Crosscut (WheelKinetics) are great to work with. I have purchased three autos with them over the past few years. Love the experience. Love the autos purchased. Things are so simple and they are great to work with. I am sure I will be purchasing more autos from them in the future.

I purchased a vehicle from them. It was a 2003 Ford F-250 with 138k miles. The video they had posted was when the vehicle was driven and warmed up. The truck fuel injectors had so much stiction in them that they would barely fire cold. In short I took the vehicle to my company fleet technician to find out it needed a whole set of injectors. Beware of this company, make sure you visit their location and actually drive your vehicle. I ended up doing the work myself. But definitely look into what you’re buying from them. Once you get it, it’s “as is” and is what it is. They lied, and that wasn’t cool.Update: 05/24/2021 - No, I didnt test drive it, and no I didnt pick it up. It was transported to me via a trucking company. It was barely capable of rolling off of the truck bed when it arrived under its own. Look Im not looking to roast anyone. Im just making people aware. I feel that I paid a decent amount for the truck. It wasnt like I got it cheap enough to throw injectors in it and be even. I threw injectors in it, did the work myself and got hosed. Im here to tell the public who does business with your team to be vigilant as they should with any used car. Im one of the very, very few that was able to get Dennis on the phone. Left me feeling helpless. You guys are almost impossible to talk to. Everything is web based unless you drive into Tucson.

Online process is a bit different, but very easy to work with. Truck I bought from them was in great shape, and Im am very pleased with overall service!

I have been following Wheelkinetics (now Crosscut) for a few years now. They always have nice looking trucks and cars. I, as many would be, was hesitant to deal with a smaller dealership. Man am I glad I chose them. I got a great deal on a 2006 F350, average to low miles and hooked up, thousands below larger dealership prices. Dennis went out of his way to assist me with my lender who was less than helpful. I will definitely be recommending family and friends to them. The negative reviews I read are just negative people who dont seem to understand they are buying a USED vehicle. These vehicles arent perfect, if you want perfect go buy a new vehicle, and FYI, those arent perfect either so be sure to get a good warranty.Anyway, thank you Crosscut, you guys are awesome!!

Great experience. I needed a truck with in my budget. My good friend bought her truck here 8 years ago so I watched the site until something in my price range came up. Read the ad, asked a few questions, and bought the truck. When I arrived it looked just like it did in the photos What can I say, it’s a 15 year old diesel truck. I didn’t expect it to be like new. It’s tough, it runs and hauls great and gets the jobs done. I expect there will be some maintenance or repairs in the future but that comes with all older vehicles. Honestly represented, easy transaction, I will be back when it’s time for another vehicle.

It is a very fast process ..... be cautious with what vehicle you buy the video of my test drive sold me .. downside ! I got truck home and have had to put 3k into front end just to make it road safe ac did not work as shown on video ... 4 wheel drive didn’t work as shown on video .. there were two tires on truck with holes on inside side walls water and oil leaks were washed off so they could not be noticed.... lets be perfectly clear when ball joint castle nuts would not seat on hub thats more than wear the vac hoses for the 4x4 on the fly did not rub through in 12 miles the holes ( chunks ) in side walls were on inside walls

This was a very efficient way to buy a solid vehicles. Took little to no time for paperwork and I was on the road within 30 min. A month later this car is the best I have ever owned. Highly recommend.

Best vehicle purchase transaction Ive ever had. Watched the video of the truck I purchased, made an offer, they accepted, then went to the vehicle in person. Upon arrival they handed me the keys and told me to look it over and take it for a test drive. I spent about 30 minutes with the vehicle, looking it over and test driving it. Told them it was good to go, then we completed the paperwork in less than 5 minutes. I then drive it to the house. If you want a no nonsense, quick and easy purchase then Wheel Kinetics is the place to go. Ill be back if I need another used vehicle.

We have been long time subscribers to their You Tube Channel which post new inventory before it goes up on their website. Unlike other dealers with generic representatives that claim to chat with you, these guys are the real deal ! Our negotiation process lasted all of 10 minutes. From the original offer (made by us,) their counter offer and finally our second counter offer (which they accepted.) We put down a deposit, walked in with a cashiers check and they handed us the keys. They even took care of the title and plates as well. EASY PEASY ! So I got the deal of a lifetime...I bought my new to me truck while I was in Europe. Dennis was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and removed any doubts that I may have had around buying a truck (one of their more expensive trucks at that) online. Between the video, carfax, and pictures, there were no surprises. The process was efficient, and can be done end to end entirely online. I bought the truck in Europe, Dennis helped arrange shipping, provided printable temporary plates/title/registration...I had a nearly new truck waiting for me when I got back.Im now looking for an excuse to buy another truck from Dennis.

