Diane made the entire process very easy and not intimidating at all! She was knowledgeable and gave us a quick set of questions to help us find a mattress that worked for us. We were given ample time to lie on each bed and get a feel for which one we wanted. I did not feel rushed it pressured into buying, which is a pleasant surprise when shopping for a mattress. Overall a really enjoyable experience and would recommend others they want a nice non pressure environment to shop for mattresses.

The personnel were very friendly and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the products that they sell.However, until I get and sleep on my mattress I will not be able to provide any information about said mattress.

Diana Kliene, although she may have been new to the organization her customer service exemplary made her a delight and a gift from God for us to find mattresses with no problem. Diana not only went above and beyond what any usual individual needing to make a quota would do, she never pressed us or lead us into any sale for her benefit. Although the perfect sleep package can be pricey, she worked within our budget and made it happen. If you are looking for a new manner in comfort while you sleep. Look for Ms. Kliene on the corner of Oracle & Ina guarantee you will not be fudging with her.

Sarah did an excellent job representing multiple product lines. She assisted in mattress selection to support needs of my husband and me. She suggested several manufacturers, products (ie. mattress covers, sheets, pillows), alternative bases, and financing. Also considered alternative choices based on product availability.

Mattress Firm has an excellent sale staff that is willing to meet competitors offers. I needed to buy a Purple Mattress for my mother as a surprise. Small home renovation and repairs while she was away visiting family members in another city. Purple delivery would be 2-4 weeks away. Since, Mattress Firm sells purple mattresses, they already have easy access to warehouses and are able to deliver in less than 1 week. I am now able to have a surprise reveal that I hoped for. Thanks to Ally and Erick at Mattress Firm.

Moving to Tucson so I ordered a new bed to be delivered Nov 1. Was told it was in stock and that Id have it that day. Last minute call that it was actually backordered. Guess Ill have to sleep on an inflatable until I find a better store to do business with. Never again.Update: Sleep Solutions Outlet in Tucson FOR THE WIN! They have the same mattress in stock for $700 less!! Its being delivered on Thursday. Amazing!!Update 2: Ive been waiting 10 days for my $2400 refund and still havent gotten it. I am going to have to dispute the charge with my bank. These people are a little shady.Update 3: Still no refund. My bank had to give me a provisional credit while they investigate this theft.

I needed same-day delivery for one of our residents in the assisted living community where I work. Beth, the store manager, was very quick and helpful. Everything was done over phone and email in just a few minutes. I received the delivery in two hours through a delivery app that Beth recommended. Just got our mattress deliverd. The staff (Nas and Daniel) at the mattress firm on Oracle and Ina were very nice and helped us find the right mattress on the adjustable base at great prices. I knew she would steer me in the right direction and, after all, I would be sleeping on this thing every night for years to come.
