Great place to purchase a newer used car! My husband needed a car and Carl was so helpful. We were there for 3 hours and my husband drove off the lot in a 2017 Ford Fiesta. Financing was super easy and they even called back a couple days later to tell us we would have a lower payment and interest rate with a local credit Union. Two things I can say negative is this: they didn’t fill the gas tank and the car was filthy inside. It was raining so I get it and when I emailed Carl about it he said we could come back and he’d fill the tank (we had already filled it). I would recommend to anyone looking for a used car! They are just a bunch of nitwits, they arent that time efficient, they are always understaffed - when everytime Ive come in Ive had to wait because theyre so many other people. And their office is so small for that amount of people that come in, their is no reception desk so if you walk in you just have to wait for someone to not be talking with other clients. Bottom line is they arent as great as other car sale shops, and they are priced just the same as other ones.

Had a great experience with Paramount Auto Sales. It was one of the easiest car sale I have ever had and fastest. Though when I took my ML-63 home it would not start. I called Carl and he had my car picked up and taken to the shop. It took them a couple days and they fixed it. It was the fuel pump. All at no charge to me. Wed been looking at cars for a couple of months but were strapped for both cash and credit. Wed been to several used card dealerships in Tucson. Once we got serious about taking action I called Paramount and spoke with Rob. We made an appointment for later that day. We had a phenomenal experience. Rob knew a lot about cars generally and diesels specifically. We were looking at a diesel VW Passat. I jokingly complimented him for being a bit of a geek. I much prefer a knowledgeable and friendly geek over a high-pressure salesperson. We like the car but had promised ourselves to consider a couple of other options. One large dealership on Speedway didnt bother to come out to greet us at all - not even after touring the entire lot. We pulled up in a 2016 Ford F-350 so we didnt look as broke as we were. LOL! The second larger dealership we went to on Alvernon also did not greet us until wed toured half the lot and came to the porch to bother the salesman, who ended up being condescending. We couldnt get back to Paramount fast enough that afternoon! We ended up with the Passat and love it! The whole process from selection and negotiation with Rob to financing with Al was a pleasure, for what is usually a not so fun experience. Thanks Rob and Al!!!I highly recommend this smaller but much nicer used car dealer to anyone who is serious about getting a good car at a fair price.

Bought my dream truck about 2 weeks ago. Living in California, Rob helped me with the whole process even after hours. I flew out there and they scheduled a Lyft to pick me up. We bought a truck from this dealer and within 100 miles e transmission and water pump went out. We were told we knew what we got ourselves into when we let them know they sold us a lemon. Shortly after fixing the issues, the truck had electrical problems and burned to the ground at the side of the road with my 3 year son and I standing back and watching. Thanks Paramount.

So we bought a truck here in september 2020, 4 months and 50 miles later and the transmition, water pump and struts are bad at a cost of 7k. We were convinced that the extendend warrenty was awesome,,, ha ha my shop says its the worst one they have every seen. you have to pay to have the transmittion taken apart and then they might pay for a few parts, the rest somehow isnt covered (i knew better than to buy a extended warrenty but i had hoped it wouldnt be a rip off.)The people are nice enough and feed you a sweet ine of BS of course. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere

I did not purchase a vehicle from Paramount however in my research I came across a 2002 Porsche boxster S and contacted them by phone. The salesman was not available,he was on another call, and within 2 minutes he returned my inquiry. He informed me that the vehicle was sold- earlier today- he apologized for not having the car on the lot and offered 2 other vehicles. I was not interested in the vehicles that he suggested and I thanked him. He was very professional and didnt try to mislead me that the vehicle was still on the lot and didnt push the other suggestions. I will continue to search and will definitely monitor Paramount Auto Sales website. Well worth the drive from Scottsdale if I find what Im looking for.

Im in the army and came back from overseas, I purchased a 2011 BMW 550i in excellent condition. They took care of me and accommodated my needs until I was able to pick it up. Very friendly and easy to work with. From personal experience I would rate this place a 10 out of 5 stars! Very professional and handled everything within a timely manner.

