I discovered Cash For Cars service when I searched online for an auto salvage service to dispose of a 1997 GMC Savana handicap conversion van with an internal electric lift. The vehicle had severe chassis and suspension rust from use in Michigan, but a good body and tires and low milage (39600) and good engine and transmission, and no accident history. I had called some local auto salvage yards prior to that and was offered $200.00. Following an online chat with provision of vehicle details and VIN, I received an offer of $800.00 the next day. Within a few more days arrangements were made for vehicle pick up (no cost for me) and I received the check for the amount agreed upon at the time of pick up. Title transfer was completed at the time of pick up. I was very satisfied with my experience with Cash For Cars.

They were very professional they knew what they were doing they purchased my vehicle and gave me a fair price I would recommend them to anyone thank you very much for your time and your service . Just had a little problem with the tow truck people picking up my vehicle where was sitting at but otherwise Cash for Cars was great

I waited 3 days for a simple pick between 8 am and 12 pm. First day the driver couldn’t make it, understandable. This was on Friday so I have to wait over the 3 day weekend for next available. Second day, again the driver is a no show. I didn’t receive a call until 6:30pm. Remember my window has to be from 8am to 12pm since I go to work in the afternoon. So against my better judgement I give it a 3rd attempt for the next day. Same thing happens, no driver, no call and it’s after 12 noon. I had to call the office and cancel service. Simply ridiculous how unprofessional this business deals with having customers put everything on hold for a 4 hour window for 3 days! Will not be using them again.
