Tucson Appliance is a great company! I really like my new GE washer that I bought recently. It does a good job washing my clothes and saves water at the same time. When they found out I needed a washer, it was delivered the next day. Mike and his team did an excellent job with the delivery and installation. They went above and beyond what I expected. They not only took out the old washer, but also took away an old refrigerator. When I need a new dryer, I will get it from Tucson Appliance.

We have purchased from TAC twice in the past couple months. We went in for a refrigerator and Peter went above and beyond to help us pick one with the correct dimensions for our RV. We went in a second time for a washer and dryer unit and we were helped by David. Once again, fantastic customer service and knowledge just like from Peter. What a great way to save money. The experience here, hands down, is better than any store that sells appliances or house hold goods that we have been to.

Since moving here last November I have purchased 4 appliances from here. My Realtor had recommended them when I asked him for a referral. I have gotten a stove, washer and dryer; and just recently a dishwasher. Each delivery was quick and smooth, with wonderful delivery men who not only installed and took out old appliance, but showed me how to use each item.Customer service on phone has always been awesome as well. I looked up what I wanted on their site and they had what I wanted for less than MSRP each time. Great place!

In July of 2020 my father purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator. In October of 2021 the refrigerator stopped cooling. My father thought he had purchased a warranty and found out he did not. Either way for him having it for a little over a year it should not have stopped working. The refrigerator has had other issues like having flimsy rails that fall off. Many things that are breakable would fall and shatter because the rails in the refrigerator were cheaply made. I am very disappointed with there product and they should be ashamed of themselves as a business to sell cheap and most likely refurbished appliances. He is being charged $255 to have it fixed. The flimsy, unreliable refrigerator in my opinion should be taken to the dumps! I do not recommend this place to anyone if the want a reliable working appliance.

Walked in for a new dishwasher on a Saturday morning. My salesman Pete was excellent. The delivery and installation were well communicated and professional. Great deal, even better service.

I bought a new dishwasher from TAC and they had it delivered and installed the next day. I also paid a better price than anywhere else I looked. Not even a day later my washer stopped working and my warranty company decided to offer me a washer or cash. It was going to take them about a month to ship me a new washer so I took the cash and went right to TAC. I got a washer for a much better price than anywhere else and they offered next day installation! I love this company they didnt try to overcharge me and I dont have to go to a laundry mat!! Also the installation crews were fantastic!

1st off Trimaine Mr. T walked up and ask me how I was and if I need help. I told him my refrigerator died 😞, so we walked around and he showed me the different showrooms and was more than helpful. From the new models and scratch and dent they have plenty to choose from. Scheduled a time for delivery was easy. Prices ranging from $700.00 - $3,000.00+ so any body can afford a great refrigerator on any budget. They got plenty to look at for appliances, stoves to washers and dryers. 💯% Great customer service thanks again 👍 👏 😀

Went to the store around 4 p.m. on Monday and our new dryer was delivered at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. No complaints. everything was great.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service provided by Dustin and his team. Our new washer and dryer were $150 less than the big box prices, were delivered the next day, and installed without issue (not an easy install due to the home’s quirkiness). It’s good to know there’s still companies around that value good customer service. Thanks!

My husband and I were hosts for the 16th annual reunion of Field Station Augsburg, 2nd Ops Oct. 6-10 here in Tucson. This was the group my husband served with in the early 1980s. When I couldnt find a way to rent a refrigerator for our hospitality suite I called Chris, even though I knew Tucson Appliance didnt do rentals. All he asked was what size we needed, the door dimensions, and the dates we needed delivery/pick up, and said it would be taken care of. I have bought all of my appliances over the past 20 years from Tucson Appliance Co. I have always found them efficient, helpful, honest and a fair price. Two weeks ago I purchased a LG washer dryer tower and it was the best experience. I made the purchase by phone site unseen. (Peter the salesman who I request for my purchases worked to get it the right appliance for my specifications) I had to request one with the exact measurements I would need, so the appliance I was buying would fit in a very exact space and it had to be a stack unit. He did the research and found exactly what I needed. I looked up the model online and it was highly rated. I ordered on it the phone with Peter. Prepaid from my car outside of the store, as I never had to enter the store. Two days later the washer dryer unit was delivered and it was set up as neat and easy as could be by their team. I love the new washer and dryer unit and it is top quality. Once again Tucson Appliance did the job and made it super easy!! Thank You Tucson Appliance. p.s. did the same with a ordering a fridge during Covid and worked like a charm!

