We went here in the evening and the person who helped us pick out the best bed for us was Claire. Even though it was late she still had the same enthusiasm and interest in us as if we were the first customers of the day. She was very personable, friendly, engaged in knowing us and helping us find what was comfortable for us and our financial needs. It was refreshing to interact with such a genuine person who also helped us find a really comfy bed!

Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Adam, our sleep consultant. He was very knowledgeable without being pushy - it was a great experience. We were skeptical of these mattresses, but keeping an open mind, as we have had a top quality memory foam mattress for the last 11 years. We know it will be a transition and different type of sleep, but looking forward to pressure point relief in joints and back! If you go to this Broadway location, ask for Adam and you will get the best service possible!

We had a great experience at the Sleep Number location we went to! The salesperson was very attentive and very informative. All our questions were answered. We felt comfortable and not pushed. We highly recommend this experience to anyone. We cant wait to receive our bed and find out how much difference we will have from a regular mattress to a Sleep Number!!!!

Most importantly, Kylie and Tanya did a great job asking pertinent questions, including things I hadnt considered were important, and finding us a fit that should work for us. (Theyre SUPER invested in ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase!)We were able to find a cost effective solution to our budget and those lovely ladies were able to steer us in the direction of more savings.Cost effectiveness:Truthfully, long run analysis (I think) actually saves us money, considering the longevity and warranties of the bed we purchased. Its worth noting that the cost of a sleep number is about even with a traditional high end inner spring, when you consider how often youll need to replace it from wear and tear (invest in the additional mattress pad!!)Sleeping evaluation:Nonetheless, we still have the test drive period to show us the difference. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile then offered water etc. I had the pleasure of Tanya helping me with what I was looking for. Took me step-by-step through the different beds. Showed me on the monitor where the stress points were, then adjusted the sleep # until I felt comfortable. To say the least...this will be a visit will worth taking!!

The store employees didnt give updated information...so my purchase was a complete mess ....didnt send pump for a sleep number bed ....thats like buying a house with no roof......the saving grace are the people behind the scenes....they should put some of the amazing customer retention reps...In The store ..might stop alot of mistakes.......problem even keep people from returning the merchandise....do to no confidence in their company......

I thought I’d try a sleep number bed because I heard they were the best. I made the mistake of buying the 360 C4 bed.. it’s nothing more than a glorified air bed.. most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Next I called customer service to return the bed, but because I was 2 days shy of the 30 days they said I had to call back on exactly 30 days and that was after it took 45 minutes to talk to someone, and after they passed me around on hold.. talked to 3 different people before getting told to call back in 2 days.And a their free returns is not free, they charged me $199.00 dollars to deliver the bed and charged me another $199.00 to come get it. I am totally disgusted with this store and will never do business with them again OR recommend them to ANYONE!!!!

We knew very little about how the sleep number bed works. We were in the market for a new mattress so went to check it out. TIM was absolutely marvelous in instructing us on how the bed works and having us try out the different levels then walking us through getting our individual “sleep numbers”. Can’t say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable Tim was. Was a very pleasant buying experience!

Since we are previous owners, we naturally shopped here. Wow have the beds ever changed since we got ours 25 years ago. Tanya was delightful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cant wait to get our new bed delivered and set up. We are looking forward to good night sleeps.

It was time for us to leave our water bed of 43 years! Kylie was VERY helpful and knowledgeable on the different style beds Sleep Number has to offer. She made the experience and decision easy for us. We made our purchase and received our bed within a week. We are loving it.

I purchased a Sleep Number bed with a Flex Fit base just under one year ago. The mattress has been great, although the top of the mattress isn’t nearly as soft as the one I tried in the store.I have called several times because on the flex fit base, the under bed lighting goes crazy. It starts turning on when I am in the bed. It turns on and stays on. I have to turn it off to keep everything working. I really feel I should be able to use it, after all, I paid a small fortune for this bed. I am very frustrated.

The staff members at the Sleep Number store are awesome! They will spend time with you, answer all of your questions, work within your budget and make a cup of coffee for you. Wonderful product, wonderful service.

We dealt with Tim...very patient and knowledgeable. Purchased 2 beds for two different locations. There was no problem with holding one mattress for 90 days until we head to our summer home. We have had a sleep number bed for more than 30 years, I would never purchase a different type of mattress. Love the upgrades that have been made in the last 30 years!

Clean and presentable store, unlike other competitor bed stores. Sales person, Tanya Zapata, is courteous and friendly, no pressure sales pitch. My wife and I went there the first time, and we did bought a bed! We tried 3 different model of beds and the saying goes, you pay more for quality and comfort. However, we saved $500, plus another $50 and we received 2 free leg pillows! We recommend this store branch.

Went looking to see if we wanted another sleep number bed. Tim was extremely helpful and explained everything to our satisfaction. Although an expensive bed hopefully this one will help me sleep better.

Be sure to check your receipt and dont fall for the insurance, the insurance adds an extra hundred dollars to your bill per month . Dont get me wrong buying a bed here is worth it. Just dont fall for any extras you can get at a better price!

The store is clean, modern, and inviting. The associate was friendly and knowledgeable. My concerns are more with the product itself than the store. I just don’t know how I feel about buying a bed that does so many things that I don’t necessarily need. A bed that monitors your sleep kind of creeps me out.

We went there on a Saturday and talked with Claire and she was absolutely great!!!! She helped us find the right bed and frame that we needed and helped us get two wedge pillows on a discount that will help me sleep even better at night. Buyer Beware: Great bed until... if you get the extra features to lift the bed up and down and the black box fails -- mine had a jury-rigged battery arrangement we never saw -- there is a BIG REPAIR BILL. SLEEP NUMBER DOES NOT STAND BEHIND IT. Tiny, tiny print? never saw it. Not explained at purchase. Separate company makes the mechanism. 20 year warranty for the mattress but mechanical parts much less. HUH? Bed is barely 5 years old. Bogus!

I would avoid a Sleep Number bed unless you are an engineer capable of dealing with the complicated device and unless you are 100% certain you will love the bed. Customer service is awful and is separate from sales (very clever). There is a $200 charge to return a bed. They will not try to be helpful if you decide to return. I spent a fortune for what is basically an air mattress with some foam on top. I am having a lot of trouble returning it.
