This is the coolest shop for mattresses. Really as if Apple decided to get into the mattress game. While I’ve visited a few times and only ended up buying from their website, I like this store a lot especially because they let you go in and take a mid-day nap!

I was in desperate need of a new mattress. I was sure that I wanted a bed in a box, but without being able to actually lay on one, I was very hesitant even with a warranty. I researched mattresses and was pleased to see there was an actual showroom at La Encantada in Tucson. I went right before Christmas and Sharon took great care of me! I quickly found the mattress I liked, and it was delivered in about 2 weeks even considering all the holidays. Set up was quick and easy, and I must say I have had NO issues with my lower back since sleeping on my Amerisleep mattress. I especially liked that Sharon was very close to my age and suffered from similar issues, so it was easy to pick out the perfect one! I highly recommend this brand and this store!

Although I’ve owned a Casper for a really long time, i decided to try Leesa. That didn’t work. Then, I moved on to Tuft & Needle because they’re an AZ company too. Also not a winning product for me. Finally, I found Amerisleep which is just right. This is the best mattress on a budget while also being eco-friendly and comfortable.

We had an excellent experience at Amerisleep in Tucson. We needed a memory foam mattress for our motorcoach RV - and - wanted to try it out before we purchased. The Amerisleep showroom at LaEncantada made it easy to test several different mattresses at one location. Because of the unique features of our RV we needed a custom size mattress (a few inches narrower than standard king). The folks at Amerisleep were able to make the special size and we had the mattress 3 weeks later (at no extra charge!!). The mattress is great and many, many, many times more comfortable than the one that came with our RV. Thanks to the Cindi and the crew at Amerisleep for their excellent service.

Amerisleep sells a third party adjustable foundation. I have had repeated problems with the foundation, which after 4 months now, has not been resolved. Amerisleep has not replied to my numerous requests to replace or refund. Dont buy from Amerisleep, they will not help.. **Update on this review dated 3/21/21- Amerisleep Tucson has stepped in to resolve this issue. Cindy from the Tucson store contacted me and learned about the troubles I was experiencing. With that, she went ahead and had a NEW motorized foundation sent to me. I received it yesterday. I replaced the bad foundation with the new foundation, and so far it works as it should. Hopefully this new foundation is not a lemon like the first one. Kudos and thanks to Cindy for resolving the issue. I will upgrade my rating to 4.

The expensive goose down pillows i’ve bought in the past just weren’t very good. I read a lot about memory foam pillows and decided to stop by AmeriSleep. I love their unique store concept and their sleep items are AMAZING too. I was so happy the first night i slept on my pillow. Next, maybe I’ll upgrade my mattress to a hybrid bed too.

They’re still a proud domestic brand and, to my surprise, their product was even better than I imagined. I consider this the best memory foam mattress I’ve ever owned!

I have been in the market for a new mattress for a while now. After much research online I became introduced to Amerisleep Mattresses. The website was very informative and covered almost every question one may have. However I’m 63 years old and a little skeptical about ordering something like a mattress from a website when I have no opportunity to touch and feel it. A mattress purchase is a huge decision that needs to be correct the first time.I saw a chat link at the bottom of the page with a name and photo attached. I’ve never participated in one of these chats before and didn’t know what to expect, but I did have some questions (being skeptical as I am), so I clicked on the button and typed in my question. To my surprise I saw that someone was immediately typing back to me. I received the answer from a lady named Cindi. I then asked more questions and she immediately answered again with a very sensible answer that even I could understand. I then had a few more questions and I guess she could sense I was not vey comfortable in ordering a mattress online so she told me to feel free to call her at the Tucson AZ store and she provided me with the number. I guess I was surprised this was a real person that I was communicating with instead of some machine.So I decided to try that number, and to my surprise Cindi actually answered the phone. WOW, was I really surprised at that point.I spoke to Cindi for about 15 minutes and she was so helpful in explaining everything about these mattresses and especially all my questions. She explained her experience with her own Amerisleep mattress and how it performed. She was so knowledgeable on the products and great at explaining the differences in each product. I could not be more satisfied with the professional and quality service she provided to me. As I stated earlier, I’m very skeptical about ordering something like this online however, when I finished speaking with Cindi I immediately went back on the Amerisleep website and ordered a king mattress. She really put me at ease and I felt she was so sincere in what she was saying. It was clear to me that she had great product knowledge and believed in the product. I would highly recommend this mattress company to anyone searching and trying to make a decision between all the many companies out there.But most of all I would recommend anyone with questions to call the Tucson store and speak to Cindi. She is great and can answer any of your questions and will help you to make a better informed decision.

