This Review is for the Irvington and I-19 Location, I would think, if you spend $3200.00 with a company, and your product was not in stock, your salesperson would at least let you know the status of your order, as the promised delivery date neared.. 0 service after the sale. I called the original place of purchase, 2 days before the anticipated pick up date, the staff could not tell me if the mattress was on schedule or not. The day the order was suppose to arrive, the original place of purchase said it was not ready, but I had already called the location at the warehouse, and they said it was ready. I will not buy here again.

Ive had recent tragedies with the loss of both patents and a very dear friend all within a little over a years time. I was referred to Jamal, and realizing my now limited financial situation, decided to help and provide me a value -oriented bed that I desperately needed. Upon picking up the bed the next day he realized that the inventory was not accurate and did not have the bed I purchased in stock. Going further above and beyond, substituted with another model 3 times more expensive for no additional charge.