I bought a 2003 Powerstroke right at a year ago. This dealership is the real deal. I have referred one co worker to them as well and neither of us have a complaint. Truck was 100% as described.

Unfortunately, I have had the same experiences as Gavin W. I purchased a Ford F250 back in June of this year (2019) from Dennis at Wheel Kinetics. I purchased it sight unseen under the impression of their “Worry Free Guarantee,” which was a complete lie to get you to buy one of their vehicles. RED FLAG… After having the vehicle shipped to me, I reached out to Dennis within 1 day and 50 miles as requested on their computer based messaging system. Dennis proceeded to call me a “Liar” “Scammer” “Disingenuous” and so on. I screen shot our entire conversation for anyone interested to review before buying a vehicle from them. So long story short, Dennis refused to accept the return of the vehicle even though I acknowledged that I’d be losing out on transportation fees ($650). Then he said I was, “hard up for cash.”Some of the reviews here praise the photographs and video taken by this company. It’s not the same trust me. One of the reasons why I wanted to return the vehicle was because the fuel gauge did not work, front tire had a leak, which was a cracked rim and the engine was missing a half of gallon of oil. The rim will have to be replaced, which will end up not matching the other three. You won’t see these in pictures or videos. Don’t buy a vehicle sight unseen… From the sounds of it, it doesn’t sound like they want you to see the vehicles anyways.So fast forward to August. My truck has been in the shop for three weeks. I’ve got four bad injectors on a 6.0 Power stroke because someone put 5W40 oil in it to HIDE the injector stiction issue. A set of injectors will cost me around $1600.00 parts only. Another thing you won’t see in pictures or videos.So I expect Dennis to reply to this message. No matter what he says to try to explain away their scams, I have our entire unedited conversation (Date stamped) that I would be more than happy to share. Then you can make a decision if you want to do business with this shady company. Additionally, Dennis claims to be a lawyer from California. He is good with words like “good faith” and “No credible allegation of misrepresentation.” He will then proceed to tell you, “Our business assumes that we don’t sell to liars hard up for cash.” In the end, he is a fake. Don’t buy from Wheel Kinetics, no matter how he tries to spin this. Let his horrible customer service do the talking when he thinks it won’t affect his business. Let the other horrible reviews from people that don’t know each other speak for themselves. We are all saying the same thing. Just a small part of our conversation below.

I thought these guys were crazy when they said I couldnt see the $35,000 truck until we had an online negotiation. Who does that??It turns out... I do. The first truck I wanted was a 2015 GMC Denali Diesel. I viewed the ad and sent them an online offer. But we couldnt agree on a price and I declined their counter offer. Bummer.But a week later, they had a 2014 Chevy Silverado Diesel that would also work. But this time we agreed on a price. I made the deposit and set up a time to inspect the truck.The truck was more than advertised! It looked rougher in the pictures, but in person it turned out better. They had my paperwork and truck ready when I got there. Ive had fast food take longer than this truck purchase.The bottom line is had I been at a normal dealership, I would have wasted hours of my life on both trucks. Instead, I saved time, no pressure, no aggravation, and got a great deal in a very efficient operation.I dont think this place is for those that need to be wined and dined. Its all about facts and efficiency. I like that! Thanks guys.

I bought the 2011 Ford F150 Platinum currently on their main page marked as sold. My wife and I are very displeased with the truck. We put a lot of stock into their business model how they put every vehicle under careful scrutiny to stand up even to the harshest critic so you dont even actually need to see the vehicle to make an informed decision whether or not to buy the vehicle. Did I fail to mention that Wheel Kinetics is making vehicle purchasing an online experience?? Oh yeah the truck was lobbied up as in perfect condition less a few minor blemishes in the paint... rock chips they say. and come to find out soon after purchasing that the truck has a lot over a FEW thousand U.S. Dollars worth of repairs needed. To any potential Buyers that may be reading this please believe that Wheel Kinetics vehicle inspection process has MANY GLARING HOLES as they missed even the most obvious issues with the truck that we bought, while riding the blissful wave of we are getting a new truck!, that we literally realized were there as soon as we pulled out of the dealership. That or Wheel Kinetics just has zero integrity whatsoever...

Fast and easy car buying experience, I wish all dealerships would make purchasing a vehicle so convenient.