We love our mattress and the overall experience with Amerisleep has been great! We purchased the A2, the medium firm mattress and ended up thinking it was a bit too firm for us. We decided to exchange the mattress for an A3, the medium mattress, and it has been amazing! We’ve had it for about 45 days and still love it. Our biggest concern was the heat retention of the memory foam since we both have trouble regulating temperatures when asleep. This mattress is amazing for temperature regulation!!! Very satisfied and would buy again. The exchange process was very easy. Customer service agents were accommodating and pleasant.

My fiancee and I moved into our first home and decided we needed an upgrade from our 12 year old queen size spring mattress with a memory foam topper. We decided we would go for a king-size memory foam mattress, so the extensive research began.Between amerisleep, Casper, Purple, Loom and Leaf, Tempurpedic, and just getting another memory foam topper on a spring mattress, weeks of research and comparisons led me to choose amerisleep. It was the least risk with their 100 day trial period (theyll even come pick it up for free if you dont want it) and it was less than half the price of the Tempurpedic mattresses we were looking at in a mattress store. The bed in a box also appealed to us because our bedroom is on the second floor and we have a very narrow staircase to get up there; hauling a heavy king size bed up there would have been more effort than it was worth.So, after we decided on amerisleep, the next challenge was deciding the firmness. I wanted to sink into the bed and my fiancee wants to lay on top of a brick slab.. but we compromised with the a3 and both of us are actually very happy with it. It feels supportive, yet soft, and the longer we sleep in it the softer it gets without feeling like its caving in under us -- better for me in the long run :). It also keeps us quite cool, which is an extreme bonus since both of us run very warm naturally. I usually need a fan blowing all night in order to keep cool enough, even in the winter months, but I havent needed it so far. Im actually very impressed with the temperature control science in the mattress.Id say overall my only negative comment on the mattress is regarding edge support --- when I sit on the edge of the bed, it doesnt hold as well under me as I expect a mattress to. Its definitely not a deal-breaker; theres enough space on this mattress that neither of us need to sleep remotely close to the edge. But its worth mentioning in case there are others who require moderate edge support.TL;DR------------------------PROS of the a3:- 100-day free return policy- Lots of options, and good compromises for picky sleepers- Temperature control- Competitive pricingCONS of the a3:- Little to no edge support- Loses firmness over time (cant tell what the final firmness will be at first), although this was a PRO for me.

I have walked by this place multiple times and thought to myself, Looks like a more expensive Sleep Number.We happened to be shopping for a new mattress and looked at a variety of big box stores. We noticed that the same mattress from a particular brand can be marketed differently depending on which store you visit and they will typically use different names for the product, making it hard to compare.We were almost set on buying a mattress over $2,000 but I decided to look up this place just in the off-chance that they were affordable.I was happy we went here because the mattresses are much more affordable than I thought. We purchased the AS3 king and it cost much less than the mattress we set out to buy initially. The showroom is beautiful and Sharon was helpful. We bought our mattress during a $200 dollars off promotion and they included 2 bamboo pillows in the price of our mattress. We were very satisfied with our purchase.The mattress arrived sooner than expected and customer service is top notch. The mattress does not give off a heavy odor. The mattress is shipped in a box and deflates perfectly. Definitely recommend!!

We purchased A3 mattresses for 3 rooms in our home after reading such great reviews. I have never been able to get a good nights rest on memory foam until now! I wake up feeling refreshed and I love that the mattress stays cool. I also recommend purchasing the mattress cover. The customer service at Amerisleep is absolutely fantastic. Great company and wonderful bed. I love my new Amerisleep bed. It’s the most comfortable bed I have ever had. It was easy to order and came rather quickly. We installed the mattress on the foundation for my Sleep Number, which I was not happy with, and I am still able to raise and lower the head and feet. I would highly recommend Amerisleep, but also recommend going to the store and trying out the different ones. I thought I would choose the firmest, but was surprised that the softer was more comfortable. It did not feel really soft. The sales people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I purchased an Amerisleep AS2 in July 2018 when I was replacing my master bedroom furniture. I was hesitant to buy a mattress online but made the jump with all the positive reviews. The king size mattress arrived quickly and set up was a breeze. I experienced minimal off gassing, which was an extremely important factor for me, and the mattress was fully expanded in less than 12 hours.Almost six months later and I am still very satisfied with the mattress. My husband and I both wanted a firmer mattress but not super firm and the AS2 delivers. It is a premium cost compared to other mattresses but I would definitely buy a mattress from Amerisleep again.