After making several calls elsewhere, we contacted Tucson Appliance about a specific dishwasher that we were interested in. Their selling price was extremely competitive, as were the associated delivery and installation fees. They were able to obtain exactly what we wanted and install it literally weeks sooner than their competition could. We felt welcomed and comfortable while visiting the showroom and all of our questions were answered. The delivery and installation took place even sooner than expected and went very smoothly. The installers were professional, super efficient and friendly. Needed a new washer and most places told me weeks. Tucson Applance said we have some coming in in the middle of the week. Thurs they called me, told me what came in, where to look on-line to see it. I approved and they asked if I still use checks. I said yes and the reply was is tomorrow too soon? They gave me a better price than the other places I was looking and 2 nice young guys brought it in, hooked it up and checked to make sure it was running ok. I cant say enough good about the whole process.

I was a little disappointed, I had an awesome experience my first time shopping there. I dealt with Chris directly so Im sure that was why. So upon needing another appliance that is where I headed. Mr.T seemed bothered to have to get up from his desk to show us around. Then when we got to the appliance we all stood there awkwardly in silence. Im not sure if he didnt know anything about them or if he just didnt care if he sold it to us or not. The customer service was awful and based on that alone took my business elsewhere.

A friend of mine buys from Tucson appliances often but the last time I went with my friend, a representative by the name of Sebastian just wasn’t friendly and tried to force a sale. He is very disrespectful to customers and doesn’t represent Tucson appliance in a professional manner.

We got our washer and dryer deliver on 5/20/21. When we got around to check them. They left dust and stains on the washer and dryer. And left dust all over the floor. My wife had to clean up after them. And they saw the mess they made and they didnt bother to clean up or wipe down the washer and dryer.

Great group to do business with! Wesley was very helpful in our selection of appliances and answered all of our questions. Prices match or beat anyone out there including the big box stores. Since I bought two appliances, they gave me a deal that basically included free delivery. Delivery service was very good and kudos to their staff for having extra hookup items on hand since I made a mistake on the type oven plug I bought from them and the crew exchanged without question (probably happens a lot). Also, buy any hookup items from them as they easily beat the hardware stores, plus the items will be the correct size saving you a trip if you do your own installation. I will do business with them in the future, plus I like supporting a local family enterprise. Keep up with your humorous commercials!

TAC’s Pete F. understood my criteria for replacing my 25 yo gas range and gave me options that were affordable and functional. The range came the following day during the promised 2hr window. Installer had to almost stand on his head to disconnect the unit from the very short gas line used in original install. He worked like he’d done a few of these before.No glitzy show room or delivery vehicle, so this well established company offers competitive pricing and good service from their mid-Tucson Speedway Store.

Hassle free walked in found dryer and they loaded it up and 100.00 cheaper than 3 other places.

After purchasing a washer and dryer from Home Depot Labor Day weekend, it still wasn’t delivered. Our delivery date was changed three times with no end in sight. Husband suggested we look at Tucson Appliance. Not only did we find a brand new washer and dryer set, it was delivered the next day. Home Depot refunded us but Tucson Appliance came through. Sales guys are very nice. They have very high end appliances, with some mid range. They were the only ones with a chest freezer in stock. It was smaller than I would have liked, but for anything else from anyone else I would have been waiting months. Compared some other appliances we have been thinking about. Even with the sales, the prices were a little higher than I am looking for, but they dont carry low end stuff.

