For years I have gone to Jim Click. So i was weary. BUT Aaron P was such a joy to work with! He let me know right away that they might be awhile and quickly offered to set up a ride if needed. My tire had to be ordered however, it was not a wasted trip. They performed my oil change since it was due. Went back the next day. Tire installed. Other service requested was performed. Outstanding service! thank you Aaron! and thank you Chris for the assist!!

AVOID this place customer service is terrible!!!!!! Brought my vehicle in to get inspected and have it repaired on a Tuesday OCT 26 Was told the vehicle would be need to have parts ordered and would take approximately two days to have the parts in and fixed. I left the vehicle for two days to have the repairs done and avoid any further delays of me bringing the vehicle back in. Not until the third day Friday OCT 29 when I called about the vehicle I was told the parts have not arrived and I can pick up my car. I was the told parts would be in another two days. Its now NOV 03 and I have not been contacted about the parts or status update. I returned to get an update, only to find out my representative is out for the next two weeks and the parts still have not arrived and it will take approximately take another 2 Days or 6 Days to have parts in. And while I was there their was an older lady also disgruntled about the service and expressing her disappointment to the representatives...AVOID! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

We would have been first-time Kia owners. Our sales rep, Caleb, was polite and informative. However, $5193 over MSRP for a Sorento PHEV? No thanks. Perhaps other customers fall for the high-demand nonsense, but there are other vehicles competing in this market segment without a gouge like this, many carrying premium brand names and ownership experiences. Terrible experience - I will use Royal Kia in the future. Its worth the drive. My 2018 car was still under warranty so I took it in to Jim Click Kia for a few issues - my rear view mirror kept drooping, my gas gauge would only show 7/8 full when I fill up, my headliner was coming down in the back, my trunk hydraulics werent working, my gear shifter was giving a little resistance when putting it into park. I was told the headliner was normal then I was told they might replace it, but they didnt. They obviously tried to bend it back into place because now its warped. They also told me that the hydraulics for the trunk was normal for some models and years. If the trunk raises its normal, and if it just unlocks and doesnt raise, thats normal too. So of course they didnt fix that issue. With the gear shifter, at first I was told that the service man did notice the resistance; then they retracted that and said its normal as well. Ive owned my car long enough to know that it hasnt always resisted. So they replaced my rear view mirror and they said they replaced the gas tank sensor but it still only registers as 7/8 full. Terrible customer service. I asked for the manager to call me, he never did. He claims to have called my husband but didnt leave a message. Yeah right - the call log proves that he never called. I love Kia vehicles but I will NEVER use Jim Click Kia for anything again, because obviously they will not be honest or helpful.

The only problem with this place is the speed of service. People are super nice. We were there for hours and even past closing time. The reason being that our salesperson was dealing with three of us at the same time.So basically, shed help us out then while we were doing what we needed to do, shed help someone else out. But wed finish what we were doing and just wait for her to finish with her other customers.First time we noticed it was when we were out waiting for the keys to see the inside of the car and it took half an hour. And then we wanted to see another car and we saw her talking to someone else while we were waiting.I understand the commission and all, but we couldve been in and out 2 hours instead of 4-5 we took. Took so long sometimes shed ask us a question and wed answer, shed come back waiting for us to answer a question we already answered because she got side tracked.Otherwise, love the car and the friendliness. Got us exactly what we asked for.

If you like getting your car serviced at the dealership where you bought it, then dont buy from Jim Click. Worst service department experience ever. We made an appointment for 9:30 am 3 weeks in advance, drove an hour to get there and arrived on time. After checking in we were told it would take about 1.5 hours and be done around 11:00 am. After sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours and no communication with us, we asked where our car was. We were told they hadnt even started on it yet and it wouldnt be done until 3:00 pm. We didnt have all day to sit there. They knew when we checked in that it would be delayed and could have rescheduled our appointment, but they let us sit there, wasting our time without a word to us. Whats the point of having an appointment? Very disappointed by the lack of communication and schedule-keeping.

