The maintenance guys do a fantastic job. They tell you what needs to be fixed before fixing it. There are no hidden surprise fees. The maintenance for life is a life saver. Just had to only pay for the air filter. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. I dont feel comfortable buying or driving anything other than a Nissan. I loved my sentra but the way they take care of the frontier is even better. Thank you the love and dedication you guys but into making satisfied customers.

I waited until the last minute to get necessary maintenance prior to leaving on a trip. The service advisor, Ashley Nicole Reid was absolutely amazing! She got me in and out so quickly, which was super helpful as I live 40 minutes away from the Auto Mall. She was so friendly and made my day infinitely easier and less stressful. Currently extremely dissatisfied with service here. Made an appointment for Tuesday morning to fix brake lights and warning light that was coming on just weeks after they replaced brakes and an axel. This was the earliest appointment available when I made it 5 weeks ago. Tuesday after dropping off the vehicle we were told we should hear from them around lunch time Wednesday with a diagnostic. After calling and waiting on hold for 20 minutes around 3:30 we finally spoke with the service advisor who told us that they would still not be able to look at the car until early afternoon Thursday. Why did I leave my vehicle there for 3 days for you not even to look at it yet?

I moved to town with a 2013 Nissan Sentra and had good experiences here with minor maintenance appointments. Then in late/2020/early 2021 my transmission was shot and I was very surprised. I was one or two months out if warranty and thought I was up a creek. However Nissan covered a brand new one when they discovered that was the appropriate course to take for my situation. I was thrilled and grateful. The local Jim Click Nissan staff was fantastic in explaining things, scheduling the work and loaning me a car during the work. They treated me kindly and respectfully. I built healthy trust with Nissan as a whole from that experience.In July 2021, an older woman made a serious traffic error that resulted in a bad collision between her vehicle and my vehicle. My sweet 2013 Sentra was smashed up good and dead instantly.I shopped on Craigslist for used Sentra’s and stumbled on to a terrible scam where the seller had turned back the odometer among other hideous lies that I discovered via CarFax. I was sickened with the experience and backed out asap. Used cars are outrageously expensive currently anyway from the pandemic ripple effects. And I really needed peace of mind that my next car would be safe, sound and that I was the only responsible owner who would be maintaining the car to the utmost level. I have a family to care for and we absolutely needed a pristinely functioning car for our two toddlers.With in 3 days of looking at and comparing used and brand new Sentra’s, Altima’s and Rogue’s, I fell in love with a 2021 Rogue.KINO LOPEZ was a FANTASTIC salesman to work with. I was able to text with him throughout that short half week of comparison shopping. He was quick to respond and our exchanges were to the point and helpful during my very busy week of work. He was not pushy or fast or overly talkative with too much information all at once. He listened to my safety concerns and story about my car accident and the need to find the right new vehicle fit for my family. He even allowed and assisted me in “testing out” the trunk space in three different models of Nissan so that I could be sure my double twin stroller would fit inside, which is kind of a big deal with twins!! He then located the exact Rogue I preferred in a nearby town and made arrangements to get it in to the dealership quickly and I drove away a thrilled customer. Thank you for your help Kino! I love my new Rogue and feel very safe in it. Grateful!

When I called in before purchasing, Ray was a real help in my decision to come to the dealership. Once there, Michael was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous before during and after the purchase. Our whole experience was excellent and we will return for our next electric vehicle, which is all we intend to purchase in the future. We also appreciated Glenn, the finance guy, he was direct but not pushy and explained the good and the bad of how to best choose our payment plan and coverages.

My Service Advisor was Kyle and he was probably one of the friendliest I’ve experienced when bringing my car in. Always nice and professional, but this guy was above that.My ONLY complaint is that it took a month to get an appointment. I think that’s kind of a long time.

Called 3 times in 2 days to arrange oil change & tire rotation. Left messages but no one ever called back. On day 3 after being ignored I drove to dealership & they got me taken care of. When I was paying my bill the cashier seemed to be more interested in a conversation with fellow employee than giving me full attention. The advisor, Kyle Trestrail, was helpful but if you state someone will call you back asap, you should call them. Not be ignored.

Carlos did an exceptional job taking care of us. We were initially told by another service representative that the tire we needed was always in stock and to stop by whenever. When we took our Versa to get the new tire, Carlos helped us and unfortunately he had to deal with the fact that someone else told us incorrect information, the tire needed to be ordered. However, he maintained his professionalism and extended sincere apologies for the incorrect information that he initially had nothing to do with. Carlos made the experience of having to come back a second time not so bad with his positive attitude. Carlos deserves a huge kuddos!