We bought a mattress and love it! The customer experience has been great and the Amerisleep team has been quick to answer any questions we have. Our first mattress was too hard and there was no issues with us exchanging for a soft mattress. It has been several months and we are getting the best sleep and no pain when waking up.

Great customer service, great product. I loved the mattress from day one but my wife thought it was a little too firm during our money-back guaranteed sleep trial. Amerisleep sent us a free mattress topper valued at over $200 (at least thats what it was at our local Costco) and now were both loving this mattress. I bought the AS3 since I was looking for something a bit softer than what weve slept on for years. I am 62, my husband 76, both side sleepers and of average size. My husband was skeptical as we usually opt for extra firm. I am glad I did not go firmer and probably glad it isnt softer, as our backs probably would not be happy. So, I think this is the right choice. I am pleased but not yet in love with it. My husband has no complaints. The purchase was fast and easy, no smell from the foam and so far it is not warm, though this is still cool weather. I expect to enjoy this mattress for many years and do recommend it and Amerisleep.

The ladies at Amerisleep have been extremely gracious and helpful. I have been working with Sharon Sanders and she has been very honest and extremely easy to work with. Cindy has been very nice as well. I really like the mattresses and Amerisleep has a great trial and return policy! The mattresses seem to be a great value for the price. After a few months of difficulty sleeping due to severe stiffness and back pain, I decided to buy my first real mattress (not a cheapie off of Amazon) and checked out the Amerisleep showroom. Cindy was great and spent about an hour talking with me about the different mattresses and answering all of my questions. I ended up purchasing an AS3 that day, as well as the bed frame and mattress protector. When FedEx lost my mattress, Cindy was on top of it and in constant communication with me until I received it. Ive had the mattress for about a month now and I cannot say enough how much of a difference it has made with my sleep and Im no longer waking up in the middle of the night in pain. Beautiful showroom. Excellent customer service. And the mattress is worth every penny!

Ordered the split King with adjustable base. The mattresses were shipped quickly, the base took a bit longer as it had to be delivered. Had issues with the delivery company being several hours late and not calling us to let us know, but thats a separate issue. The bed is extremely comfortable and we noticed an immediate improvement in sleep quality and a lack of pain in the morning. We use the vibration and adjustable functions on a nightly basis. We did notice the mattresses do run a little warmer than a normal mattress, but that is to be expected with this style of mattress. Its not too bad at all, especially compared to other brands.

We purchased a Queen adjustable bed and mattress. It was great to be able to try all the different mattresses in the store. We received great assistance in the store from Sharon. The as3 must have been the one what my son and daughter needed for comfort, sound sleep without Back pains. The best experience is you dont feel any movement if person next to you is turning their sides, meaning no disturbance in your the sleep. Every thing this company claimed has been true so far. I was nervous about memory foam and not physically experiencing the feel of mattress before buying online but this is some sort of another level memory foam I guess. Customer service was 100% every single time we called Amerisleep.

A mattress in a box was a new concept to me but figured how bad could it be if they offer a 100-Night Trial and money-back guarantee. I had questions about the product before purchasing and the customer service team was very helpful. I’ve had the ASA4 queen size mattress for five months now and couldn’t be happier. I haven’t slept this well in years. It offers the right amount of support for me and is a much cooler sleep than the other memory foam mattresses I’ve had.

