Imperial took my 2016 Denali 1500 after i was ran off the road. Cory was honest and upfront about what it was going to cost to put a new roof on and new sunroof assembly into the truck. It turned out great. He kept me updated and it was done in a super timely fashion.

Replaced a rusted out panel, lined my wheel wells, and add a custom two tone liner to the lower rocker panels of my truck. Couldn’t have been more impressed with how it turned out. Meticulous, professional, and quality work. Hometown fell woth personal interaction. Top notch.

Great service, great results! I brought a vehicle in for a small repair. They ordered all the parts in advance so that I could wait while the work was done. I was offered coffee as soon as I walked in which was a nice touch. The car was ready much quicker than I expected and the owner himself even did some extra buffing for no charge to remove some scuffs that were outside of the original repair area. Top notch service for a job that I know couldnt have been very profitable. Would highly recommend this shop to anybody!

Cary and his team were the perfect example of customer service. The work was done on time and exceeded expectations. They even cleaned the car. More than that, they were fantastic human beings. The car was my fathers, who is 82 and suffering from Alzheimers. They made it easy to work with them by keeping me in the loop without excluding him. They were kind to him, were patient and it made the whole experience totally painless. Id recommend their shop to anyone needed repair work.

I have brought many vehicles to him over the years, and each one has turned out fabulous as well as being returned promptly and on time. These are jobs I wouldnt trust to just anyone! A friends Bentley Continental GT (two years old at the time) unfortunately needed a bit of paintwork due to damage, and Cary and I discussed what would be best for the car, then went that route - needless to say the Bentley turned out perfect!
