Went in there for service for my E300 ended up leaving with a new E300. Absolutely no pressure, it was also very quick, and everyone was extremely accommodating. Brandon (Lucas) in Sales was easy to talk with and finance was quick as well, only took about 10 min. Highly recommended.

I had annual service on my 2015 C300 for the first time in Tucson, having moved from Seattle recently. I was impressed by the prompt, courteous greeting and the efficiency of the entire service visit. My service advisor Mark Schofield really made the extra effort, including reduction of my final bill for an error he caught. And there were little things like replacing my key batteries without question as soon as I mentioned it. After 6 years in service, this is the first time my tire pressures were actually all set correctly This place did in fact exceed my expectations.

I hit a pothole last weekend with my low profile run flats. The car had to be towed to the dealership. David, my service advisor, called first thing Monday morning to inform me they had the tire in stock and would get to work. He updated me by phone and text every step of the way. When they found the wheel was bent, instead of telling me I had to pay for a new wheel, he arranged for an outside service to correct the bend in the weel for a fraction of the price. The whole thing was finished the next afternoon. I was so impressed I had to leave a well deserved 5 star review. I also have to shout out Natasha, who has taken care of me so well over the years when I need a new car. They have a great team at this dealership.

We have owned 2 Mercedes and were ready to purchase our third. Had an appointment with Anthony only to arrive and be told “he is not here, has not been here all day” we drove from Marana which was about an hour drive. This appointment was planned a week in advance. We were helped 30 minutes later and though we appreciate the help, the sales person seemed in a hurry, constantly checking her watch, and only answering questions. Horrible experience! Not to mention, no effort was made to show us the inventory.

Courtney was able to work out a deal and have everything finalized for me, all from a different state. I drove down from Utah to pick up my new car and trade my old one in. I was quoted 2 thousand dollars less than what my trade in was worth, due to a chip in the windshield and a crack in the front bumper. I had my windshield fixed before I came down, still got 1200$ less than what I should have because of the crack in the bumper. I did not argue the price of the car I was buying at all, and of course they were selling it at the max of what they could for the mileage it had. 6 weeks later I take it in for service due to multiple electrical issues. A 6 thousand dollar service because it was looked over at Mercedes. I’d have a 3rd party come inspect any used vehicle you’re thinking of purchasing from them so you don’t run into the same problem.

Really Mercedes you have the audacity to have signs asking you valued customers the ones that pay your wages to wear a mask, but it’s fine for yours sales consultants to run around without any on. So hypocritical. Half if your service people are not wearing masks either. Why is this.? What are you doing to keep me a safe. Nothing absolutely nothing.

Today I concluded my second purchase of a vehicle through MB of Tucson. Each part of the process went very well. My salesperson, Yeohoon, was extremely capable and knowledgeable about the current MB lineup of cars. He kept me informed of delivery details, costs and other sales information. He understood my needs and wants and translated them into the perfect vehicle for me. Yeohoon kept me informed of cost, sales information and delivery details when we had to locate and order my car.I had appointments with sales and business personnel, which made me feel safe and comfortable during the covid restrictions.Another excellent experience at MB of Tucson.

I have a Mercedes interstate RV that had a starting issue. After a rocky start in part due to an illness with a key individual at the service center, It has been completely resolved in an urban setting. Now we are hoping, confidently, that it will not reappear on our upcoming trip. Jeff, the director of the sprinter service department has been fabulous, as has the technician, Tim. They put up well with my persistent personality, to the point of Jeff giving me his personal phone number. That really is unheard of. I tried to not abuse the privilege. This is great shop, staffed by talented and patient people. I thank them and will attempt to spread the word so they can continue to thrive. We all need good service for our vehicles in tucson, Mercedes of Tucson is great.

Our experience at this dealership was great. Our salesman, Yeohoon Youn was outstanding!! From the moment we walked in, Yeohoun was very attentive, courteous and professional. Wow this place is excellent, lets see let me begin by our initial start at MB of Tucson. In November of 2019 we went to MB Tucson to look for a G63 AMG and what we didnt know was that this car was in such demand that we had to be placed on a wait list. That day that we were there we sat down for hours with John Hornbeck to design the vehicle (granted we also had a 2 month old at that time). John and the whole team were very patient with us and we designed the vehicle online and were placed on the waitlist. 1.5 years later 5/2021 our vehicle finally arrived. During that wait time we continued to be informed on the process on where we were on the waitlist, what part of the production the car was in and even where the car was from Germany getting to LA. This was great detail. The car finally arrived and we were ecstatic. I was able to make arrangements to pick up the car right away. Tom Chance and John Hornbeck helped us so much that day from arranging the car to be driven to our house. Greg in the finance department was amazing truly told us what was important to have. Brandon was excellent in showing us all of the technology that the g63amg 2021 has to offer.Overall excellent experience from the time from ordering the vehicle to the wait time to actually getting the vehicle. I would highly recommend MB of Tucson. Wherever you are in AZ even if PHX, northern az, this is certainly worth the drive. More personal experience here.One more thing i forgot to add was that we did check many dealerships from PHX to CA for what we wanted and we felt the most comfortable in Tucson AZ dealership.
