My first experience was amazing! He towed my car to the shop and within 2 hours he was calling letting me know what was going on and ensured it would be fixed by the next day! The work was fast and efficient and he was very kind to work out a reasonable price and pay agreement. Will definitely be returning for any car maintenance in the future!

Paco makes you feel right at home. My wife got into accident early in the evening and his shop was still open, and he was so understanding and willing to help. His communication and updates as things progress are second to none. He treats you like family, and he truly feels like our mechanic as other issues have come up. Im finally doing a review for this wonderful establishment! I have been to Pacos for tires twice and it was never a issue to get me in and get it done in a timely manner! This last time I needed my radiator replaced and the radiator support. Its hard finding mechanics you can trust and 1 thing this place has is INTEGRITY. Paco showed me my old radiator and the support along with the proof of new parts he ordered for my VW. He didnt have to do that and I truly appreciated it! Such a friendly man along with the others that work there! 100% recommend Pacos to anyone!! Anything you can think of they do!! A diamond in the rough would be a under statement. I hesitate to share my experience because it is so very difficult to find an honest mechanic who simply gets the job done with a fair and reasonable price.So please, make an appointment but not all at once. If you see my Black Cadillac with the Dead Head sticker on the back window then wait another day or two before making an appointment.By the way, I love baking cookies for these folks. I dont always know what they seem to say in such a happy and fun manner but they speak the English just fine.I have not gone to any other auto repair and body shop after discovering them when I needed new tires. They gave me a better deal on two of the same tires as one tire cost me at Firestone.One last thing. Please be considerate to this fine team of people. They are extremely fair in their pricing and always delivers the best quality of workmanship. Sometimes I feel like I should be paying more. Once I had to ask them if they were sure about the estimate. I told them that they needed to make some profit to feed their familes.This is very typical so please dont take them for granted or take advantage of them too. This should be kept a secret but it would be against my conscious if I said nothing. So please dont go blabing about this place to others or it will take forever to get scheduled for an appointments. And remember the Dead Head sticker on my Black Cadillac. I was first to find it. Thanks you.

I couldn’t get my door closed and spent half an hour at Autozone trying to get it figured out. They sent me over to Paco’s Auto Body and get literally fixed it in a few seconds. He was very friendly and knowledgeable!Went again for a separate issue, still got amazing service and my car was ready the same day.

I recommend Pacos they took real good care of me. I wont hesitate taking my car there. I got in the next morning and picked it up the next day. After buying a battery n alternator, they put the alternator in and the cost was very reasonable. He figured out that my battery and alternator wasnt the problem when he came out in the cold to jump me. It was a $3 fuse. Grrr! I was very comfortable there, its obvious this place knows what theyre doing!! $400 later and it was just a fuse. Wow! Great job Pack!!!

The work that Paco and his team does is excellent. I dont have to worry about being overcharged or shady practices here. Ive had my brakes, struts, spark plugs, an engine coil, and an oil change done here. Each visit, Ive dropped the car off in the morning and its done by that evening, with updates and photos along the way. Not just a great mechanic but a good guy, too. As long as I live in this area, Pacos will get my business.

Ive had the pleasure of using Pacos twice now. The first time was after a car accident. The body repair was unbelievable, you couldnt tell the car had ever been in an accident. The 2nd time was about a week ago. My drivers seat was stuck in a full recline position due to the motor going out. Pacos worked their magic and was able to get my seat upright even though the motor was out. They did not charge me an arm and a leg and really worked with me. I will always recommend Pacos, they are so polite and helpful. Pacos knows how to repair cars and treat their customers.

I needed the radiator replaced in our Jeep Grand Cherokee and didn’t have the time to do it. Paco got me in the day of on a Saturday! It was on time, done right, and his prices are very fair. I would recommend Paco’s to anyone!
