They fixed the issues with my suspension and gave me an oil change without any problems. I have been taking my KIA Soul to them since I bought it in 2012. They have kept it running in top shape all those years. I have never had a vehicle this long running as well as it still does.

Dont take appointments, but service was still fast, and the estimator made sure to do an excellent job, helping me make sure my cars damage gets fixed.Again, they got me in fast, and the waiting area is pleasant enough, coffee and water provided. My husband and I dont buy cars anywhere else anymore. We pay a little bit more for oil changes but theyre honest and always work with what we can afford if we need more than one service. Only bad thing is I can never get in contact withthe service department on the phones to make appointments, so Ill usually have to go down there in person. Ive also had to deal with 1 really rude pit guy (the tall older fella with glasses), but other than that the service guys are super pleasant.

Absolutely incredible service. I bought a vehicle here and couldn’t be happier. The sales people here I’m not paid on commission, meaning they get paid whether or not you buy a car from them. One of the only dealerships, if not the only dealership in Tucson that you can go walk around the lot and not have to run away from a flood of sales people. When you actually buy a car here the service provided is completely upfront and there’s nothing shady going on (I’m talking about you Jim Click). If you wanna buy a car in Tucson, there are only a few options if you don’t wanna buy from one of the monopoly dealers (Chapman, Jim Click). Have had maintenance done at both Royal Lexus and Kia locations and the continuity of service is incredible.

There are very good there they have kept us up-to-date on the process of the vehicle it took a while but I only believe thats because they did such a quality job and they give you free coffee and and sweet and a TV and and its just a good place to wait

I was there for 20 minutes couldnt talk to anybody wasnt even greeted by anybody the whole time workers too busy chatting amongst themselves and laughing.

I bought a Kia from them a few years ago and have not had any problems with getting it serviced here. Nice waiting area, free coffee, pop corn and pastries. Very knowledgeable staff and you are always treated well, in my experience.

Waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They didnt even wash the car. They left the foot print paper on the mat AND had my AC blasting. Nice.

Remodel great for wealthy customers? Yes. However, since the remodel the Kia dealership is so close to the apartment complex I could spit from there. Constant construction noise, starting at 4am, 6am, you never know! All you know is that youre guaranteed to be woken up at 7am by the blaring loud music from the back garages, the constant backing up beeping noises, and the noises of power washing their cars. My only solace is on Sundays when theyre closed, and Im slowly losing my sanity..

Took my 15 Soul in for service which was expected to take 2 hours. Unexpected problem that arose with the service expanded the time needed. Now I was possibly having to call in an absence to work. Instead, service advisor dropped me off at work and then picked me up at the end of my shift. Car was finished and everything good with the work. Plus they give a free car wash and vacuum with work done on your car. The only downside is Kias are so popular they are selling so many you have to make an appointment in advance for certain services or repairs.

I was assisted by Kim Miller, (a lease/sales consultant) when I decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle. Kim was great. She was very helpful, without being pushy. Instead she did her homework and gave me consultive information to assist me in my determination of what vehicle I would buy. They are fine. I got a great car from them and have it serviced there every time it needs servicing. Only have had a couple rude people. They always seem to ignore the issues I bring up about my car and are quick to dismiss them until the car breaks down and I have it towed there. They are quick enough with servicing my cars but more recently they changed their appointment system which caused confusion when I brought one of multiple cars to their shop for service and they had to put me in manually which took an extra half hour...glad I showed up 30min early... sadly I have received better services elsewhere for my newest car and will continue all future purchases through this other company. They have serviced me and my family now for over 10 years. My parents have had only a few problems over their relationship with royal.

Eli Hudson is the best car salesman I have ever had. Hes the sweetest, nicest guy. You guys are lucky to have him. On top of that, hes cute af and those blue eyes won me over lol anyways, he found me the best deal on a car I had been searching for and he made the process easy and was knowledgable. The only thing my mother and I didnt like was that the manager lied to us and said the banks messed up the paperwork, and we know thats not true according to the paperwork we signed the night before. Someone in the back office messed up and our interest rate went up bc of it. Royal Kia, dont blame someone for your employees mistakes. Eli, youre the best! Many hugs to you sweetheart.

I had very bad experience with this dealership. I found the car on the site and came to the dealership. Manager said he is not sure the car is ready, he asked his assistant to help up. In few minutes she found the car. When I checked everything I wanted to see, I asked to print me the Carfax report. She said, “No problem”. I was waiting about five minutes, and she came and said, ”I am sorry, this car is sold ten minutes ago”. So, the manager new I came to see the car, and this time he sold the car, but I don’t believe this is true, because in few minutes I saw the dealer showed the same car to somebody else. I think, they decided to raise the prize, but that is not fair. It is very dirty business. I don’t want to have nothing with this dealership anymore!