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. We recently purchased a Microwave and a dishwasher, and both had issues. I understand that appliances can have issues, although brand new, you would hope not. And the chances of BOTH having issues is concerning. The manner in which it was handled was horrible. We had problems with the microwave immediately, they had to come and replace it. Lots of communication problems to get it replaced, so took longer than should have. The guy that came to install the replacement left fingerprints all over it. (seems minor, however, take pride in your work and your company and wipe it clean, not to mention the Covid issue.) We purchased a dishwasher shortly after that. A different guy installed that, and he also left fingerprints all over it!I I called and spoke to Brian about the issue with the dishwasher and that I was concerned with it being brand new and already having issues. He was very rude and told me that he didnt make it! I told him that he did not have to yell at me and he yelled again and said I am not yelling I asked if the manager was in and he said no, I asked when will he be in and he said I dont know. I said you have no idea? He said about 10:am,. So he did know! We went back and forth and he was yelling and rude the whole conversation! So I hung up and I decided to call Chris the owner, since his number is listed. I was in the middle of my conversation with him explaining what happened and he interrupted me midstream and said I am on my over there and I will see what is going on, and will call you right back. I never heard back from the owner! I am thinking that this Brian guy may be a relative because there are several bad reviews including his name and he still works there and continues to be rude and unprofessional. So needless to say I will be giving my $$$ to a more polished business that has respect, dignity, and professionalism.I had to give at least 1 star or the review would not post, otherwise I would have given it a zero. Dont just go by my review, read the others, you will see a repetitive problem!8/31/20 Chris the owner of Tucson Appliance reached out to me, and we have resolved the issue. He was very kind and extremely apologetic regarding the bad experience I had with them. I appreciate him reaching out and showing concern, it meant a lot. Tucson Appliance is THE very best appliance store in Tucson !I just purchased my house in Vail and needed to obtain a washer and dryer, however I am a very busy person and my wife is unable to lift things so for me to do it I would have taken some time off and asked a friend. i reached out to Tucson appliance because I know they have some really good prices when it comes to what I was looking for. I spoke with Dustin over the phone to see what was available because I needed something fast. Dustin was very attentive to my needs and even helped arrange my delivery next day in a pandemic that was something I wasnt expecting. the level of customer service I received is the reason I will never buy another appliance anywhere else !!! They came to install a brand new dryer that I ordered and when they left they took with them a brand new dryer that I already bought form another vendor and I was supposed to return. The store manager couldn’t help me and they robbed me!!! They are thieves!!!

Love Tucson appliance! From the great deals to the timely and friendly service you’re greeted with upon entering the building. Came in a hurry to buy a freezer for extra holiday food and was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes including paying and loading the freezer In the truck. Came back in a couple weeks later to buy some matching kitchen appliances for a low price and had it delivered to the house with ease. Thanks to Corbin and Peter, who also happens to give excellent fashion advice.

However, I will say that the parking sucks something terrible. Oh, and he told me that there is no sale tax on their items and its a flat delivery fee for $35. So that is pretty good.

Said the sales guy.They said they couldnt service the machine because it would void the warranty.They claim to sell scratch-dent-ding items, but the G.E. tech informed us that they are actually selling returned, defective machines.TWO THUMBS DOWN.

I represent a large janitorial organization on a national level. We required a washer and dryer for our local branch that had a pretty specific need. The machines are proven quality and the price was perfect. This is where the good part of the story ends. I called for the pitcher of our second machine and Tremain answered the phone. Once the transaction was completed, I asked for a copy of the invoices, he said he was honestly to busy to do it and that I could pick them up with the washer and dryer. So I had to call the sales manager Mark, who didn’t call me back but instead Tremain called me asking for my contact info. Surprise, still haven’t received the two invoices.

This is THE place to go for your appliances. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and great with making recommendations on what you need and reconciling them with what you want. Ive only every purchased appliances from here; they deliver and haul, and have the latest and greatest inventory at perfectly reasonable prices.

Owner is a great guy and they have a good inventory.I have been there three times in 8 mos searching for appliances and the staff could improve greatly. They are not helpful, accommodating and do not seem to truly care. There is no friendly greeting and the pressure of the salesmen or at times condescending attitude has been surprising. Not what I had expected each time due to the good nature of the company owner.