The worst. I want and demand the service General Manager contact me right away and will explain the horrific situation that happened.In short summary I was told I needed new tires. Second was told the alignment was out of wack and the reason for new tires. I authorized the alignment never got done. Was told they would be happy to do anytime since it wasn’t completed at the time . Came back next day. Kyle was unprofessional and provoked me into an argument and refused to do the alignment. I was so distraught by Kyle I almost back up into a car behind me. Then a hub cap went missing the day after the work was half completed. Had to go to PEP Boys to get the alignment after being refused service by Kyle. Absolutely the worst

We thought we had correct panel and they painted it in advance come to find out mine was custom and had to reorder and paint and add chrome piece ... however unlike most dealers I have dealt with in this town they called and left me messages and had my car finished before the holiday

I had a really good experience today, started with Ray Rabago, the Internet specialist, who emailed me on and off throughout the day while I was at work, quick responses and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted to look at ready when I got there after work. I was told to get with Stephen Oro because Ray would be gone when I got there and Ray relayed everything to Stephen who had the vehicle ready. Stephen worked with me to get me the price I wanted for my trade in, took the vehicle for a test drive, got back and within 10 minutes I was approved through a bank for the loan, and I have to say, hands down, that Derek Phelon is the best finance guy I’ve ever done paperwork with. Derek was very quick, efficient, informative and answered questions patiently, and that was the fastest I’ve been through finance, and I’ve bought lots of cars and went lots of places with friends when they got their cars. Very satisfied with my experience today. 10/10 recommend. Great job guys!

Jim Click Nissan is great place to buy a vehicle. Its an even better place to get your car serviced. Andrew, Luis and the rest of the service team are top notch. I couldnt be more pleased with the help and advise Luis has given me on making my car a work of art or one of a kind vehicle. Hes got the eye for what looks nice and what doesnt. He will make sure you feel right at home and give you the personal treatment.Andrew the service manager always says hello and is wanting to know how Im doing and takes time out just to stop and chat. Not with just me, I see him talking to customers all the time.The service technicians, I cant say enough good things about them. They work out there in those metal bays when its 112* outside. Its even hotter in those bays due to them being metal. I dont know how they do it. I give them mad props with the work that they do in the conditions they do it in.So if your ever there and it takes them a tad bit longer than you thought it would take. Please take into consideration the temperatures outside. Your waiting in the AC, they are working in temperatures that are near to unbearable. Be nice to those guys, they are doing the best that they can. Which has always been second to none for me.So go check out any of the Jim Click car dealerships but if you want to go to the best, the Nissan dealership is the place for you. So my wife and daughter spoke with Ronaldo. He was friendly, informative and did not push at all. My daughter test drove the vehicle and really liked it. He gave them all the information they needed to make a decision about buying the vehicle. We came back the following day and i met him, nice guy. Thanks for reaching out and I must say, Our recent service experience was by far the worst we have ever had. Our car was in for a simple alternator replacement. Even though the work authorization had to go through the extended warranty plan, this simple task of replacing an alternator took 3 weeks. We called and called and had no return phone calls, I asked to be transferred to the manager and was either conveniently disconnected or got a voicemail again with no return calls. I finally drove from Twentynine Palms Ca. to the dealership and asked for help and was told that someone went on vacation and they were not aware of this ticket order and that they would be contacting the insurance company later in the day. I looked at him and said that he could call right now and that I will wait while he does so. I got the eye roll and attitude. Then I stayed there for just over an hour, made multiple eye contacts with the on duty service manager, Never came to ask how I was or how he could help, then I made the phone call to the insurance company and the agent told me that they just received the call from the service agent. I went back to the service agent and he told me he made the phone call and was waiting to hear back. I looked at him and asked, Didnt you just hear from them?? I just spoke to them and they said they called you and gave you authorization. At this point I was boiling so I said call me by the end of the day as I expect and answer. He did call and said the car should be ready Wednesday or Thursday. We called and called - No return calls - Finally received a TEXT message with an invoice Monday morning, then another TEXT stating the car was complete and ready for pick up.Again NO PHONE FOLLOW UP!!!!Absolutely disappointed with the last service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a used Nissan Rogue from Jim Click Nissan. I had worked with Michael Kanneg for a few months to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He was never pushy, incredibly patient, and didnt try to force me into a vehicle that wasnt the car I was looking for. He understood I was holding out for a specific car and followed up with me as I kept looking. When it came time to purchase he answered all of my questions and had all paperwork ready to go when I got to the dealership so it was a quick and easy process. (Due to COVID I wanted to limit my time at the dealership.) After the sale I needed a cosmetic issue fixed and Michael was in frequent communication to get a service appointment set up. The used cars are so over priced that I got 4 letters in the mail saying that I was denied loans because the amount requested severely exceeded the value of the vehicle. I thought they came down on the price so much because they were nice people, but turns out they only came down on the price because the banks said they wouldn’t give me a loan for that much over the value of the car. My credit score went down 25 points because of the number of attempts to get me a loan. Had I known what was happening behind the scenes, I would have left. It was my first time buying from a dealership and I feel taken advantage of.

My experience began online with Ray Rabago. He was friendly, responsive and I never felt pressured. He did ask for assistance from Jimmy the finance manager and my dealings with him were equally great. I ended up using my credit union for financing because of the better rate. When I went in on Friday Aug 31 I met Ray in person and he had everything ready for me as my time was limited. My final step was Kyle Waite in finance and I was blown away by his attention to detail and ability to put me at ease with the process. Rosa was the one that assisted me on my purchasing my Rogue and I have to say she was amazing. Any questions I had she answered and if she didn’t know she quickly found someone to help. I appreciated how thorough she was with everything from showing me all the features, sitting in the SUV with me until I knew everything and taking me to see where the service department is. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle.
