Worst Dealership I have ever been to. I purchased 2 vehicles there. 1st Was a Fiat 500x had to put it in the shop 3 times in a 1 1/2. Then I just purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma 4 months ago. I had the check engine light came on. I called them and they stated they would not work on it. Mind you it is under warranty. So I took it to Toyota and know I am finding out that the part that part I have to have replaced my not be under Warranty. LHM did a bad job at there inspection before they sold the vehicle. If there was a lower score I would give it.

Wow, I have never been treated so well during the process of purchasing a car, any car. I did a lot of research on all makes/models of vehicles and spoke with MANY car salesmen during this adventure. By far, the BEST experience with Ken, Bob & Bobby. I was so impressed with their candor and professionalism and their guidance through this process. I recently had to return for questions about my Fiat, my 1st Euro car, and Jason was great, patient with me and understood my inquiries = tremendously helpful. Heck, I might just hang out with them, theyre a great group of people! This is the place I will purchase from until I can no longer drive! When purchasing my 2nd car from fiat; I was told to add in 3 oil changes that would add an extra $350 to my loan for the car. So I did. No where did anyone say that this only lasted a year. With COVID happening I called fiat back in April for an oil change and was told to call back to make an app as they were not sure if they would stay open. So I went ahead and went to jiffy lube to get my oil change thinking I’ll just use my last one next time once everything calms down. I call and am told that my oil change that o was charged $350 for has expired. It was only good for 1 year... I have been a loyal customer sense 2015. - no longer will I be ordering anything from them.

Was in the market of buying a car and I am really weird about dealerships so I try to a lot online and prior to coming in so the process is smooth. So I made an appt with the online guy for 10 am on a Tuesday. I get to the dealership and walked into the show room and waited for 15 mins before I took a phone call and went out side. I was already questioning my choice, but I decided I’ll give another go and waited 5 mins before a girl asked me if I’d been helped. I said no but I had an appt with someone at 10, they told me he wasn’t coming in until 12 but they would have someone else help me. The process was HORRIBLE!! I knew going into this I would need a co-signer and said what my budget would be. All the pre-work that was done wasn’t even started on the dealership side. So instead of me test driving multiple cars on my price range while waiting on paperwork and credit decisions, i test drove one car and sat in a cubicle for 2 hours. No qualifying questions of what I was looking for or what type of vehicle. Worst experience ever!!!! I found a car, way cheaper and better through carvana, 5 star service with them!!!

Had a great experience purchasing a car through Ken. Ken was very professional and I didn’t feel pressured into a vehicle (like other dealerships). I would have left a 5 star rating but after the purchase there was still a few services that had to be done with the car. Jason at the service department was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely not interested in returning to their service department. Again, Ken was amazing!

The whole staff was very helpful, from the moment we walked in to the moment leaving the lot. I felt valued and informed on every step on the entire process, not only that but I felt safe with my decision and that I knew it was the right one. Gilbert, Ken, and Joe were all extremely helpful and friendly and I recommend them for anyone who goes there. I went for my first car and all the dealerships I had gone before hand were shady and couldnt stand behind their product, this dealership was VERY different. Theyre run by a noncommissioned staff so they dont focus on upselling, they respect your requests and truly work for the best car in your requirements and budget. Theyre willing to work with you past the necessary into the beyond of what theyre called to do. Im amazed at the knowledge and guidance I received in my time there and Im 110% satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership. They have my loyalty and business.

After visiting multiple Fiat dealerships, I must say this was the best dealership that I have found.Steve Hamill wasnt the typical dealer that harasses and follows your every move. After researching my options for several months, I knew exactly what I wanted. Steve didnt waste my time by going over every spec of the car nor did he try to convince me to get a better car, a different option completely, or any changes to what I wanted. I went in knowing I wanted a stock Fiat 500 Pop in a specific exterior and interior color and he was able to quickly and promptly help me test drive and then purchase this car.At one point I was extremely surprised to find the manager came over to our table while Steve was away to make sure we were being taken care of, didnt have any questions, etc.While it feels like a dealership is not the type to care about what you get, Larry H Miller of Tucson actually felt like they wanted to please me. They matched an expired deal from a competing dealership in Phoenix and were happy to let me decide on how I wanted to get a loan instead of forcing me to go through all the hoops and trying to get more money out of me, they were happy to have me.If I was forced to buy another car anytime soon, I would highly suggest Larry H Miller Fiat Tucson and specifically Steve Hamill. And I say forced because going through a dealership to purchase a new car wasnt in the least bit fun and instead was extremely stressful. My wife and I bought a 2016 Fiat 500x 5 months ago. The air conditioning doesn’t work from the start. When asked about it a month later they said we had to pay for it. The transmission shifts so hard at times it stalls in intersections. Now the battery is completely dead. The window tint is pealing already. Tried contacting the guy who sold us the car, to no avail. Hoping he could help us. We’ve only had the car for months, now it’s just sitting in our driveway.

