Bed bath and beyond has just about everything! We left with three baskets worth. Great customer service!

I very recently had an excellent experience with their staff and managers. All of the staff was friendly and helped me work through a technical issue involving the app and refunds etc. that even the corporate 1-800 line could not remedy. I send them a great thank you for their excellent service and will continue using them for many of my home supplies with kitchen/bath etc.

I like everything about the store. My experience want the greatest and that was not the staffs fault at all. I had an aggressively rude customer try to interact with my service dog then threatened me when I asked him to please stop.The staff were very helpful and they had exactly what I was looking for. I shop there over other box stores.

Definitely looks looted by Christmas shoppers, but the staff is still courteous and following COVID-19 protocols.Always be sure to check the clearance section, you just might find something good.

Lately Ive been disappointed in the inventory. Several items they used to carry are no longer there. Theyve also discontinued the brand of towels I used to buy there. Probably will go to Amazon in the future. Store just doesnt seem the same as before the pandemic.

Came in to buy a coffee grinder that had plenty of stock online. Was told that I could only buy a non discounted floor item. They told me all the accessories were present, a blatant lie, and management was unhelpful. Seriously just buy on Amazon or at target. Save yourself a headache.

Its a pretty decent store

This was a first! Their service was so effective they actually made our Christmas presents shopping experience enjoyable! They were out of three of the items we wanted in the first store, but not only they tooked the time to find what store had them all, when we got to such store THEY HAD PUT AWAY THE ITEMS WE WANTED FOR US! This is definitely a store were coming back, especially while Holidays and Birthday shopping

Who doesnt like candles and lotions and other smell good things.My mother was with me and has mobility issues. They welcomed her in and found a chair for her while I brought things to her to look at. Well played!

Worst Online Purchase Ever!!! Bought an item off their website, store showed to have it in stock, ordered it for in-store pick up. I received my confirmation email, then twenty minutes later received a text and email saying the purchase was cancelled, yet my debit card was already charged. Called the store, spoke to the manager and was told it was I was not charged and it would fall off by the end of the day. Four days later, the transaction shows to still be pending in my account and I have not been credited back. Never again will I trust their online purchase system, this will actually be the last time I ever use them.

A great selection of throw rugs which I was looking for.

I found the storage boxes for my closet. They were 13x13. The worst thing is I went for bath mats in colors. They had neutrals only none at all. What a dud.

Lots of cool stuff and friendly staff. Prices can be a bit high but when you have coupons its not bad. They will even take long expired coupons, so definitely hold onto them.

They have so many things its great. Some stuff is over the top priced but some is right on point. You can find almost anything there so I do enjoy shopping at BB&B. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Normal prices are way more than you can find online. Coupon prices are closer to what you can find online. Sometimes, you just need something today, in which case BBB fits the need. The staff are helpful, so kudos in that regard. The other odd thing is that if a preferred brand makes something, they wont stock competing brands. I went looking for a potato ricer once, in the store we only have a $30 Oxo brand...

Not that anything is bad there. You just better have a coupon since its strictly retail. Or join their club for $30 so that you can get 20% off. But they do have a wide array of products and if its for the home there is a 95% chance youll find it there.

Great selection. Very clean store. Has the key making kiosk, very convenient. The only thing I would mark down is that every time I come to this store, it seems that the staff are apathetic. They arent unfriendly, but definitely could not be called friendly. And no matter how hard you look, the associates working the floor are very hard to find.

Great service! If looking on line at things make sure to call the store before assuming it is in stock. But free shipping to your door is not a bad thing!

Many of the staff here seem like they actually care, which is amazing since I never expect that from any retail employee! The manager is also a very kind and upbeat gentleman. Always pleasant to roam around there. Lots of goodies to be found in the clearance sections, and they do price match regular priced items!

This used to be one of my favorite stores, back when. They used to carry high quality merchandise. Unfortunately, this place really changed for the worse to attract a larger customer base. Now they mostly carry as seen on TV and other cheap stuff. Will not be shopping with them anymore.

Everyone we encountered were extremely helpful. We had a wonderful experience shopping at that store more so than at other stores were shopped at - not talking about bed, bath & beyond. Will definitely shop there again.
