Just spoke with Jaime. Guy was over and above the call of helpful. These guys have always been awesome. Jaime listened uninterrupted and helped me fix my old Kenmore fridge. A+ for patience. Give Jaime a raise. Unless of course he is the owner. In which case, make him Mayor, Senator, or even Prez.

Great place to get parts. They know what you need, most likely have what you need, and their return policy is posted all over the place, so you cant get it wrong. Havent had a bad expect here yet, and each time Ive been in has been quick and easy.

I mean, youre only going there because you need a part and dont want to wait to have it shipped from an online store for less. It does what it needs to do, but it didnt seem like they were worried about their customer service being great. Had the part I needed in stock for only a nominal about more than it cost online - I guess thats good enough.

Im disgusted with this place. I went in looking for a control board for a washer that broke. I asked the guy if I could return it if I didnt need it and he said I had 30 days to return it. It ended up that the motor was bad so I went to return the part and he said that it needed to be unopened. I was lied to and misled and now Im stuck with a 185 part. I encourage you to shop at a store that doesnt take advantage of women.

I got a new motor for my Maytag washer for a great price, even less than online! Plus they give a military discount :). Luis helped me and was very knowledgeable. Great parts store!!

Theyre almost always really busy on the phone, and their main corporate website is currently not working to be able to order parts online, so be prepared for a long phone hold. That said, the staff is always really helpful and ive never run into a part they cant get us.

This appliance parts supplier sucks!! No option for 0 Stars! Ordered parts for dryer..over 2 months, never got parts. During the 2 months, SEVERAL times they were supposed to get back to me on order status. So many times I had to keep calling. So disappointed ans frustrated!! Poor customer service

Called with a part number, they had it in stock, quoted the price which was within a few dollars of the part online. Picked it up on Saturday morning, already in my washing machine. Nice to have a local place where I can pick up parts immediately.

These guys not only know there stuff, there very helpful for a old bread man like me.

I went to buy replacement part for dishwasher. I did not have the part as on earlier visit was told i really didnt need to replace it; i could just throw it away. I discovered that i had water from sink draining in dishwasher without this part. It has been a few weeks, so went back to get the part which i had thrown away. I described the part as having do do with draining the dishwasher- gave them the size and told them it had a flapper. At one point they said are you sure your dishwasher had this part? I am not an idiot. I have no doubt i was treated this way because i am a woman. I went home; googled it, and found immediately- GE Dishwasher Flapper Valve.

If you want to talk to rude, unprofessional people this is your place. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Provided them with part number. Price was about 15 bucks over MSRP and about 35 over what I could order the same oem part for online. I decide to support local businesses. They tell me none in stock but they can get one next day from PHX. Next day they dont answer phones so I go down and after a long wait they tell me it was never ordered. Ordered online and would suggest you do the same.

If you’re in a hurry, don’t go here. It’s more social club than parts store.

Ive bought from these guys 5 or 6 times over the past 3 years (2013-2016, Oracle store in Tucson, AZ). Im a residential DIYr with a large family so my appliances get a lot of use. At first, the prices were only slightly higher than online and worth it to me to buy local even if I had to wait for shipping.The last two times Ive been by the store (summer 2016) they wanted a lot more than what is available online from the two major repair sites online and today it was literally over double for a common thermister which they did have in stock. Convenience of same day is worth something, but not double.After I told him it was half as much online, they started talking like theyd offer me a deal, but they did that last time too and it was a paltry couple dollars on a $65 part so I didnt bother and just left and will never be back. I dont want to have to negotiate and research to make sure Im getting a fair price.

Guys know appliances

Gave them the serial number from my Maytag washer and they sold me a $100 bearing kit when my washer has a belt drive and transmission. Either trying to s***w me out of my money or they have no idea what they are doing, either way, beware.

Over price items I would suggest to buy online or try another place. Sorry not a mean person Im just being honest.

The store is a bit hidden, the staff is usually pretty helpful.

They said special order parts takes 10 days, its been 20 days and I still dont have the part when I called they said by next week, I should have gone through the manufacture.

The counter person knew exactly what I was after, in and out in 5 minutes.

Bought a part that wasnt the right one. They wouldnt refund my money or at least exchange it for another one that I really needed. The part was exactly new as I had gotten it. Its alright Im taking my business elsewhere.