The worst place to come. I have had my vehicle for a few days (getting a feel for it) Saturdsay after spending some time sitting I noticed the raised seats push into my leg. I emailed the sales person sunday not knowing they were closed and never heard back. I get a call from the GM asking me to go in because they forgot to have me sign some paperwork. While on the phone I tell him Im not happy he says to come in and we can talk about it. I go in today and explain my discomfort along with some safety concerns due to my situation and all the GM can say is there was a 3 day period for exchange (how was I to know) Bob the GM has the worst customer service. All I want is a comfortable car that is going to last me and meets my safety concerns

Also Bobby Betancourt did a good job explaining everything that needed signed and the paper work somewhat easier. It would have been nice to have a tank of gas as I had to stop a few blocks away to get enough to get home on. Over all it was still a good experience.

The service department surprised me! I was expecting the same team attitude of not caring at all about the customer. Then I met Adam and Sam. As I was expecting the same shoddy treatment from the service department, I had a defensive attitude when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I felt I had to ready myself in anticipation of a negative experience.Adam patiently listened to my concerns - there was a turnover in staff - both in sales and service. He treated me with respect, answered my questions, was pleasant, and did not LIE as did employees from my August September 2016 experience.The work was completed in a timely manner. Adam arranged for a rental car while my Fiat 500X was being serviced. When I went to Larry Miller Fiat to pick up my car, both Adam and Sam were wonderful. Sam explained to me the work that was completed. He answered my questions to my satisfaction and showed true interest in providing the best customer service! I believe in second chances and am delighted to say I was encouraged and not disappointed. Thank you Adam and Sam!

I had purchased a Fiat 500L 3 yrs. ago and lately it has been needed many repairs. Recently the radio and navigation/telephone system stopped working and the service dept. fixed it but the volume buttons not working on the steering wheel. They said it would cost an additional $500 to fix the volume buttons. Most recently the same system was continuing to drain the battery and I received an estimate of $2843 to replace the full unit. On the estimate it said that they ran several tests and found the radio had an internal short and was thus draining the battery constantly. I took it to a non-dealer foreign repair shop today and he only had to reboot the computer system and NOT replace it. The total cost...$270.00!! I will NEVER take my two Fiats to Larry Miller Fiat again. To think that I was given as estimate of $2843 to replace something that I did not need to replace is shameful.

The sales people are nice to you BEFORE you buy the car. The car they sold me quit working almost as soon as the warranty ran out. Their service department is horrible. The refused to even LOOK at some damage on the car that was there when they sold it to me. All it needed was a simple nut and bolt, but they absolutely refused to look at it. When I went to talk to them about trading and getting a new car, they told me I couldnt afford anything on their lot. I got a brand new 2017 Nissan from Thoroughbred the next day.

This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I have bought over 25 new cars over the past 30 years and never had service like this. I went to the dealership to schedule an appointment. I told them the issues with the Jeep Grand Cherokee of weld slag on the door under the paint, the cell phone will not sync (even though it is on the approved list), spot on the dashboard, GPS not working correctly and an error the dealer in California made that he was willing to pay for and asked that I have the dealership where I was going to call them and they would give them an credit card number to bill with. I showed up on time and left the car for 6 hours.When I came back they said I would have to go to an auto body shop since they did not have one then they would have to contact Jeep to have it approved. By this time the body shop was closed so that lent I would have to come back from Green Valley at least two more times. Why should I have to run around town to get an estimate when it was a Jeep poor quality problem.I was then told that Jeep would not cover the dash, my wife, son and I all saw the dash problem when we bought the car and was told that it would be fixed under warranty.The cell issue was not fixed and the GPS still does not work correctly. After four weeks of a problem I do not see why Jeep would not come up with a fix.The service manager said he did not want to call the other dealership and get in the middle of us.It was two weeks after I talked to the service manager the first time and he said he was going to personally take care of the problems when I went back in to find out nothing was done. After over four weeks of trying to get service I was very upset and all the service manager had to say was if I didnt like their service I should go somewhere else. If a customer is upset because of quality of service that is a simple fix GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY PAID FOR.I would never of bought the Jeep if I would of known service was going to be this bad.

