I was looking for months all over the country for a fairly specific Cayman/Boxster S and found one here 700mi away from my home. I bargained fast and furious because by then I knew what kind of a killer deal is possible. Dennis Nicholson and the management matched my pace, didnt waste anyones time, and simply got me a deal for which I had to stop my car and let out a scream - YES!!!I flew over to drive my baby home and was told Id be picked up from the airport. What I didnt expect is a brand new black Macan GTS pulled up in front of me curb side, and out walks Mr. Danzel Washington himself. Yes, Dennis is quite a handsome guy in a Nebraska winter coat :-). When we pulled up to the dealer, my Cayman S was sitting in the showroom waiting for me - detailed down to the stainless screws, looking like every other new car next to her (its a 3-year old CPO!). I cant say if other Porsche dealers will treat me the same because its simply my first Porsche. But I can say Porsche of Omaha has delivered an impression worthy of the brand and beyond my expectation.I was stuck at the dealer for quite a long time because of my banks screw up, but thats a different and long story. Suffice to say, Dennis and Carrie went above and beyond, helping me through the ordeal and finally got me on the road with my car still in time for my planned trip.Its been almost six months now and Ive been busy. It still feels like honeymoon with my Cayman, and I just want to take the time and thank Dennis, Carrie and Porsche of Omaha for such a wonderful start of my Porsche ownership. Thanks again guys!

I realize that purchasing a new or used luxury vehicle remotely can a be very risky experience for any car buyer, especially during the mist of a worldwide pandemic and during a very bad economy. I deliberately choose the Woodhouse Porsche of Omaha dealership due to Porsche organizations superior reputation an history of providing high quality vehicles and customer service. Unfortunately, I did not receive the high quality vehicle or customer service from this dealership.My initial concerns arised when I received the car and the rear seat belts were basically “chewed through”, a huge detail that should’ve been easily caught in a basic used car safety inspection. I immediately wondered who and what type of inspection was done on this car? Once I received the vehicle I was shocked when my mechanic told me that the vehicle needed a new transfer case ($5,000 repair) and a upper oil pan gasket repair ($2,500). The manager mailed me a set of replacement seat belts which I had to pay an additional fee to install( $500).It was nearly one month before I heard back from a Woodhouse staff member after emailing them my concerns. I eventually received a call back from the very proffessional and courteous Mrs. Kathy Grimaldi who was extremely sympathic but was not able to resolve my issue after 2 months.Needless to say, as a recently retired active duty service member it was so disappointing to see how this dealership treats its customers and its Nations service members.My advice would be to avoid the Woodhouse Omaha Porches dealership at all cost.Extremely Disappointed

Just leased my first Porsche, and am very happy with the vehicle. Initially had a little problem with the pay off on my Audi trade-in, however the finance director was great and efficient to help me get it handled. All in all very nice staff, and would recommend doing business here.

I live in NY but happened to found a CPO car with the right spec and right price here. Throughout the process I worked with Ed W., who has been very responsive, and catered all my needs.I flew in for a test drive and bought the car on the spot. They helped arranging shipping with an enclosed trailer with a very reasonable price.There were a few minor issues I found out on the car after the car was delivered, but they were either covered by the CPO warranty, or Woodhouse has reimbursed me for the cost of fixing those.Obviously in an ideal world when you buy a CPO car, you would hope it would be in perfect shape but in reality sometimes it will just have some issues which they didn’t find out when they certify the car. (not a particular Porsches problem, I had similar experience with CPO BMW & Mercedes as well). However at least Woodhouse stood behind their car and helped make right on those problems, to me that’s what matters.A real shout out to Ed for his professionalism, passion for P-cars and providing top notch service to customers!

In every one of these occasions, I have walked away feeling entirely satisfied with every component of the experience: Price, Service, Delivery, and Communication. These subtle two distinctions make all the difference in the world in terms of how they treat you and communicate with you. Additionally, their service department is second to none. They are prompt and detail-oriented -- and hard-core car guys themselves. You can trust them with your baby. I do, and I have. And I have never been disappointed.I have lived in other cities, and dealt with other P-car dealers. Specifically, Chicago. There is NO COMPARISON in the way you are treated in Chicago dealerships vs Omaha. The experience is so much more low-key and relaxed when dealing with Porsche Omaha. If I were ever to relocate outside of Omaha, I would continue to do business with them over other dealers. So if you live outside Omaha, Id tell you its worth any slight geographic inconvenience to work with them.HIGHLY recommended.

Let me start by saying I consider myself extremely picky!! I live in the Des Moines area and got tired of the dealerships in town. Porsche of Omaha was a breath of air. It was no hassle and I was treated like a queen. I was worried about the service being so far away, they said they would pick up my car (IN DSM) put it in a trailer and drop me off a car when it was time for service. Well On Tuesday they picked up my car, and I just got in back today. Larry in the Service dept was amazing at communication and letting me know what was going on and the times they would be here for my car. Upon deliver clean car inside and out!! I cant wait to get my next Porsche. Thanks Larry in Service for making me love my car even more!!

I am from out of state, but Carey made everything very easy. From picking me up after I flew in, making sure the car was completely ready, taking care of a requested maintenance item that I sprung on him at the very last minute to following up with my while I was driving back to ensure the XM radio was working properly, you couldnt ask for a better sales person. All of the paperwork was ready for me to sign, so they simply could not have made this any easier. All very straight forward and nothing hidden or surprising.The next time I am in the market for a Porsche, this will be my first place to stop and check their inventory. Porsche of Omaha is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Our salesman, Brian Weisenberg, is always willing to help in any way he can. After buying multiple cars from Brian, he gave me all the information I needed and help me get the options on them that I needed. The service department has been very good too. I live 3 hrs away and Jason has gone out of his way to help me get scheduled and get back on the road as quickly as I could. I had one issue where they needed to get a part in and they sent my home with a Panamera loaner car. Do yourself a favor and check out Porsche at this dealership! You will be glad you did.

I love working with these guys, both the sales team & the service department. The sales team was patient with me over the course of several months to find me the exact Cayman S that I was looking for. Despite being fairly new to the Porsche community, I never felt intimidated - everyone at Woodhouse is very friendly and personable, while being extremely knowledgeable. I have worked in a Porsche dealership in a management capacity and have owned Porsches over the last many years. I have been in many Porsche dealerships around the country. Although they are two hundred miles away, I have had the pleasure of doing business with Porsche of Omaha for the last five years. I bought my 911 there and have had others serviced there, as my personal Sunday driver is, and has been a Porsche for many years. These guys are incredible! From the pro who answers the phone to the polite young man who washes my cars and everyone else that you might come in contact with along the way, there is absolutely nothing less than professional grade at any position. Everyone there is not only attentive and capable, but friendly as well. They have eye contact with you, they smile and say hello! All of the people there make excellence look to be easy and fun. The beautiful new face lift of their facility is impeccably clean as you would expect and their processes are as high-tech as are their skills at handling customers. Porsche-speak can be a difficult language to learn, but each employee that I have come in contact with there is a credit to their management staff and ownership, to the Porsche brand and to each other !
