Yvonne was super great! With our car breaking down and leaving us stranded, Yvonne came to get is to finish the paperwork. She was there for us the whole way. All of the staff made the paperwork easy to understand and simple to deal with. Dane was also so helpful with explaining all of the paperwork that we didnt understand or had questions on. The cars were clean and appeared to be well maintained too! I actually ended up with a van that I didnt originally like but turned out I love it. Just bought a car here. My salesman Big Mike was awesome (Please ask for him!) and everyone was friendly. Everything was thorough. They let me take the car home to my wife on the test drive so she could check it out. Don’t recommend if you are unable to make payments they are very rude and don’t cut you no slack. They say they help but they really don’t when you don’t have income. Or trying to find another job knowing damn well things could happen in life. I’ve heard bad things about them from other companies. Are quick to give away cars for prices that are above the normal cost for the car itself.

Im not sure if shared this some years back, but BUYER BEWARE!!!! I had no issues with the saleswoman / sale manager that assisted me however the finance portion of blew me away, I was only $20 short on my car note not $200 just $20. my phone was blowing up all day at work over $20, somehow this woman decided to find me on Facebook and direct message me saying this is concerning your car payment etc these people were ready to repo my car over $20. not only that Dane is an angry little man that tried to talk down to me like I was dumb. They dont really help you if in a bind, let me add this by saying that no one deserves to be treated like dirt because of their credit he made me physically sick and caused my anxiety to flare up I was glad to finally give that car back if I would stayed with that dealership me and Dane wouldve had a problem in the parking lot and I would win he may be angry but I got more anger then he has in his short frame so buyer beware in short

I have had a total of three cars with this company and have always had the best of the best experience even when and if something had to be repaired or replaced. We all know how stressful it can be when you have a vehicle down for what ever reason or out of a vehicle all together. They have genuine to concern to help you not only with credit building but exploring all option even if only a few. I have had one of the three cars worked on about 4 times and even tho this was stressful, they took care of it. I have only received 1 to 2 points a month when making payments on time, but that is better than a stand still score . The sales process was reletivly painless. I wasnt looking for a specific car and it was easy to find the one I liked.But as soon as the sale was finalized and I was on the hook for the car (which is fine thats what I came for) it became hell to get a hold of them for any reason. Which Ive had a few.Have yet to get a call back.That being said I do love my car and the mechanics in the back seemed to actually wanna take care of me. Hopefully the front of house actually reaches out to me when my parts get there.

No matter what, the sales manager has always been there for us. I cant speak for the rest of the staff or the company as a whole because my experience has always been with the sales manager, Enmanuel. Hes easy to talk to and always willing to go out if his way to help if he can.

All these good reviews are because they ask for them well you are at the lot.I Wouldn’t recommend at all. Got a car from here 2 years ago and was by far the worse experience ever!!!The main manager Dean is rude along side with several other employees. My car had problem after problem! Everyone including the mechanics they had called it a lemon car! Took them a whole year to finally listen to me and get me another car ! I then just cashed out to get them out my life!After paying off my account they reported to the credit company that it was a closed account and wasn’t paid off or in good standings !

This company finance side is very difficult dill with they harassed me yesterday about a payment that was do that day told me I’f I didn’t pay that day that I need to bring the car back .an on top of the I told them payment would be in on my paid day and they said I suggest you barrow them money I do not recommend them unless you want to be harassed
