Highly recommend Frontline Appliances, they have stellar customer service skills, they are very knowledgeable about all the products they have and very competitive prices. When my refrigerator broke they did their best to fit me into their delivery schedules to ensure my food would not spoil. I have brought several items from them over the years and have always been happy with their service and products.

Our refrigerator went out and we needed a replacement asap. I went online, picked out a model from their inventory and it was delivered and installed the same day!! They hauled off the old fridge as well, all for a very reasonable price. The delivery and installation process was well documented and I received a go canvas delivery form complete with photos. It was an extremely professional experience and a huge relief to have it taken care of so quickly. Well done!

Unfortunately the appliances we purchased from here did not operate the way they were described. We went to Front Appliances because their rating was great and unfortunately we were mislead. We purchased 4 appliances and neither of them worked well. We had 2 washer & 2 dryers at a price for being used was quite high. One of the washers had a terrible smell leaving our clothes with a bad odor, and the other was leaving damped water and brown yucky stuff on our clothes. When it came down to the dryers we had to run 2 or more cycles for our clothes to properly dry, & sometimes that wouldn’t even work. When I came forward to Front line appliances about the issue they said unfortunately that they could only send someone out to take a look and “try” to fix it (patch work once again.) We were only able to use the appliances once or twice & after they “fixed” it nothing seemed better. When it came down to returning them the full refund was not there. Their solution was “to change my way of thinking on the appliances” what kind of service is that. Mind you we only had 3 weeks since we had bought them. With a “30” day warranty...... Makes no sense. Unfortunately the 5 Star review for us screwed us over & was lessthan a 1 star review. I would not recommend shopping at Front Line appliances.

I’ve owned 3 appliances from Frontline, they have all performed exceptionally. I had a minor issue with my freezer gasket and their technician not only resolved my issue in a timely manner, he was professional and informative. That ‘s service you can count on!

Definitely feel ripped off. Purchased multiple appliances from them and the performance of the appliances were poor. Not only did the product work poorly, but we have to pay a restocking fee of 20% with their so called 30 Day Warranty. On top of that, their customer service was extremely rude when they told my gf to change the way she thinks about the situation. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I bought a few appliances from here, and so far they have worked out pretty well. Great prices, and great staff. I picked up my appliances and installed them myself so I didnt have delivery fees or installation fees. I definitely reccomend

Best appliances place in tucson. i got a Samsung side by side fridge. with great price so reliable and with a warranty. the delivery was the second day because i purchased late in the day. the fridge works perfectly fine like a new one also they keep calling to make sure that the fridge is good. What a find for appliances! I was replacing an older model Maytag washer and came across Frontline while searching online. I found the perfect model, also a Maytag at a very competitive price. I called them, bought it over the phone and it was delivered the same day, installed and my old one hauled away. Yes, delivery and an upgraded installation was extra, as was hauling away my old unit, but it was within reason. Overall, it just couldnt have gone better. Check these people out if youre in the market. Theyre terrific!

Bought a slightly used washer from them and it didnt work when we brought it home, they sent out a repairman, needed to take it back to shop to repair. They gave us a temporary washer until ours got fixed. Got ours back and works great.. definitely would recommend them. Very pleased with their customer service and experience.

Awesome sales team but incompetent installation techs.Purchased a new fridge with delivery and installation from them but decided to wait on hooking up the waterline because we were moving. We moved and ended up needing a new washer and dryer set. Lorena was awesome and very helpful. She helped us purchase a new samsung set. I paid for delivery and installation because of my busy work schedule. That same day they were supposed to hook up the waterline to the fridge as well. On the day of installation tech called and gave me a 1 hour window which was great. Time of installation came and the tech called that he was running an hour behind which was fine with me. They arrived and delivered the washer and dryer. They installed the washing machine but said there was not enough voltage on the outlet for the dryer. They told my wife they checked my breakers and they were fine that I needed to call an electritian. They also did not hook up the water line because the tech said he did not have the right tools. I was getting ready to call an electritian but decided to do a quick check before calling. Grabbed my multimeter and no power to the outlet. I went to my breaker box surprise! Breaker was down. Turned breaker down and retested outlet and the voltage was perfect. Finished installing the dryer and has been working fine since then. Imagine if I would of listen tonthe tech and called an electritian and had to pay a trip charge to have the breaker turned on? By the way, its been 2 days and my fridge is still not conected to the water line.Overall, very competitive prices with excellent sales team but the installation techs leave a lot to desire. Perfect place if you have the time to pick up and install yourself.

From the start the young woman working sales was very helpful, informative, and professional. We chose to purchase two refrigerators and they were able to deliver & install the same day in the afternoon. The delivery guys were also very professional, very hardworking, and were ready to uninstall our doors if needed which they did and installed them back on when they were completed. Frontline showed up on time and were very professional and nice. They worked on my Kenmore Dryer and confirmed what I suspected which was that the repairs would cost more than replacing the machine. They had researched the machine prior to coming and brought a few replacement parts that might be needed which I thought was proactive and shows initiative. They were even careful when moving the machine and took care to make sure they didn’t scratch my new tile floor. I was very happy with their service and would call them again for any appliance repair.

Our dryer died and Yuri was wonderful in helping us purchase a new one over the phone. We have a newborn and don’t have a lot of time to spare in leaving the house. Our new dryer was delivered by Christian the following day. The customer service was wonderful and very professional.

This business is so unassuming. We have passed by it many times and never noticed it. BUT..this place is a gem! We had gone to a big box store but left due to prices and vad customer service. Frontline gave us a great price, speedy delivery and unparalleled customer service. I was super impressed to see the owner delivering my new fridge, toiling along side his employees. DO NOT JUDGE THIS COMPANY BY ITS LOCATION.I did but the promise of a cheap washer/dryer set with 4 months warranty was too good. I couldn’t be more pleased! I physically went and seen the washer/dryer in person with my 1yo son. The woman was extremely friendly and loved my son. I paid for the $50 delivery/installation fee and the next day her fiancé delivered and installed the machines. There even was a problem he didn’t foresee so he left, got the part, came back, and installed the part immediately! Great work and the machines run great too!

I live in Rio Rico, where it is difficult to find good service, as well as any stores that deal in used appliances. When my older washer gave out, I wanted to replace it with something similar, preferring the agitator and not the newer models that are so finicky. Frontline was willing to deliver the washer to my home at an additional charge, which I thought was great. I did have to wait a few weeks for them to find a washer that suited my needs, and, unfortunately, the washer quit working after the first load of laundry. However, as I told Uedi on the phone, what makes a good business is how they handle it when things go wrong. Frontline kept their word and made a second trip to my home at no charge, replacing the broken washer with a different one. Everyone was great, from Efrem to Frank when delivering, but especially Uedi after the many phone calls and never appearing upset over the situation, only reassuring. Thanks so much to all of you. I only wish all businesses were so great on delivering good service, but I am sure your business will flourish by keeping with the same standards. I will be sure to refer your store to anyone I hear of looking for a used appliance and call you if I am again looking (hopefully, not for a washer anytime soon).

Friendly people but dishonest would not reccomend this place. Purchased an appliance from them and they charged me $300 more than it actually is. Also to add it only worked for a few days. Just went down to another shop to look for what I needed.