Recently purchased a Volkswagen from them and the entire process was great. There was no pressure from the moment I walked in. I knew what car I wanted after shopping online and I went in only to look and test drive that one car. I met with Phil and he was great. We looked over the car and went on a test drive and I left to go look at a car at a different place. He didnt try to keep me there or pressure me to buy that first visit.When it came time to buying I was there no more than 30 minutes. Last time I bought a car from a dealership I was there for hours. I was amazed that the process here took less than 1. They also didnt try to sell me warranties or anything extra. They said if I wanted to hear the options I could, but if not they wouldnt pressure me to buy anything extra.They also delivered the car to my home. I live on the opposite side of town and had no way to get my old car and the new one home at the same time. They were able to drop it off at my house on the other side of town.If youre looking for a used car I definitely recommend these guys. They seem to have a great selection of vehicles in great shape and they are a pleasure to work with.

They sold me a car, shortly after the engine blew out. Now I’m stuck with no car and a loan. Asked them for help considering the right thing would be for them to take care of it. They laughed and said there is nothing they can do. As to how they almost have a 5 star rating is beyond me. All fake positive reviews. Do yourself a favor, never buy a car from them.

I love paramount! My fiancee and I just got our second car through them and they were amazing. We got a 2007 ford focus and we love it. Driving by you wouldnt think to stop here, BUT GIVE IT A SHOT. They have a variety of vehicles and they dont bug you while you are looking around, but are close by when you need them. The car we got, the CD player didnt work, but guess what. The owner got us a new one!! I dont know of any car dealer the would do that. Definitely will be out first stop when we decided to look for another vehicle. The only reason this dealership has anything above two stars is because they actively request customers to leave a five-star review in return for a 50$ gift card to any restaurant in town.Read the contract: theres a clause in there that openly states that price is subject to change at any time.Salesman will try to fast-talk you into buying a load of polished scrap. They promise to fix the transmission or windshield through a guy that they have on retainer. No guarantees, no promises. You just get screwed in the end.Do not buy from here. Total scam.

Two stars is being generous. They had supposedly had everything all fix and ready to go. I heard from multiple people this is a good care runs great. So took the test drive by myself cause the sales person had an appointment to go to. I came back to dealership and waited for my sales guy to get back from his appointment. After deal was done I left with my car and got 1/2 up road and the car overheats...turn to take it back to have the owner yelling at me that I blew the engine. He was quite unprofessional. Come to find out it needed a new radiator because I was told, this one was way gunked up which goes to show they do not do a thorough check of their vehicles prior to selling them. Then I was told they made sure everything was working and they went over the A/C just to make sure everything was good. Well, today the A/C blows out only warm air! So I give them a big thumbs down for service and the owners incredible unprofessional attitude and actions such as saying I caused the problem. Anyway, I will not deal with them again!!

My husband and I were extremely apprehensive to finance another car due to making huge mistakes in the past, and with our bad credit we thought we would need a huge down and pay an extremely high interest rate but decided to try this place out.I looked at cars on there website and narrowed it down to 3.As soon as we walked in we were greeted properly and instantly test drove a 2012 Dodge Avenger. We both test drove it and liked it. Then we went inside and started crunching #s, he even gave us advice and pointers on how to build our credit. A few offers came back with decent interest rates, but we were waiting for the credit union to respond because they typically have better interest rates. So we put ins on the car and took it as a spot on delivery.The next day Phillip called back with the good news about the credit union financing us and we made an appointment to finalize everything. Awesome payments, decent interest, worked with us on a great down payment! No other car company could get us in anything for anywhere near the price.Because we had the car for a couple days we were able to check everything out and so far so good, just gonna need brake pads in the near future. Its a used car so we obviously expect typical maintenance, but weve only had the car 4 days so Ill keep yall updated. If nothing goes extremely wrong in the next 30 days Ill upgrade to 5 stars.Everyone all the way around customer service wise were amazing.Thank you all for making it possible for us to have this car. :)Update: Have put about 600 miles on car and its still perfect.-Jerica George

Look here first!! I have bought countless cars over the years from private owners to large dealerships. Hands down this was the least stressful non haggling experience i have ever had. Every person i dealt with was friendly and concerned about my experience. Alot of places could learn a good lesson on how to treat a customer from Paramount. Thanks guys, im telling everyone i know to look at your place first before they buy.

We bought a vehicle through Paramount back in December. We were assured that the truck was completely functional and would run for a long time. We had to ask them to replace the serpentine belt, but that wasnt a big deal. It ran great until February when the fan clutch went out. No big deal, we replaced it. Then, in April the radiator blew up, we yet again replaced that. Then, in June the fuel pump went out. That was a costly piece so that took us a few months to replace. Now finally, in August, the head gasket blew. Thats it for us. We cant afford the monthly payment and the parts to fix it anymore. We arent sure whats next but at this point we know they sold us a Lemon. Less than a year and the truck is completely dead. STAY AWAY FROM PARAMOUNT!