Scott was amazing, my car stop working and he treated me so nice. He explained everything for me and even gave me a loaner car. He updated me and when my car was done they wash it for me. Place is a joke. 3 hours for an oil change. No communication on a delay or problem. When I got my car back oil was black and definitely not drained or drained completely. I know professionalism, workmanship, and customer service is hard to come by these days. If these guys dont care about their job neither do I. I can go elsewhere.

This service department is the best maintenance experience I have ever had. This was my first visit and my car had not had service for a while. They did not push any maintenance that my car didnt need, they were transparent about what the price would be, they were quick and had superb customer service. Nate, the tech that worked with me, was so kind and he made sure to explain everything to me and was very efficient.

Jim Klick Kia is hands down, THE BEST CAR DEALERSHIP!!! I have experienced some of the best customer service I have ever recieved here, especially thanks to Nate Alegria. He works with the service department and has saved my life twice now. When I first moved to Tucson, my car broke down that same day after a 27 hour drive from Chicago, and he was able to get us taken care of within a day! Went back yesterday to fix other issues and of course receieved nothing but amazing, fast, and prompt service. Joe Geck was awesome to work with. I had an 8am appointment to test drive a Sedona, and he was ready to meet and had the vehicle ready to go. Answered all my questions, and any he didnt know, a quick phone call to someone he knew that would have that answer. Great customer service. Listened to all my concerns. The Sedona I test drove did meet exactly what I was looking for. That afternoon he contacted me that he found one in Sierra Vista. The next day he had it at Jim Click Kia for me and I bought the Sedona I wanted from the dealer I wanted. Also Chris in the finance office was a laughing woot to work with. He made sure to show and tell everything we had questions with and made sure we had a deal that worked with our budget. Have bought 5 cars in the past all from different dealers. Best Dealership sales experience I have ever had, and I wasnt even in the market for buying a car. When I got into an accident and had my car deemed total loss I had to fine a new car. I highly recommend the guys at Jim Click. Dennis Vo goes above and beyond to satisfy his clients and is super knowledgeable about cars. The founding principles of our automotive group are anchored on family traditions.But today John Reeman, the Service Mgr refused to deliver the customers car back to them after replacing a dead battery on a new Kia with 300 miles on it. Then we talked with Scott Cunningham, the Sales Mgr. He said because of Covid and because it would be a 3 hour round trip to deliver the new car back to the customer, he would try to get the salesperson to take her time to to try to find a way to deliver the new car back to the owner but he did not see any reason why the Jim Click dealership should be responsible for returning the car to the owner, after they picked it up for service.Imagine, the sales manager wants a sales person to take care of a problem that should be resolved by the service department. Imagine a company that advertises they care about their customers, then telling a customer he has to come get his car (he cant, they have his car) and he purchased an extra service policy that should cover this. Keep this in mind when you are thinking about buying from Jim Click because of the way they say their customers come first.

My experience at Jim Click Kia was very reassuring. I have been searching for the perfect vehicle for months, and have felt very discourage and frustrated at other dealerships. I met today with Steve Castillo, which I was very hesitant to do so. He was very friendly, and was not your typical pushy salesman. I appreciate Steve giving us space to talk things through, and not interfere with our decision making. Kevin in finance was extremely nice and friendly he didnt try to sell us anything extra that we didnt need. We found him hilarious and very understanding of all our needs. We had the pleasure of working with Steve Castillo and Jason Ryan. My husband and I have purchased about 10 cars in the last 5 years and this was easily the best experience. Steve was very knowledgeable during the test drive and vehicle orientation, and he was very professional through the entire process. He and Jason were up front, honest, and not pushy at all. They didn’t chase us out the door, and didn’t pressure us to buy. They were honest about negotiation and we came to an agreement very easily. We were approved very quickly and they worked hard to have the car ready for us when we were done with paperwork. We live in New Mexico and can’t find service like this anywhere in the state. Would easily travel to Tucson again for another purchase at this dealership.