I am very happy with this mattress. I spent more than I expected. It seemed more firm than I expected. That said I am more satisfied and sleeping better than I expected. I googled best mattress for neck and back pain and came across Amerisleep. I spent a lot of time on their website and decided to order the middle of the road style. So far I have been very happy with my mattress! It has not been hot, and I am a furnace when I sleep. It also is the right mixture of support and softness. The cherry on top is the top layer can be zipped off and thrown in the washer! I decided to try Amerisleep because they had a deal going on when I ordered. I also really liked the fact that if you wanted to return the mattress they help you donate it instead of sending it back. I also liked that the reviews I read mentioned how great the customer service was when needed to contact them. I have recommended Amerisleep to two co-workers so far, and will continue to recommend them.

The Amerisleep Store is set up great- we were able to try the different mattresses and settled on the AS4. Sharon helped us along the way and she was very knowledgable and no pressure which we appreciated! Delivery was fast, set up easy. First night on our new mattress was perfect- love it! I think being able to try the mattresses in store was key to success. I went in thinking the AS3 would be right, but we needed a softer mattress. I LOVE this mattress and this company. I was very hesitant on ordering a mattress online and not even laying on one first. I did research from Consumer Reports and read reviews. I decided to go with it. The first mattress was the right choice for me but my husband wanted a firmer one. After 80 days of trying this mattress I contacted the company and they sent out a different mattress no questions asked. The company really stands by their product and have some of the greatest customer service. When we move and buy a bigger bed I will be going back to this company for that purchase. You wont be disappointed by Amerisleep.

I bought my first Amerisleep mattress (queen-sized AS5) when my old Serta finally got too old. For me, it was a huge leap of faith to order online but Amerisleep not only had a wonderful, long trial period but also a free pick-up and full refund policy so I figured I had nothing to lose. After some online research and talking to an Amerisleep rep, I decided to go ahead and order and I have been extremely happy.My reason for buying the AS5 (the softest mattress they make) is that I have fibromyalgia and my skin is very sensitive to pressure - I needed something with plenty of give. Despite the disclaimer that it might take a couple of days to adjust to the new mattress, I found that it was extremely comfortable from the very first night. I was thrilled! I have had the bed for over a year and am still delighted with my purchase. The one thing I will say is that, predictably, it is a little harder to roll over than on a firmer mattress but its not bad and it doesnt bother me; its a small concession for sleeping on a cloud!This summer I needed a new mattress in the guest room so I bought a second mattress from Amerisleep. This time I got an AS4. My first guest raved over how comfortable it is; my second guest liked it but found it a little too soft. In retrospect, I think I should have probably bought the AS3 to accommodate a wider range of guests comfort.To sum up: great mattress and a good trial/return policy. I highly recommend Amerisleep.

I had always tossed and turned in my sleep, and after sleeping on our Amerisleep I sleep through the night. We ordered a foundation, which had some delayes due to manufacturing. Customer service was great to deal with and they kept us up to date as the product became available. I would buy this mattress again.

We went in to learn about amerisleep mattresses. Sharen was super helpful and very nice to us and our son who had to wait while we were learning about the mattresses. She listened to our needs and explained their product clearly. We were very happy with the experience. We were not ready to buy that day and she did not pressure us. We had a great experience! Cindy was AWESOME and helped us select our mattress. We couldn’t quite find our happy place so she sent us a comfort layer, free of charge. Ultimately, we chose not to keep the mattress. However, the experience from the minute we walked into the store, to initiating a return with Anastasia over phone/email, to having the mattress picked up was really amazing. We were quite fearful that somebody was not telling us the whole truth about the guarantee, and in the rare case the mattress didn’t work out we would get stuck with it or not get our money back. Instead, they stood behind their product and their word - a rare event in today’s world!

We had an excellent shopping experience at Amerisleep in Tucson at La Encatada. Sharon helped us during our 2 visits and was very informative, and patient while we tried all the mattresses, many times . There was no pressure to come to a decision, like in some other places. The store was very well organized, calm, spotless clean, and had a upscale design vibe. We made our purchase today. We are anticipating the deliveries of our split king mattresses, adjustable bases and matress pads over the next 3 to 6 weeks. I hope that goes as well. Thanks Sharon!

How wonderful. My husband and I met with Sharon at the La Encantada store in Tucson. What we learned is we have finally found the bed we’re looking for. I need support as a side sleeper, but my husband needs to sleep well on his back. Sharon was great: very helpful, eager to listen and explain the various options and combinations that go into our order. So nice to experience the beds in person.

