked and brian was able to help us get what we wanted 5 stars for them great service and we love the new car. Thanks brian and everyone at car world

Went to Car World to look at several cars. Brian was very helpful once I had picked a couple out and was very friendly about test driving and general knowledge. Never felt like I was getting tricked or forced into a deal. I ended up buying a car and they were more than willing to replace parts that needed replacing such as brakes, tires, windshield wipers without adding onto the price. Comparable prices to car fax and kbb if not below. Also open to negotiating IF you can find a similar car at a lower price.

BOUGHT MY JETTA HERE!! WONDERFUL!!! And they even gave me a new battery and cleaned my car up !!!

Went with hubby to look at a used Titan they had, after calling about another vehicle he really liked that had already sold. When he called they were like, we’re busy but you can come in for a short wait to test drive. When we got there, my hubby had already been approved by a company and had he liked the Titan; would’ve taken it right away....however, the salesman immediately began to run his credit. He then told my man they already got his credit info now needed his pay stubs, which he explained as he sent electronically that he may have sent something incorrectly but he was fixing it and resending. The salesman starts over explaining how the bank approves etc insinuating that we don’t have the money, then he starts calculating my man’s pay and explaining how he probably won’t get another vehicle loan because his income when this salesman can’t even read the paycheck correctly. This whole time we’re going through all this it’s now been an hour and we haven’t even gotten the truck unlocked to see the inside. Finally my man asks why they need so much for him to test drive the truck, what if he doesn’t like it? Then they come at my hubby with, why are we doing this then? Ummm, hello? We wanted to TEST drive a vehicle and went ahead with the whole paperwork process to see if they offered a better deal than what we had to present and they didn’t even let us see the interior! We left and my hubby called and told the manager, who was unresponsive and unapologetic. We will NEVER go there again, even if they’re selling for a dollar, and neither will anyone we’re related to.

Hands down, best place in town! Tom and Chris couldnt have been more honest, customer service oriented or more efficient! Thank you guys for the breath of fresh air!

I saw a beautiful ford fiesta on their website and I was skeptical I was going to get a approved, but they got me approved, even with my not-so-great credit! Their customer service was wonderful, Al took good care of me, was transparent about everything I needed to do and made everything simple. I highly recommend this place, great inventory and great people working there.

Bad place to go to guy named AL Rodriguez says I wouldnt be able to trade my 2019 chevy trax in for 2014 GMC Terrain I still owed $19,000 but my car is going for $13,000 that $6,000 I would of owed would have went to the $9,000 2014 vehicle he said I would have to have put alot of money down because I would owe so much but I had 2016 vehicle still owed 12,000 on it and got this 2019 vehicle that was going for 21,000 when I only put $200 down and got it so I dont know why I couldnt have gotten this vehicle. I was trying to trade it in for a vehicle with more space. But he denied me he had an attitude. Ended up going somewhere else now I got a Chevy Equinox 2020 that was going for $20,000 and even still owe $19,000 on my vehicle I was helped. I do not recommend this place at all they could have gotten a sale from me and made more on my vehicle than what they were selling there vehicles for but its there loss and Im happy someone else helped me and had better customer service. Could tell I was not going to like this place or guy the moment he answered the phone and just his tone whole time

I needed a more modern car since my 92 Buick Century, while still in driving condition, was obviously showing its age. I was in the market for a used car. Enter the 2012 Honda CR-V. Not only did I get a good price on it, but when I mentioned the tires were a but worn, I got two replacements on the front, a car wash, and gas on the house. Al Rodriguez service was amazing. He picked a good route for a test drive and without me asking, gave me upfront the out the door price. It was less than I was expecting! Great customer service and honesty and Al let my Pokémon obsessed sister listen to Pokémon (shes blind) while we waited on the new tires so she wasnt bored. One of the best car dealer experiences Ive ever had.

Good salesmen but I wish they inspect cars before putting them up for sale so they save the customers time instead they deside to inspect at the time of sale and thats what happened to me they had to send the car to inspection and me wait four days so they can till me that the car wasnt good enough for sale .. my time was wasted

So, I needed a second vehicle and Car World had two I wanted to look at. The first one needed a little more work than I wanted to put into a 14 year old vehicle. But the other one was in far better shape than I expected and only had less miles. I spoke to Sergio and he hooked me up. By the way he is a great guy! Not like the typical car salesmen. Unmotivated staff, non accommodating hours, they don’t know much about the cars, no wiggle room on price. I’d say coming here feels like going to the post office or the dmv.Al said he had to be present for test drives and he needed to sit in the front so I had to sit in the back. He also told us where to drive and didn’t let us choose.

I have been in the car market for about five months and by chance I came across Car World in Tucson, Arizona. I came for a car but left with pride of buying my car from this dealership. From walking on the lot and leaving with my new (to me) vehicle, I have been taken care of every step of the way. Marcos helped me purchase my car and it was entirely a stress free environment where I felt at ease and welcome. If I need to buy another car or if I hear of someone in the market, I will turn them to Car World because I know they will be taken care of like I was.

We bought a car at Car World in December, and we absolutely loved it. The car was in great condition and we were very satisfied. The timing belt in the car was near needing replacement, so the owner even helped us by replacing it for free, as well as changing the engine mounts along the way. Around 3 weeks after we purchased the car, the alternator stopped working, so we called the owner of Car World and he immediately fixed the issue without giving us any hard time, even though it 1 week past our warranty period . I 100% recommend Car World to anybody in need of a good car for a reasonable price and with amazing service!
