Sean gave us a good deal and was very attentive to our needs. We wanted an extra set of sheets, so we were told they had them in stock at another store, based on what the computer indicated. Not true! Drove to the northwest side for no reason.

We talked about our likes and dislikes and I felt Brent truly understood what we were looking for. After testing out multiple beds we did find one that suited our needs.

I was able to try out the beds I was interested in without high pressure sales tactics. The store was very conscientious about masks, sanitizer, and disinfecting places that were normally touched by customers (remotes for adjustable bases). The salesman, Brent, was very helpful to me and other customers in the store trying to find a good bed within their ideal price range of what they wanted to pay. Very satisfied with the buying experience!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Mattress Firm. I purchased a twin mattress and was told it would be available 2 days later at another location closer to my home. They said they would call when it arrived. After 2 days passed, 3 days passed and finally on the 4th day at 5:00pm I called them. They had my mattress for 3 days, but never called me. They also did not deliver it to the closer location as promised. As I said to the associate, if I had known it would take 4 days and not be delivered where promised I could have gone to any one of the other 150 mattress locations located on every street corner in this town. Very disappointed in their customer service and will not return to this location ever again.

My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress. I spent a ridiculous amount of time online researching mattress brands, beds in a box, etc. I watched several You Tube videos and read countless reviews. Once I narrowed down my list of potential brands and mattress types, I decided to head into Mattress Firm. I was greeted by Nathan as soon as I walked in the door. I showed Nathan my list and he went over it with me, showing me each brand and explained the different materials used in each brand. I was really impressed with Nathan’s knowledge and patience with me. I spent quite a while trying the different mattresses in the store and ultimately I narrowed down my list to two very different mattresses. A Tempur-pedic and a Kingsdown. We ended up purchasing the Kingsdown Meritage, a brand I had never even heard of! It was so incredibly comfortable and supportive! Nathan made the entire mattress buying process a breeze. I can’t recommend Nathan and Mattress Firm enough. We even plan to go back in a couple months to get a new mattress for our spare bedroom because the customer service was so good! :)

The salesman told me to watch and if Tempurpedic put the mattress on sale anytime up to 90 days after purchase, they would refund the difference. Always skeptical about going into a mattress firm. Thought it was wierd there would be 2-3 stores at the same corners. Wish I did sooner! However I think the credit of our experience really goes to our salesman Brent at 22nd and Harrison. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, curtious and entertaining.
