CARSTAR did an excellent job fixing my van up after being hit. They worked with insurance, picked up my van, and had it ready to go before the original time frame. It looks better than it did before! When I had some concerns after getting it back, they looked at it and was able to alleviate any concerns I had. Im happy with the decision for them to fix my van and offered fair pricing (even if I didnt have to pay). I would highly recommend them.

They were recommended by the insurance company. They did the job on time and the car looks as good as new. They were helpful with arrangements for a rental car while mine was bring repaired. They returned the car detailed inside and out. I am more than pleased with the result.

Had a great experience with CarStar. I got into an accident and they helped me coordinate my rental. The repair of my car was very quick and communicative. When I left I noticed a light was on and promptly called them about it. They apologized and made it right. Now you might read that as a mistake - I just read that as human error happens. It’s what you do when you realize you missed something that matters. They communicated with my insurance company and fixed the issue. It’s easy to do a good job generally. But it’s much more challenging to have the humility to own and make mistakes right, even if they are exceedingly rare.I’m a big believer in it’s the people that make for a quality and thorough experience. I am a solidly assertive customer and I’m sure irritating to deal with sometimes. They were patient with me despite that, and I’m pleased with how my car looks and works.I would recommend them to anyone! Quick, communicative, quality work, and accountable.

Took my truck in for repairs after an accident. They did amazing and my truck looks brand new! They noticed my window was not working and immediately worked me out a quote for it too. Blown AWAY by the professionalism at this Body Shop. Ive been in customer service with the Auto industry since 2003 and these guys checked ALL the boxes! They were welcoming, kept me informed during the process, delivered on the promise date, explained the work done, AND cleaned my car INSIDE & OUT!! Having an accident sucks and I hope it dont happen again, but if it does I know where Ill be returning to. Im also recommending them to anyone I know....AWESOME JOB GUYS!

Ive taken my car here multiple times. The staff is friendly, their prices are fair, and most importantly theyve always done high quality like new work for me.

After an accident, progressive scheduled a time for me to drop my vehicle off to get work done. They did all of the work within 8 days! Once I got back into my car, I realized they fully cleaned and wiped down even the inside of the car. Progressive advised me to double checked all of the damage from the accident and it was all completely repaired. The work was immaculate!

This shop is absolutely amazing. Great service, great communication and a great job with my vehicle. Everything was completed faster than I was told. I had an issue/special circumstance involved with my repair, they went to bat for me. I felt like they had my best interest at heart and really cared about the outcome for me. They went above and beyond to make sure they took took care of me and my car. I will always return to this shop for any future repair needs!

The team at CARSTAR dont just repair your vehicle they rejuvenate your vehicle to a like new state. Customer service is great and attentive to the smallest detail. Yes I really like this facility.

Carstar does great work on auto repair. We unfortunately had to have 3 different vehicles repaired here over the years, do to accidents. And each time they did great work. Very nice staff.

I had a few screws missing on a part underneath my 2016 ford escape. Couldve been a little cost. However the manager came out got my keys, put the screws in for free! Super nice

Fast customer service, courteous-even detailed the inside of car; which was completely unexpected! They always kept me well informed on the status of my car and was excellent in serving as a liaison between me and the car rental place. Superb work!

These guys didn’t have a lot of reviews and the little they reviews weren’t bad and close to my location. I wish more people would write reviews. There are better auto body shops, I’d go elsewhere.

The entire service was fast and efficient. My car came back looking brand new, with the interior cleaned and vaccumed and they even put air in my tires, which was badly needed. The staff was amazing and all in all exceeded expectations

Walked in to ask for an estimate and when asked if it was going through insurance or not I said it was self paid, they turned me away and said they werent interested in taking on my repair and wouldnt even do an estimate. Said they would only look at what i had if it where an insurance claim. Ive worked as a technician for several years, so I am surprised that they turned away business, and it looks like insurance money suckers getting every penny they can from insurance companies. This is a sad way to run a business, at least suggest another location.

I have always been very please with the service at Carstar. Terri at front desk did such a great job on getting everything set up and made sure I knew that to call her with anything while our car was getting repaired. I cant think of the gentlemen name, but he has a beard and on day we dropped our car, the rental car didnt show. This gentleman call enterprise for us and got a car to us in 10 to 15 minutes. It is just pleasant to see how much this location 90th street, Omaha Ne cares about their customer. I have had cars repaired previously and always so pleased. I am typing this on my phone so I apologize for any errors or nonsense auto correct, but hopefully some recognition or plaque can be given. They truly deserve it.

CarStar has repaired my vehicle twice, both times, they have been very professional and great customer service . They update you on when your car will be done and give you any feedback if needed. What I also love about them, is that after a couple weeks of getting my car back. They made sure to call me, to see how everything was going with my car.. DO NOT bring your vehicle here. I can’t speak for all the surrounding Carstars but these guys at the 90th st location are crooks! I brought my car here after accident through State Farm. when i went back for my vehicle it was not how i had left it there. I checked the engine and somehow there were engine harness clips disconnected and sensors broken off. I went back to talk to them so they could make it right and their manager Greg Luddington immediately got defensive, Aaron wasn’t much better. Even after having video and picture proving they messed with the engine they just kept denying. They were pushy and rude from the first day, except for the receptionist lady. Now i have to pay the dealership to checked the engine. They are a preferred auto body which is why we came here but I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Requires an appointment to do a preliminary estimate. all the other places Ive been to did it on the spot. Not going back.
