Adjusting to a new computer system on a new car is never easy but Branden made the learning experience enjoyable. When picking up the car, the initial training was not rushed and we covered most of the basic functions and systems of the car. Subsequent visits were either in person or over the phone and all of my questions were readily answered. Branden really knows what he is doing.

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from out of state and we couldn’t be happier with how it went. Recently I bought a used Subaru from the Volvo Tucson dealership, Daniel is the sales person that assisted us, and I just want to say it was an excellent buying experience! We purchased our car within hours of it being on the lot, and they still fixed every little detail on this used car, put in a new battery, and touched up the paint too. What kind of dealership sells a car out from underneath you after you already signed on the price and Ive agreed to buy the car. They gave the lame excuse the other party had an appointment before ours, but we said sold and signed before they did. I believe we were screwed because we were paying cash and the other party was financing so the dealership would make more money Poor customer service. We will never step foot on this dealership.

I had no idea what I wanted for my next car and Volvo caught my attention. I went to look with no intent to buy anything that day. Sammy was great and showed me a few cars. I was very unhappy with a communication failure here. I called on a Friday evening talk to a friendly representative about a issue our ball always having with the HVAC system. I inquire about appointments he explains the hours of their maintenance shop. I asked if I can make an appointment or when I need to come in he says no dont worry about it just come in whenever you want and they will take care of you. I asked again just to make sure that I definitely dont need an appointment and he says they open again on Monday not to worry about it just come in next week. Okay great I drive almost an hour planning the first half of my day juggling work and kids around coming in. I get there and explain that Im here for a walk in with my problem and well the customer service representative trying to handle it the best he could he absolutely didnt express any understanding or trying to figure something out for me. The next appointment they have is almost a month away, even though he seemed to indicate that they had to walk-ins that day? Which is giving me mixed messages Im assuming maybe they have some sort of priority service for boomers who pay extra money for some sort of maintenance package. Thats great and all, but if that is the case Id rather you just be upfront about it. This wasted a few of hours of my time with an issue that I could have tried to handle somewhere else in the meantime.

I just completed the purchase of a 2014 Lexus RX350 at Volvo Cars of Tucson. This is actually the second car I have purchased here and both experiences have been great. Sammi, my sales person was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She worked with me to get a price that I was comfortable with. I have purchased many cars in Tucson in the last 50 years from a number of dealers, and Volvo Cars of Tucson is by far the easiest to work with. The finance manager was prepared for our closing and had all documents ready to go on time. The car was immaculate and ready to go. Great folks to work with.

Daniel Willis and Rick Saul went above and beyond from start to finish. I had some issues with the 2020 XC90 that turned into worse issues as a couple months went by. Rick insisted we would be happy in the end. And thats exactly what happened. Rick stuck to his word and Daniel went to bat for me when he had zero financial benefit in doing so. Ive worked at multiple auto dealers and I remember how much I despised salesmen. But Daniel is legitimately an honest and good person. And Rick followed through with everything he said he would even during all the obligations that a GM has to deal with on a daily basis. I cannot explain how pleased I am with the final outcome of our initial sale. Rick and Daniel set the bar very high for other dealers and I highly recommend they both get recognized by Volvo corporate!

Marty Garcia was very responsive and fair. The dealership also delivered the car to Phoenix at no extra charge. Other dealerships add unnecessary and useless treatments or equipment--the equivalent of the old undercoating up-sell. Volvo Cars of Tucson didnt do that, which is nice. Id recommend this dealership to anyone.

Leased a 2020 Volvo XC40 T4. Got the vehicle from 2 hours away since they offered a great bargain on a 2020 lease. Thankfully, the sales person Sammantha Saul delivered my car to my home that is 2 hours away. However, they forgot to get my veterans registration exemption paper work in, so, I ended up paying over $600 for registration that I am usually exempt for. Thankfully, General Manager, Rick Saul helped by offering to pay $400.Battery was weak after a month and had to be replaced. Seat memory buttons were not working. Rusts on the brake discs. Scratches on the steering wheel. A brand new 2020 Volvo. Thankfully, General Manager, Rick Saul offered to guarantee the damage not at my fault.Customer is supposed to be treated like a king, but I felt like a servant. Thankfully, General Manager, Rick Saul treated me like a customer and I feel like a king after he helped me to resolve all my concerns.