During a routine maintenance the service department recommended a 4 wheel alignment. They said there was damage to a front strut and the rear axle. They claimed they could not do there alignment without $2000.00 replacement of the strut and rear axle! This they claimed was not covered by the usual or extended purchased warranty claiming it was driver caused. The car is a 500L with 40,000+ miles, 2 years old and never had anything but normal local driving. I took the vehicle to a phoenix dealership, they found no issues and aligned it to within recommended specs. I will be filing a report with the Tucson BBB, the State Attorney Consumer Affairs Division and as well as the county and city attorney’s offices. This is clearly a fraudulent report estimate on damages that did not exist. DO NOT USE LHM FIAT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR SERVICE NOR SALES!

Ive been bringing my Fiat in for service for over 3 years now, and every time I am greeted on the service drive and the advisor will go over my concerns. Jason is great at making sure all of my concerns have been addressed on the Repair Order during the write-up process. I have recommended my mom her to buy her 2015 Abarth and Bobby Talley helped her out back in 2015 and she has also been very pleased with both the sales process, and service process. I used to work here and quit for a good reason. Management is terrible and likes to harass women and put them down bc simply they think women cant sell cars nor would they train you. They will tell you they cant budge on a price when they really can. They will con you! And dont go to Volkswagen next door bc they do the same thing. And wait until you get into the finance office. They will make you end up paying more per month for your car by increasing your interest rate outrageously so finance can make a pretty penny off you.

When I took it in they washed their hands of it and would not repair the problem even though it was with in the 15 day warranty. And on day 16 of owning the car after only driving it 3 times the car completely died on me and would no longer start. Now they are trying to stick me with a broken car. I bought my new car here three weeks ago this is the second vehicle that I have bought from Larry H Miller here in Tucson the first experience that I had with Steve was excellent the second time around was absolutely awful Ive sent three other people who actually purchased vehicles from themwhich now thinking about it I really wish that I didnt know there was complete dishonesty in the financial department in the sales department and all around. I cant going to detail but Im sure my them to see my name dont know exactly who I am and what Im talking about. I suggest if you go here to my vehicle really watch your toes because you never know with these people are going to try to pull even coming down to $40 that they try to take from me really $40? I got a vehicle through this dealership, with Bobby Talley, who sells to people with bad credit. I am writing a bad review in regards to their jr. company, Prestige Financial. They are the most non prestigious company I have delt with in 10 years of owning vehicles, they will continuously contact you before your payment is due and every day thereafter. I emailed Bobby with a question, he never responded. I only got this vehicle because he didnt offer any others, and made it seem like I didnt have options, which I just found out I do. I had a good impression of them at first, but now I feel like they take advantage of people in my situation. Look for a dealership and financing company that treats you like a human being.

I recently filed for chapter 7 and LHM had reached out to me and put me in contact with Bobby .He told me when we first met that he would put me in a vehicle once I see the trustee of the courts. It took a month to see the trustee which was on a Monday but the Friday before I had court Bobby contracted me just to be sure I was still interested. I walked out of court called Bobby few hours later he DELIVERED my vehicle to my house.

Trying to deal with this dealership reminded me why I hate the car buying process so much.Dont even bother with the used car sales here. Not only does their one price policy not include several hundred dollars worth of accessories in the form of dealer overcharges (vehicle window etching), undercoating, and rust proofing (auto valet) that theyll refuse to negotiate on but they then have the audacity to charge an absurd dealer doc fee ($398?!).Ended up buying a better equipped vehicle with similar mileage for less privately.