We had the very pleasant experience of shopping at the Tucson Amerisleep store in La Encantada recently. Nice (essential) to be able to try out a mail order mattress before purchase, and the patient guidance provided by Sharon was very helpful. Obviously online shopping is easy, but stop by the store for incentives that dont appear online. We selected a different model from the one wed expected to purchase after trying them out.

The show room was gorgeous!! I was able experience the comfort of all the beds. Shane and Cindy were an amazing help!! Definitely would recommend.

Sharon was very helpful. We made multiple visits to the the store to try the different mattresses. The biggest plusses for Amerisleep over the other foam mattresses on the market are the choice of firmness, and the ability to try out the mattresses in the store. We ended up ordering the A3 for a combination of firmness and being able to sleep on my side. We are anxious to try it out.

My husband and I had a great experience at this store. I had researched their products prior to visiting, but Cindi was able to answer all the questions I had. It was very clean and we were allowed to test out the different mattresses available. Overall, I’m glad we went in store before purchasing our mattress rather than buying online.

This was our first memory foam style mattress. It arrived ahead of schedule and was easy to set up. After about 45 days, we found it be causing some discomfort due to being firmer than we anticipated. I reached out to the company with this information and asked how I could return the mattress. They offered me a complimentary mattress pad topper and a 30 day extension on the trial. We put the pad on and found it made a huge difference and we have decided to keep the mattress. Customer service was very helpful and responsive (that is unusual these days unfortunately). We have told friends and family about our positive experience with Amerisleep.

The quality, comfort, and warranty are better than more expensive brands. We will never purchase a mattress from anyone else.

I purchased an Amerisleep AS1 in July 2018. This mattress replaced a Tempur-Pedic. I was hesitant to buy a mattress online but made the jump with all the positive reviews. The mattress arrived quickly and set up was a breeze. I experienced minimal off gassing and the mattress was fully expanded in less than 24 hours.5 months later I am still very satisfied with the mattress. My wife and I both wanted a firm mattress and the AS1 delivers. I havent experienced any appreciable softening of the mattress and have plenty of support. I would definitely buy a mattress from Amerisleep again.

I bought the Amerisleep AS1 after trying two previous competitors and returning them, so this was our third mattress within 6 months. The first night on the AS1 took some time for me to get used to (Im a heavy set male who prefers softer feeling memory foam). But after the 1st night, the mattress started sleeping well for me. Its quality stands out amongst the competitors because its soft and firm at the same time. The bounce back on this mattress is great. Other mattresses dont compare. You dont get the sinking in feeling where you struggle to get up.

My wife and I had heard that Amerisleep mattresses were among the best in the industry, but still wanted to try them out before making a purchase. Fortunately for us, this Amerisleep store gave us the ability to try out each mattress we were considering and really take our time getting a feel for which mattress would best meet our sleep needs!We were impressed from the moment we walked into the store. It had a sleek, modern layout that made it easy to just walk up to each mattress and give it a try! The store floor wasnt cluttered with dozens of mattresses, signs, or displays so there wasnt that same overwhelming feeling you get from walking into many other mattress stores. Instead of trying to figure out where to even start we were able to focus on trying each mattress out and comparing our options. The atmosphere was very peaceful and we never felt stressed or rushed even though we knew we were choosing the mattress we would likely be sleeping on for the next 10+ years!In addition to the store having a great design and atmosphere, the staff were top notch and really made the whole experience excellent from start to finish. We spent over an hour trying out mattresses but the staff never made us feel rushed. They talked to us about our sleep experiences, our current mattress, what we were looking for, etc. They made recommendations, but encouraged us to try each mattress and decide for ourselves what we did or didnt like. They continually made it clear that they were interested in our satisfaction through their attentiveness. They were the perfect blend of professional and personal! We also found out that they themselves use Amerisleep mattresses and that its a company policy for their employees to use the same mattresses they sell. So the staff were not only knowledgeable from an academic standpoint, they also had the credibility of actually using sleeping on the mattresses themselves and being able to speak from personal experience.All in all my wife and I had an amazing experience at this store and ended up making a purchase before we left. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is considering purchasing an Amerisleep mattress. If youre on the fence youll likely walk away convinced, but even if you think you know what you want you might be surprised which mattress is your favorite after giving each a try! Definitely worth the trip!
