If I could give 0 stars I would. I provided my washer model number and they ordered the wrong part. I had to pay for it up front and asked for a picture to confirm it’s the right part and they wouldn’t provide a photo. I should have left and went elsewhere. When I went to pick the part up it was the wrong one and they told me too bad can’t return it. He even had the audacity to tell me I told him the wrong part.

I was looking for a stove top part for a client that I had previously ordered from other sources and had received notifications (and refunds) for changes in my orders all due to the GE part being back ordered for October. After much internet research and many phone calls both locally and nationally, I was able to end my desperate search when I reached Alan from Appliance Repair Parts! I experienced awesome service from Alan. He found the part and got it to his location in 2 days! When I went to pick up the part, Rebekah was very friendly and we shared a few laughs during these trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic. If I could give them a higher score than 5, I would!

I should have heeded the reviews! I bought a single drum roller for an LG dryer. 1. they charged $29 for a part that was $10-$12 from online retailers (I was willing to pay that because I was in a rush, but fair warning!). 2. They wouldnt let us return the part one week later IN THE UNOPENED BAG due to COVID. If youre going to rip people off, at least be honest about it, dont blame it on the pandemic! The bag could have easily been disinfected, and the part itself hadnt even been touched, but of course they were just looking for an excuse to pursue dishonest business practices.

A couple of years ago, I went in and purchased a reconditioned Maytag washer, it was delivered on time and worked well - but one day it went out. We called the store and Allen went out and found that it was our breaker. He repaired the breaker at no cost. At that time he saw that we had an antique stove and I knew that Allen had a talent for restoring antiques ( I remember seeing those beautiful antique stoves in his window ) He replaced our antique stove with a loaner gas stove and took about a year and 4 months to completely refurbish our antique gas stove. I wish it would have been faster, but I know that refurbishing antique items take time. He delivered it over and it looks great, and is in great working order. I appreciate their service, and we definitely use them again.

Excellent experience using this company. My mother and I had a brand new dryer that wouldn’t fit in our new apartment. Allen sold us another one at a great price, and took our dryer into consignment to help us balance the cost. He went above and beyond duty by helping us fix some little things around the house and letting us know what needed to be done/how we could repair other things ourselves. This company was recommended to me by someone I work with and I’m so glad I took their advice and had my mom call this guy. He definitely earned some repeat customers!

There should be a 0 star rating for this outfit. They will scam you and then charge you for every detail. My advice - stay away! Do not do business with these completely dishonest people. There are good reasons why they have a preponderance of 1 star reviews and their overall rating is less than 3 stars. Save yourself a lot of stress and do business elsewhere.

I have been looking for someone who has the know how to fix my small appliances such as my little spice grinder. Three reasons, I really like it, Im use to it. Reason #2, I cant justify putting it into a land fill because it broke. Reason #3, I dont want to spend the money to purchase a new one when this one is fixable. Went to Appliance Repair Parts HOPING that there was someone who could fix this. Rebekah was there with her beautiful warm smile, took it apart, within MINUTES, fixed my favorite spice grinder, and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Her store has beautiful referbished appliances, big and small. THANK YOU Rebekah, you have a customer FOR LIFE.

I took a Friedrich window air conditioner to them that was shutting off and leaving a Code 34 to be diagnosed. After a little over 2 months and not hearing anything I called them to see what the status was. They hadnt even looked at it yet but will get right on it. After complaining about the lack of communication I was told in all fairness to us this is also the first time I had called in. I thought I was the customer! Anyhow 2 days later I got a call that they had diagnosed it and that they needed to order the part and it was going to cost an additional $145 on top of the $40 that I gave them when I dropped it off. I said to go ahead and do it. About a week later called again to check on status and was told that they expected me to come in and pay the additional amount which I dont recall being told that before. Anyhow, they had ordered the part, which I still dont know what it was or that there even was such a part. At that point I was told that it was repaired and I could pick it up but it would be the additional $145 and could you please pay cash which unfortunately I did. After plugging it in and letting run for about an hour it shut down and showed a Code 34 on led display. So of course I called the next day to complain. I was told that he didnt know what the code # was which they were told when I dropped it off but he failed to write it down on work order along with the word Code which he did write down. They could have called me to find out what the code # was or maybe just run it for a while till it shut down and then they could read the code themselves. ( I know, a novel idea, huh?) I was then told that if I wanted to bring it back that I could. Instead I got on this thing called the internet and looked about possible causes for a Code 34 and eventually determined the rear coils were dirty. I took it apart, cleaned them out, put back together an what do you know it works GREAT! After which I called their shop to explain what I had found and give them the opportunity to give me back some of the $185 I had given them to NOT repair it. Of course the boss was busy and I had to leave a message to which Im still waiting for a return call which Im sure wasnt coming but might if they see this review!

My experience was very good. My fridge ice dispenser was non-functional and I called since they are nearby. The repair technician showed up on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and went out of his way to make sure that it could be used the same night because I was hosting a party. I had mentioned when making the appointment that I also needed the front grill replaced and he remembered to have the part with him, which was nice.

The guy charged me $80 to come to my house and just stand there and guess what could be wrong with it and give me an estimate of $800. Without ever laying a hand on it he basically just stole my $80. I took it to another place and dropped it off they took it apart and found a clog and broken dryer belt and serviced it total charge $65, all I can say is never ever trust this place ever.