I came all the way from Salt Lake City to look at a Lincoln Town Car. I asked myself, are you crazy? I suppose I am. The Town Car was exactly what Roman said it was and the condition was close to new, although this car was ten years old. It is as close to showroom condition as one could get. The leather is in excellent condition, engine was clean, ran smoothly and transmission is perfect. Now I need to find a 12 year old kid to explain how to make everything work. I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander Ltd. on behalf of my Mom. I worked with Daniel and I would highly recommend him. The price was very reasonable and the car was in excellent condition. Paramount provided a car fax and was agreeable to having a pre-purchase inspection performed by Precision Toyota. The car passed the inspection at the dealership, with just one issue with the key fob, which Daniel replaced for me.I would definitely purchase from him again. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and my Mom was extremely pleased with her vehicle.

For the first time in my life I met a dealer that was reasonable. I primarily worked with Phil. In December 2017 I rolled out if there with a new to me car. I had noticed a slight issue with the cosmetics of a headlight which was resolved and received two new headlights. I had an exhaust rattle show up shortly after cruising the car. This was also handled ( a few times). The headlights and exhaust were handled free of charge. Daniel I believe ( I can never remember his name) also helped out. It was scary to pay so muchmfor a car but I have no regrets at this time. Phil and Daniel were always willing to talk or answer questions and got the car in for adjustments quickly. I went with the warranty option which seems to be a pain and has not come in handy yet. Ive had a new ac part fixed but the warranty didnt cover it due to it being less than a two hundred dollar expense. Definitely not Paramounts fault. I would and do recommend Paramount Auto.

Do not buy a car from this dealer. ! First month had issues With the vehicle and they had apparently fixed it . 2 months down the road same issue happen that caused bigger issues now I’m stuck with junk . They sell u cars that just make it over that warranty mark then breaks down on u . They dodge your calls and do not help you whatsoever. Had an excellent time looking at and purchasing a used Maxima. Low pressure sales but good and fair negotiations on our trade in and overall price of the car. We took it to the Nissan dealership and had it checked out. They found several issues mostly minor and we took it back within the 30 day warranty and they fixed the inner CV boot for free and offered to install the master door switch. I was able to do that myself. The car works great and I am very happy with my used car and would recommend Paramount Auto to those looking for low mileage used vehicles. They stand behind the cars they sell!

Bought an incredibly awesome hyundai elantra here. It was priced so low that I was positive something had to be wrong with it, so I took it in for a pre-purchase inspection and it turned out to be in pretty much perfect condition. Bought a vehicle. Had problems of course with the vehicle after closer inspection as i was expecting. Ended up paying alot out of pocket to fix what was promised to be fixed by paramount after i identified crucial problems because the mechanic they use has no clue what they are doing. . BUT they did take my trade in at a VERY good price and Phil is a cool guy. No pressure buying a vehicle. But get a different mechanic and stand by your warranty

An amazing experience!! Not only did they get us into a great car for a good price, they replaced the stock stereo (which had a broken screen) with a new Bluetooth one but also addressed a squeak from the front passenger tire and went above and beyond by replacing all brakes on the car! I cant say how wonderful they were through the whole process!!!

I was looking for several months for a good condition Lincoln Mark VIII. Paramount had a 1997 LSC at a very reasonable price for the condition and mileage. Took a test drive, discovered a few defects (it is a 17 year old car after all). My salesman was co-owner Danil, and he was very agreeable to my request for some important repairs, saw to their timely completion, arranged for acceptable financing, and I am living happily ever after. A positive, pleasant experience, I would not hesitate to do business here again.

I drove down twice from a different city and Phillip is a horrible person to work with. Very inconsiderate and after working a deal with him, I show up only to hear he sold the car which I was picking up. This happened twice and I wouldn’t recommend any business here. All they’re going to do is offer you another car they don’t care about your needs.

Everyone is very nice. I really dont have any problems with customer service. These guys did, however, try to sell me a car with a lot of mechanical issues. My theory is that Paramount purchases cars that will sell. Fix the obvious things like brakes and tires, then they sell it to us. Once we buy it, its not their responsibility anymore. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from here unless you take it to a mechanic you trust FIRST.