***** A follow up after yesterdays fail****This morning I recieved an email from some big shot at Larry H Miller, inquiring why I chose not to buy from them. I answered. The following is what I wrote:HM Alfa Romeo Fiat Tucson,I couldnt get financing. Even with a beautiful trade and 4G down. I was extremely disappointed. Jason over promised and under delivered. I told him of the strikes against me from the start. I was completely forthright.I am an extremely honest, 100% Disabled Veteran who served my country with pride. When explaining my mid to high 600s credit score vs negative equity on my curtent car loan Jason assured me, your dealership is Not the average dealership. He would be able to make something work.Still skeptical, I cancelled the first appointment on Monday knowing the challenges I faced. He called to convince mw, to just give your company a try. Again, he said, he would make it work. So I took everything thing out of my car thinking I would be driving home in a beautiful 2016 Jeep Willys with only 13,000 miles on it. List price $29,999.00. Not so. It didnt happen.Two other dealers have offered to use the $2600 - $2700 coming back to me on my extended warranty and the GAP insurance, as part of my down payment in good faith. I was stunned by the first  offer but it made me happy to feel so trusted. I would turn that money over to them when my check arrived from Chrysler Capital. I asked why not dealer to dealer? This was my first experience buying a car by myself. I was little concerned when I read some of the negative reviews online. I mentioned this to Anthony, my sales person and instead of geting excuses I was told the truth, he said we are making changes to correct past mistakes. Whatever changes that were made, made my experience exceptional! Everone that I came in contact with was open, friendly, kind, respectful but most of all honest. Thank you Anthony for your honesty, it was refreshing and I love my car!

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE EVER! Bought a vehicle from these guys a year and a half ago that had a clean CarFax. Now when I go to try and sell it, the vehicle reports that there was structural damage to the vehicle. I went down to see if they would make it right (buy back the lemon they sold me) and Jack said that he didnt sell me a lemon and had no idea that the car was damaged. I find it really hard to believe that a dealership who sells $80k cars in the showroom did not look over this vehicle and had NO CLUE that the rear end was damaged. They knew exactly what was wrong with it and off loaded it before CarFax could report the damage! Scumbags!

Want a Fiat and live in Tucson? Then hooray, you get to deal with EVERY SINGLE CAR DEALERSHIP CLICHE EVER MADE and go to Larry Miller Fiat! Lucky you!- The place: It looks nice, of course. Its new, and even the worst car dealerships know they have to at least LOOK good if they want to stay in business.- Picking The Car: I came in to get a car appraisal, wondering what someone would offer. Of course, they offered slightly more than it was worth to steer me into getting a new car that day, but that was fine. I was looking for an entry level Pop so I knew the invoice and MSRP are pretty much the same, and wasnt expecting much in the way of haggling.The guy selling it was fine, he was friendly and not overbearing. He fibbed on whether the car could be purchased with certain options or not (to try to get the bare-bones Pop he had right there on the lot out of the door) but overall was pretty straightforward. I saw a lot of the warning signs for shady selling, so if the cars MSRP has enough wiggle room for honest negotiation to be important, I might be more concerned.- Financing: Oh, heres where things get super duper fun. The finance guy will literally tell you anything he thinks you need to hear to buy all of the add-on coverages through Larry Miller. GAP, Extended Warranty, Key Replacement, Exterior and Interior protection, etc... Apparently for me, that includes just outright lying about what itll cost. As in, he looks you dead in the eye, says this will raise your payment 5 dollars a month if you buy it and then it turns out its actually raised by 40 dollars a month.Yes, its my own fault for not reading the truth-in-lending form thoroughly. I meekly filled out the forms and took his word for whatever he said instead of reading it myself. 100% my fault.Anyways, I read the paperwork more thoroughly when I get home and see that the various add-ons they sold me cost almost 4 thousand dollars. WAY more than 5 bucks a month. When I call back to ask what the hell, the guy doesnt even bother trying to explain the mismatch. You signed a legal contract buddy he actually says at one point. This was after ducking my phone calls for literally a day before I had to trick him into answering.The employees of this place are just slimy. Believe literally nothing they tell you. Get your financing figured out beforehand, and go in with a price already in mind. Preferably, wait until a different, better Fiat dealership comes to town.