Bought a truck 3 weeks ago and called about a week and a half later to them Im having problems with my truck shaking a lot when I drive 50-65 mph. They asked me to bring it in that week but I couldnt so I did the following week. Before bringing it in, I took it too Firestone auto shop and had the vehicle inspected. They told me that the new tires they put on the vehicle were a hazard because they had excessive runoff meaning they were warped and I should not be driving them. The next day how about new tires and took the old tires to the dealership. They basically said they wouldnt do anything and I was wasting my time. I asked to remount the tires and I would even pay for them so they could check and what the problem was with the tires. They quoted me $400 just to remount the tires. I told them they gave me a price they know I wouldnt pay to do that. Their general manager Saul got insulted and said that I was calling them shysters because of the $400 charge to mount tires. Yeah, $400 to remount tires sounds reasonable, to a shyster maybe. I gave this dealership a chance to make things right and they still did not want to honor the unsafe tires they sold to me. These practices is just another reason why you shouldnt buy a from shyster dealership just like this one.Update: 6/30/2021Well its been two months and still no license plate. This has to be the worse experience I have ever had with a dealership. Im in my second temporary license and I have never received a phone call or update on it. They kept blaming my lienholder for the reason why its taking so long but it was payed off a long time ago. This should be a simple process for even for a regular dealership. Im sure they are just snow balling me because I complained about theyre them. And owner please dont respond to save face on public reviews unless you are willing to do something about this horrible situation. Again please dont waste your money here.

I just bought a new Volvo S60 and yesterday the thermostat went out and it needed a new fuel injector.I havent even had the car a month. at first in sales they were going to charge me over $1,000. I asked to see the general manager Rick and he took care of the situation. I didnt have to pay for it he wouldnt even let me buy him lunch .it was the best customer service Ive ever had!! I highly recommend Volvo for anyone, who is looking for a new or used car.I will be going back!

They were friendly, professional, and honest. I have known Martin for a number of years and is the main reason I went there. He has a high degree of integrity. Although I ended up not going through with a purchase of a vehicle due to unforeseen personal circumstances arising, my experience with Volvo Cars Tucson was second to none and Id recommend them to anyone.I had reached out regarding to a 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T and was contacted by Daniel Willis. Although I was still getting my loan approval wrapped up and debating the vehicle, Daniel never once rushed me or made me feel pressured to buy the car. He walked me through the details of purchasing the vehicle and getting it delivered since Im in the Phoenix area. Anytime I had questions, I was able to text/call him and I always received a response within the day.During this process, my credit union required some additional information and documents. Even with these additional hoops to jump through, Daniel and team worked their magic. After few days, they were able to get everything squared away with the credit union to complete the purchase.In the end, I ended up having to decline the purchase of vehicle short of the finish line. Not again! Compared to the other dealerships I’ve experienced you’ll have your trade-in paid off in a couple days. At Volvo you get to pay for your trade in to sit in their lot till they pay it off in 3 weeks.

Traded in my truck on 2-15-21. They still havent paid off my trade in as of today 3-18-21. The loan for the new purchased vehicle has been funded after 25 unauthorized inquiries. At one point this dealership re-wrote the contract to include a $3,500 warranty that we didnt ask for or consent to (finance manager told us the terms were the same as the old contract). After disputing this fraudulent charge the GM called the police on me and my wife. We retained a lawyer, and are preparing to file suit against this dealership. Credit is being destroyed because I have an open balance on a trade in vehicle. Stay away from these criminals.

I was talking to a guy for two days about a car that I wanted, had a appointment and everything. I thought the guy that I was talking to knew that I wanted that car but sold the car before I even got there, the sells man even txt me 20min before our appointment saying that hed bring the car up front for me, and everything is good,but when I get there the car that I wanted was being sold to someone else!! he had the keys to some other vehicle ready for me to look at, wasted my familys time, tried to hustle me into another car for another sale, Im still in shock.

This review is for the Volvo Tucson service department. We mainly worked with Jennifer. She was awesome. She is very talented and knowledgeable, plus her communication with us was phenomenal. Without a doubt the best service coordinator I have ever had the pleasure to meet. We also talked some with Adam who I also suspect is great but we did not have enough interaction to provide a review on him.We did buy our car through Volvo Tucson and it too was a good experience. But the service department and Jennifer is what will bring us back.

Wonderful people and we never felt pressured. The contrary we worked with James Goldman late on a Friday and he went above and beyond to help us out. He knew what price range we were looking at and what payments we could afford and made it happen. I cant say enough. He never pressured us, he was so polite and just a great person in general. The rest of the staff at Volvo does not stay behind, they were just great and so attentive.