My friend and i bought our cars from here. Danil was real helpful, the cars after i got it inspected were in excellent condition. Even after i got my car and there were some issues with my rotors, they still helped me changed new rotors. Lastly Danil gave us great information on where to go for good servicing and general information. It helped as were both from out of state. Great deal and great experience here. Thanks!

We test drove F-150 advertised @ $14,995 with $500 off for Military on 02/04/2019. (We printed off the Craigslist Ad as well as screen shot the Dealership Website advertisement, because we were looking at multiple trucks from multiple dealerships ) Wheel bearing was bad, Philip stated they would fix it and we can then test drive truck again and make our decision. When we arrived this am 02/09/2019 test drove it and all was well, brought our pre-approved Navy Federal Check ; The co-owner Daniel started inputting our license and military, stands up abruptly and says he has to make a phone call. Comes back inside and states they priced vehicle wrong. Told him this is a BAIT and SWITCH, which is unethical business practice. He stated he can still work with us on a new price which it is now listed @ $18,995. This business uses their $500 off to draw in our Military personnel. I have notified our bank of this unethical practice and they are forwarding it up to a supervisor, I will be alerting USAA, BBB and The COMMANDER of DMAFB. As my husband is a MARINE CORPS. RETIRED DISABLED VETERAN. We believe in supporting local business however STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

I found my dream car here, and I still love it! After an awesome test drive, I worked with Danil who was able to get me financed and out the door in my new car in just over an hour. The car had a broken headlight and Danil said that he would order a new one. I left thinking, that if this place was like most other dealers, I would be replacing the part myself. It turned out that Paramount wasnt like other dealers, they ordered and installed the part, with no issues. I had an great experience, and I highly recommend Paramount.

I spotted a beautiful and rare Jaguar on Craigslist and, based partly on Paramounts reviews on google but especially on their excellent seller rating on eBay (the car was also listed there) I took a leap of faith and wired money sight unseen (Id seen photos only) to have the car shipped to Dallas. It seemed in excellent condition and I was told that everything worked and no warning lights were showing on the dash. When the car arrived I drove an hour to go pick it up early because I wouldnt be available to accept delivery in town Monday morning. A half hour into the drive back to Dallas I tried out the cars power a couple of times (370 supercharged horespower) and a failsafe engine mode light came on. Not exactly what I was wanting from a car Id just bought. I also noticed the driver side window was not working and later that day the power locks stopped working as well. Also, the brakes were fine around town but from high speed they pulsed heavily. So I called and told the guys whod helped on the deal. They told me they thought it had all been working when they prepped it for delivery and to take it to a local shop and theyd cover the repairs. To be fair, most of these problems might not show up in a standard test drive around the block. The local shop I took it to had the integrity and wisdom to tell me they didnt know how to fix the problems so I picked it up and took it to a Jaguar specialist. They knew exactly how to fix it without even looking at it. A few minor repairs and neat tricks later (all they did to fix the window was disconnect and reconnect the battery...and the engine warning light was merely the result of a worn out brake switch) and the car was back to perfection. Best part was Paramount covered the repairs. I paid $6250 for the car and they paid $1000 to fix it. The point of all this is that they stood behind their word that everything was working on the car and put their money where their mouths were. I appreciated them making sure the car was in the condition I paid for even if it took a little extra effort. 100% satisfied.

Called yesterday to ask about a price on one of their trucks because I couldn’t find it online. I was told by the guy who answered the phone that and I quote sorry I don’t sell cars I’ll have the other guy call you back. He took my number and low and behold no call back. So today I personally drove to their lot even though it well outta my way of where my house is just because I was that interested in the 2014 dodge they have there. Ten mins go by and I watched three employees come out walk around for a min get in their car and then leave. So another ten mins go by and now I have employees looking out the windows of there office literally just staring at me like it’s to dam hot for them to come outside and ask if I need help or if I’m interested in anything, I mean absolutely no help at all. Me thinking maybe the guys in the nice cool office who are sitting there looking at me now that they saw me maybe just maybe someone will come out and be of service to me. So my dumbass stayed another tens mins and wouldn’t you know I turned around again and again they are just looking out the windows like they’re going to melt if they open the door. It was pathetic to say the least. Best part is I had cash in hand wanting to buy that truck but if you can’t come out and be of service then you don’t need my money. Upside free tan though if you wanna go stand in the sun while you wait for someone