Wanted to shop local so when I needed a new washing machine I went to Tucson Appliance. I had also bought a fridge from them less than a year ago. Experienced the worst customer service from a business that doesnt stand behind what they sell. Watch out for their scratch and dent models. They save you a little money but its not worth it. My new washer failed 32 days after it was delivered. Conveniently just outside their 30 day window where they would come out to look at it. So I had to wait for 10 days for an appointment with a tech from the manufacturer, because now, the washer was their problem. Tech comes out and says Tucson Appliance huh? He could tell from the green dot scratch and dent sticker on the front. He informed that they service TONS of these machines sold by them around town. He said most of these appliances have been bought and later returned by a customer somewhere, bought at a low price by Tucson Appliance, and then sold to a new customer (me). Tucson Appliance presents it more like these are floor models, might have a little cosmetic scuff, and therefore cant be sold at full price. Well, the day after the tech fixed it, it didnt work again. I called Tucson Appliance and told them I wanted to return the machine. This led to an epic battle on the phone, complete with a salesperson giving me a condescending lecture about fairness, and a refusal to help me. They acted like my now 42 day old machine was some relic and there was no way they would take it back. After much back and forth and being placed on hold over and over, he came back with a solution. Tucson Appliance would come out and look at it. Well, why would I want that when you told me a few minutes ago that if anyone other than the manufacturers tech looked at it I would void my warranty? How does that help me? He told me I was refusing his help and his solution. We argued some more about this and I was put on hold again. He finally came back told me THEY would honor the warranty for me for a year. OK, Id like that in writing before you touch my machine. Uhh, no, they said, we will give you our word !!! Unbelievable !!! No way will I take their word on anything.I am still waiting to get an appointment with the manufacturer to install the part that I had to wait for to be ordered. Approaching 1 month without a working machine that I bought 2 months ago.What a total racket this place is. Unfortunately, I later thought, you know who would have taken this machine back??? Home Depot.Lesson learned.

I live in CT and my parents needs a new refrigerator in AZ. I went through several of the big box sites and they were all unavailable and unable to deliver in a timely manner. My mom said call Tucson Appliance, I did and boy I am glad I did. Not only did the owner answer, but guaranteed to take good care of them. Tucson Appliance Co was a waste of $1600. I manage Feline Ltd Cat Clinic, which goes through a lot of laundry, and bought a new washer and dryer set for my workplace in January 2020 when our old washer died. I made it clear at each step of shopping, purchasing, and scheduling delivery that the set was for a business. The machines were delivered to and installed at the business on separate dates, as the dryer we wanted was backordered. At no point did any of the salespeople or scheduling people bother to mention that the warranty would be voided by the machines being used in a business. Not having previous experience buying large appliances for a business, I didnt know to ask. Now, in September 2020, the washer has started leaking and were being told its not worth paying for repairs and we should just replace the whole set. We will be taking our business elsewhere for replacements.

I needed a fridge the same day. Trimaine did everything he could to make it happen. I buy all of my appliances here because I always get great service. Mike made sure everything was installed correctly and showed me how to get the water filter out. They always stand behind their products. Thank you for helping me save my food!

Very helpful. Came in looking for a washing machine after going to several big box stores. Tucson appliance is a local and very helpful. Reasonable prices. No pressure sales people. Had great service nice sales rep, but the fridge arrived damaged from delivery. The owner Chris got involved and told us to deal with it and he would only give 100.00 off a 400.00 repair- We went to Christie’s.

I was looking for a refrigerator for my garage. Went to Home Depot, Lowes, and Christies. None of them had anything in stock. Everything was at least 3 days before delivery. The last place I expected to go was Tucson Appliance, because I hate their commercials. The salesman took me directly to the area I needed. Within 10 minutes I decided on a refrigerator. It was a scratch and dent, but for the garage, no problem. Pleasantly surprised that they had a promotion going that was no sales tax. Paid for it and 2 men loaded on my truck in 5 minutes. The only thing bad is the parking. Its horrible.