I was in touch with George via the phone in advance of going to Tucson to purchase the car. He was very attentive and responsive and answered all of my questions. We connected because he is from New York like my father and are fans of the New York Giants. George made the process fun, professional and easy! Once I arrived at the dealership and worked with Ammar on financing. Ammar was such a cool guy and we talked about our baby girls. He was able to answer all our questions and we appreciate him breaking down the extended warranty that we purchased. Last but not least, Steven was extremely informative on all the great features of our XC90. He walked us through the fantastic touch system and was extremely thorough.

I saw a pre-owned 2018 Toyota Tacoma, with only 22,000 miles on-line that looked like a truck that I would like to look at. I called Volvo Cars of Tucson and James Golden told me about the truck and moved it off the front so I would have a better chance of someone not buying it from under me. We worked out a deal with me trading in my 2005 Toyota Tacoma with 291,000 miles. I my wife and I truly enjoyed working with James and other Volvo Cars of Tucson.

This will be my second review of Volvo Cars. I scheduled my car for a certified, pre-owned vehicle inspection, and I was pleased to receive excellent service. Beginning with Chris Beittenmiller at intake, and culminating with a detailed explanation from Chris Devonshire. Rolando Balance was particularly helpful in providing me with an adequate vehicle during the thorough process. I forgot my jacket in this vehicle, and many in sales were instrumental in recovering it for me. Unfortunately, I am unable to name all of them. Overall, quite a satisfying experience, and my vehicle is running perfectly.

Let me just say....WOW! There are car dealerships out there that truly treat you with great customer service and dont try to rob you. I know they are business and need to make money, but they dont feel crooked and shoddy.James Golden was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the cars. We wanted a Audi or Mazda CX5, but they had horrible customer service. The Volvo manager was even better, he met my entire family and made you feel like a part of his Volvo team. On the other hand, the Mazda Manager, from the the east side dealership, was too quick and pushy with me, quickly lost my business.Bottom-line: Go see James and get a Volvo, my wife loves her new birthday present.

We will never shop here again for a car. We had agreed to buy a vehicle from Marland. We test drove and then sat in his office when he even let me get far enough to say, Youve got a deal. I then asked if I could step aside to make a call before signing papers. Was on the phone for 30 seconds max. When I turned around he reported that someone else bought the car over the phone from another salesman while I was on the phone. He promised he would contact us the following week with a similar car at a similar value....never heard back. He really screwed us over. Will never return and recommended to all my family to not do business with this dealership. I recommend you dont either.

In the short time I worked with Sebastian, I was extremely impressed. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted so finding it was easy, however, it was at the top of my budget. Seeing the numbers didn’t sit well with me, Sebastian was able to get the monthly payment down making the vehicle perfect. Even after taking the vehicle home and noticing a small issue, Sebastian did everything in his power to rectify it and he made it right. I went in Saturday to purchase a pre-owned differently branded vehicle, and I couldnt have been treated better by every single employee I encountered. I can only imagine the experience would have been the same or better had I been fortunate enough to have been seeking a new vehicle. Every part of the process from explanations, test drive, and purchase discussions was clear, straightforward, and I was treated as a person they cared about rather than a mark on a sales tally sheet. They have definitely earned future business from me. Having experienced a much worse experience shopping in some metro-Pheonix dealerships, it is refreshing to know I can save the trip next time and and stay local and have the experience be much easier on my time and sanity. My wife and I had our best experience ever at a car dealership yesterday. We are in Tucson for the winter and will be buying a car when we return to Massachusetts. Were using our free time to visit dealers, check out cars and see colors in person. Yesterday at Volvo Cars Tucson we were quickly welcomed by salesperson Marshall Taylor. I immediately told him our situation, and that any car we buy, well buy in Massachusetts. No problem, he replied, and proceeded to spend more than hour with us showing us the model were interested in, explaining the trim levels and features...and insisting we take a test drive! All from a salesman who knew he wouldnt make a sale! Well, he did sell us on the car and he did make us strong advocates for Volvo of Tucson. Marshall is a great ambassador for Volvo and his dealership and I recommend seeking him out if you are in the market for a new car.

Purchased a vehicle almost a month ago, and have not been able to drive it the past 3 weeks due to it being in and out of the shop for stalling while driving. This is both very dangerous and inconvenient. Luckily they are trying to take care of repairs, but I still regret purchasing this vehicle.