We started the process online and that was not as easy as it should have been... Unknown to me I was actually working with two different people at the same place... I thought one was at a different location... When the first person I was working with would not even come close to what we wanted on figures I told them thanks but not going to work... Then a few hours later I get an offer from the second guy with very close to what we wanted... Same car same dealer and now same location... Very strange... Anyway we said ok and leased the vehicle to be picked up one the 2nd due to the holiday and we had to travel a distance... We were there almost 4 hrs... we thought all was ready that we wouldnt be there very long... Very slow process... Once inside financing... That was a whole other ball game... We already told ourselves we would not add anything as its a lease and having been in the business I knew we would be pressured to add things... Not any pressure but the add ons we significant on the bottom line monthly payment... When we turned them down... The attitude of the finance guy was immediate... He turned from a talkative guy to one who could hardly get the job finished ... we had to endure the online signing not working keeping us there much longer than we wanted... I wasnt aware my husband noticed his changed until we talked about it the next day... He said it ruined the whole experience... I totally agree... We love the Kia solstice sx turbo... But the buying experience could have been faster and more pleasant... The sales person who does the internet side of sales was pleasant... Not pushy.. explained the new systems on the vehicle.. but as my husband noticed he didnt seem anxious to show us but it might have been the long hours at play so we give him a pass... Doing it online is much better than having to deal with them in person..... So just be warned if you dont want to have your payment increase... Dont buy the add ons that seem redundant given the warranties Kia gives and your ins coverage needed...

I bought a Kia K900 and heard that Jim Click Kia Automall was the only dealer in town capable of servicing my specialty car. I dreaded going there because of previous experience with Jim Click Hyundai.But I could not have been more wrong! Nate reassured me, he let me know what to expect, he greeted me at the door and took care of everything in short order. I got into my loaner and communication was impeccable. Everything about my experience was LIGHT YEARS better than at Hyundai. I did not realize that such a chasm could exist between two dealerships under the same ownership banner. I recently purchased a 2010 Kia Soul from a friend. She got the Soul serviced at Jim Click Kia. A real person, not a voice message answered my call. They had details of the Souls service records. As suspected, it was overdue for an oil change. Got a ride from the courtesy shuttle without a long wait. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They even vacuumed which was appreciated. So far, so good. Ill return for future service.

Ive been getting my car serviced at Jim Click Kia since I moved to Tucson in August 2019 as they honor my service warranty. Scott Maher has been my service advisor practically from the beginning and he is always friendly, professional, and prompt as is the rest of the service team at Jim Click Kia. I never get the impression theyre trying to sell me services that I dont need. I also appreciate the extra precautions they are taking in light of COVID-19.

First, let me start by saying that our previous experiences with this dealership had all been good up to last weekend. I had been working with one sales consultant and the GSM regarding the purchase of a new Sorento over the weekend via the phone. Long story short my husband and I decided not to make the purchase. The GSM was fantastic in trying to work out a deal to get us into the Sorento though. After long discussions over the rest of the weekend and on Monday with my husband, we decided to make the purchase after all. I called the dealership Tuesday morning (10/27/20) and asked for the GSM, but he was not working at the time. I spoke with our sales consultant and that is when it all fell apart. I will not get into the details (it would be like typing a book), but I was lied to and deceived through the whole process. I finally spoke with the GM regarding the situation and all I received from him is that he takes responsibility for what happened and a half felt sorry. He did not even put forth any effort to try to make things right. I have never had such a poor experience with a dealership as I have had with this one. And, if the situation had been misconstrued in any way it was never explained to me. I was so excited at the prospect of a new SUV, but the whole experience left me feeling sad and knotted up inside. Car buying should be fun, right?