They sell junk & will over charge you at every turn, BEWARE OF HIM HIS BUSINESS IS TO TAKE YOU FOR ALL THEY CAN! READ ALL THE HORRIBLE BUT TRUE REVIEWS. I bought a washer & dryer used combo. After multiple overcharges, I was even charged on delivery, excessive!! Then almost another 100.00 for a gas line, because the idiot owner put my dryer as far away from the gas as possible (it should have been placed right next to the hot water heater!). Beyond disappointed with service! I have only had my washer & dryer about 6 months & the dryer is already out!! I would never recommend this store or the owners work, theyre both dumber than dirt! LOOKS LIKE YOUR APOLOGY SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO LOTS OF OTHERS YOURE NOTHING BUT A LIAR AND A SCAM ARTIST. YOUR HORRIBLE WORK ETHICS AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF IS CATCHING UP TO YOU. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS, I CANT WAIT UNTIL YOURE OUT OF BUSINESS & NOT RIPPING ANYONE ELSE OFF. ALL YOU HAD WAS AN EXCUSE & I NEVER WANTED MY DRYER IN THAT SPOT! YOU SAID IT COULD ONLY GO THERE. JUST ANOTHER EXCUSE & ANOTHER FEE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i called regarding a refrigerator in one of the rentals. The man showed up - first thing he wanted was my credit card for my free estimate. After taking the card for $200 plus he said the compressor was out but he didnt have time to fix it as he had to go to south Tucson as he had a truck payment due. When i wanted the credit card charge back he said didnt know when he would be able to fix it and the refrigerator would probably blow up if I plugged it in. I did plug it in and immediately got on the phone and canceled my credit card - thus he could not get the money he was not entitled to. When he left, he yelled SEE YOU IN COURT This guy is a scam... a con man,. I would suggest Rosanos Appliance Repair. They came over gave excellent service - = good price. They are also honest. I have no connection to them except as a customer. They told me the frig could be repaired but it would not last so I purchased a new one. They saved me alot of money.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I cant give less than one star or I would. The tech (if you can call him that) showed up and presented a guess without a diagnosis and proceeded to give quotes much higher than twice the amount of the most expensive part on the refrigerator. Then the tech started to raise his voice to my mother who is in her 70s. This place is an embarrassment to the Appliance trade in Tucson. Do us a favor and close your doors.this is an edit after the Response: That is not how it happened and if your excuse is that you were tired then you really need to get a different job. We were on the phone for three mins and I heard you yelling (assertively) at her. You were not on site more than 10mins. Responding with lies is pretty low. if you are searching out Appliance service please heed my warning! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

DO NOT CONSIDER EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! Allen charged me $359.00 for replacing shocks on a 3 yo GE washer. The machine did the same thing after his repair. He returned....ran a load of towels, stopped the machine every time it started to clunk as it went into the spin cycle. He then proceeded to tell me I didnt know how to sort my laundry correctly!! I had another repairman look at the washer. He took the back panel off and VIOLA!! The right rear shock had come apart; all the pieces were there so he reassembled them. He charged $105.00. I showed him the shocks Allen removed from my machine and he said they were NOT worn out. Allen is unethical, unprofessional and a crook. Learn from my awful experience. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH PRAco. Total scammers!!!!!

I was very impressed with Allen’s knowledge when I was in need of replacing my A/C and heating unit. Not only did I appreciate his knowledge but was extremely impressed when he suggested a unit (14 SER vs 16 or 18 SER) that would meet my personal needs. That suggestion saved me quite a bit up front...and my monthly electric bill (balanced budget with TEP) ended up decreasing by $60. His intent is to best serve the customer...not himself. I have since used PRACo for a couple other purchases...and have highly recommended PRACo to friends...and they have been happy with his knowledge and service too.

I dropped my washer off on a Wednesday morning to be serviced. I was charged $39.00 for a bench test and was told it would be looked at that afternoon or the next day. By Saturday the machine had still not been looked at and the service manager was frustrated that I was calling in wondering why. I picked up the machine and requested the $39.00 back which was refused. The manager refused to tell me what work had been done in the 4 days and refused to give me my money back. He proceeded to get hostile and threatened to call the cops and followed us out recording us and taking pictures of us. This is not how a business keeps customers. I would not recommend this establishment.Update** Since I cannot respond to the owners response to my original review I will post it here.Owners response A minor repair was completed after not less than 7 attempts at intimidating us into speeding up his repair. We could not get a chance to test it and check for other problems at this point. Saturday morning call, he was asked to take it somewhere else. we didnt expect to get the balance on the repair. Later that day, after his failed attempt of the same towards a refund, they ( two 61/2 ft. guys running with a 100 lb. washer ) carried the machine out of here like they stole it, weve all seen those videos. Good thing additional work had not been completed. But video?... price-less.My updated responseI do not accept this response as there are many false claims in it. The first false claim is that no promises were made. When I dropped off the machine, the employee that accepted it and filled out the paperwork told me it would be looked at that day or the next at the latest. I was impatient because I dropped my machine off on a Wednesday and by Saturday it had not even been looked at or moved. It was in the same spot I dropped it off with all of the hoses still inside the machine. I had already paid the $40 when I dropped off the machine but requested it back when I picked up the machine but was refused a refund. Instead the manager refused to tell me what work had been done on the machine and what the results of “said” testing were. He told me he did not have to tell me that and refused to give me any written explanation of what work was done or what was found. I did not feel it was appropriate to ask if there was a balance given that the manager refused to give any indication or what testing was done, or what results had been found. My father and I carried the washer out instead of using their dolly because at the point the manager had already threatened to call the police and started to record us. So forgive me for not wanting to trust this person to dolly my washer out. If there was damage done to the property than this manager would have taken legal action instead of gossiping about it in a review. Every response to my multiple reviews (Facebook, google and the BBB) the manager has changed the details of his account. That in itself speaks to the corruption of this business.