UPDATE-I changed to 5 stars because the service manager called and really made me feel better about everything and made it a point that he was upset about it!gave 3 stars because the actual buying of my car was great! But the girl who schedules for the service department wasn’t. Called to make an appointment to get a service done and the girl on the phone was rude. Acted like it was an inconvenienced to take the call and even though they were booked out a whole month I was still nice just trying to find a time to fit my schedule and she just sounded annoyed the whole time.

Got a decent deal on the car. Only complaint is I wasnt told that there was only one key fob until the deal was over and I was driving off the lot. Managers refused to offer anything to help with second key fob. I think that they should have offered to get a second one for me or at least offer to split the cost. Made me feel like once they had my money they didnt care. Also lost my business due to this on the purchase of another vehicle I got a week later. Would have gave 5 stars if they cared post sale.

This was our second car purchase from Jim Click Kia and I feel compelled to write a review, because our salesperson and entire experience was wonderful. Weve purchased from both Jim Click Kia and a local Jim Click Kia competitor over the years. This time, in need of a vehicle, we began at the competitor. It was closer to our house and we felt a bit indifferent as to where we buy a car, but we knew exactly what we wanted, so felt that it would be a simple process. At one point during the week that we were test driving, I stopped into Jim Click Kia with very little time and met Jay. Jay was super flexible with my time restraints and was informative and didnt try to up-sell me or distract me from my mission. I left with a positive feeling about Jay, but we were still shopping at the other dealership. We did return to Jim Click for a longer vehicle test drive with Jay, and he was great - very patient, informative and easy to talk to. After 3 more days of poor customer service at the competitor and being no further in the car buying process, we reached out to Jay. Even though he (and the dealership) was busy from a huge TCC event, Jay responded promptly with the info we needed and we quickly went over to purchase our vehicle. He was ready to work with us, clear in his communication - and hes an incredibly nice guy. He took care of us while juggling multiple things and helping other people and he still managed to shepherd us through the process with ease and kindness. I cant say enough about him and his attitude. I would look for him again the next time we need to buy a car and want to make sure that Jim Click Kia knows what they have in him. For customers like my husband and I, he was a perfect fit. We felt informed, not pressured. We felt valued and appreciated and we felt cared for in a genuine way. 5 star I will give Kia for having something in their lot I didnt expect them to have. A 2018 Ford F250!! 4x4, 6.7 diesel! This gorgeous beast was more than anything I expected. Anything u can dream of, this truck has and can do. I fell in love with it. I sat down spoke about numbers and it was really pricey!! But what can u expect from a $66k truck.

Recently had my 12 Optima in for service. Both John and Scott were fantastic. They made my experience hassle free and extremely accommodating. John, the service manager, actually gave me a ride back to work. They went above and beyond my expectations. Car was ready ahead of time!!! Also, John Motzkin, the tech who worked on my car, was absolutely exceptional. Car is running great!!

The Service Dept. Was very attentive and offered the large, pleasant waiting area with a table offering free good coffee and fresh fruits, TV, and WiFi. There was an effort to clearly explain all that wad done and what was the official Kia maintenance schedule. Practical suggestions were maid to make service appointments easier. I was treated like a valued customer... :-)

I received a recall notice for my KIA Soul and I tried to setup a service appointment with Jim Click KIA. Despite calling four times, no one in the service department ever answered the phone. After complaining to the receptionist about it, she then transferred my call to a manager. This number rang and rang without answer as well. If you need service from Jim Click Kia, I recommend not telling them its for a factory recall, as they seem to do everything they can to avoid servicing vehicles part of a recall. Terrible experience, my KIA still needs its recall servicing and when I have to go through KIA corporate to force a dealer to service a factory recall I feel like theyre going to do a horrible job.

I am happy to report that Jim Click Kias Manager, Patricia, made all our previous complaints disappear. The car is working perfectly now thanks to Tony, the service Manager. He actually made a trip to our home to ensure that. Our two months payment was refunded to us and all the paperwork has been completed. We are pleased with the Kia Optima and are very impressed with all the safety features it has over our 2012 model. We would certainly recommend Jim Click Kia to anyone. Thanks for all your assistance!
