Will never let another repair shop touch my vehicles!My experience with Inter-Tech began decades ago when I managed a company fleet. All of our vehicles collision repairs went to Inter-Tech for many reasons.-Top quality (craftsmanship and parts)-Efficient (always completed in a timely manner with no hassle)-Communication (regular updates and expectations)-Friendly (always treated with respect, empathy and professionalism)-Knowledgeable (they know your vehicle, parts and procedures)And much moreI recently moved 2 states away and had an accident on my way back to Omaha. Being that I will only take my vehicles to Inter-Tech, I had it towed from Lincoln, NE to the 56 & Center, Omaha, NE location. They immediately got to work ordering parts once the insurance adjuster signed off. (They work well with every insurance co Ive gone through with them.) I had a single point of contact through the process. (Brandon W is fantastic!) He provided weekly updates via phone and more often as necessary. The completion estimate for this job was 6-8 weeks, which is very reasonable for the scope of work. Through our constant communication they were aware I would be in town at 4 weeks and I would check in then. They had it complete, including a full int/ext detail, with no corners cut! The only hiccup was that an interior door panel had a scratch on it and the replacement wasnt in yet (not their fault). They shipped the panel directly to me! The pickup and the work complete are flawless.Ill add that, over the years, I have also ordered impossible to find parts through Inter-Tech and theyve gone above and beyond every time.I cant recommend enough!

I love Inter-Tech. I was a loyal customer to another collision center for years, after someone hit me we went to a different place and got a pricey review so we tried inter tech on a whim! The estimate was done within 5 minutes and was 300$ cheaper than what the other center estimated! We are now loyal costumers to inter-tech. Unfortunately, I was in another wreck and took my car here and they estimated 3 weeks for repairs and I got it back in 2 weeks! They vacuumed and dusted my car out, folded a blank that was in my backseat, and emptied my car trash can for me! That is above and beyond service!!

I had paintless dent removal done on my car due to hail damage. It looks great! Upon picking up my car there was some type of residual compound on my car that needed to be cleaned off. Attention to detail is important to me and this should have been noticed before I picked up my vehicle. Once pointed out, they clean it and I was good to go. If this had not happened I’d gladly give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘s.

Perfect job. Impossible to tell that the whole side was destroyed. Done a week earlier than originally scheduled. Kept me up-to-date on progress. Even detailed it inside and out. (Things get dusty in the shop.) They handled ALL of the insurance stuff for me.

Customer service was great here. They were honest with the estimating process giving me options. Once I made my decision to go with them, they handled all of the details with my insurance company so I didnt have to worry about a thing. My repair was made in a timely manner and when I got my vehicle back, they washed and vacuumed it! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Great job!

From beginning to end, the process went so smoothly. The estimate took less than 15 minutes. They estimated the repairs would 2 days and thats exactly how long it took. Justin was so helpful in explaining what needed to be done so I could explain it to a third part payer. He was friendly and kept me updated on the progress with my vehicle.My only complaint is how long it took to get my car scheduled for repairs which I think speaks volumes to the service they provide. I will 100% use Inter-Tech Collision in the future and highly recommend them for anyone in need of vehicle repairs.

I was very impressed with my experience at Inter-Tech after I was involved in a hit and run. They fixed my car in a timely manner and everyone was great to work with - one of the employees even gave me a ride home (in a snowstorm) after there was miscommunication with the rental car company about when to pick me up there. My car looks and runs as if the accident never happened. Another bonus is they are a participating business on TAGG (Together a Greater Good) so you can choose your favorite charity to receive 5% of the money you spend there.

These guys were awesome! I recently bought a new van and 7 days after leaving the lot I was in a car accident. What easily could have been an awful day they made it super smooth and handled everything. They even made accommodations for me so I could pump while I was waiting for my rental car to pick me up. All I had to do was drop the car off and notify my insurance company, then they did everything else. Justin, Diana, and Chris were super friendly! They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and had me back on the road before the estimated finish date. I couldn’t be happier with my expirence and I recommend them to everyone!

High quality bodywork! Our car was peppered with 1,000+ dings from a hail storm and their paintless dent repair made it look like it did from the factory. Impressive. Customer service with updates and meeting an agreed-upon timeframe minimized the frustration. No reason for me to take my vehicle elsewhere.

The technician said my repair would take 3 business days. On day 3, I had to call in the late afternoon to check on my truck. I was told it was just being sent back to paint and that they would call me when it was ready - probably tomorrow. I waited on day 4 for a phone call - nothing. I called around 5 to see if the truck was done. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that he didnt know the status of my truck but would call as soon as it was ready. Day 5 rolled around and I got so busy with work that it was past their closing time before I realized I did not get a phone call. Day 6 I had to call to see if my truck was done. The gentleman said yes, it has been ready for days. When I came to come pick it up, it was buried in snow (see picture). Needless to say, a terrible customer experience.

Very friendly customer service and the car looks great. Based on a sticker on the door, I tried to TAGG my receipt and was disappointed that Inter Tech Collision was not on the list of businesses.

Wish it had been quicker, but worth the wait. (Took about 2 1/2 weeks.) They even washed and vacuumed the inside. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, they’re my first stop.

Excellent work, I was kept informed of the progress as it happened. Very courteous. Easy to work with.

Really good communication about the car I had to drop off after low-speed rear-end accident. It did take a while to fix, so I had to rent a car, but they kept me in the loop about it at all times and even let me leave the rental car at their lot, which was good because I had no one else to drive me around and didnt feel like riding buses just to get the car back to the rental place.

Went there with my Grandmother to get some damage on her van appraised. Joe, technician maybe?, was so helpful. Took time to look at damage and research online for replacement parts, printed out different estimates. So professional. So friendly. Would recommend every time.

My brand new car got side-swiped so I took it into several different places for estimates. I decided to go with Intertech on Center Street because their prices were fair and their customer service was great. The lady explained to me what my car needed to have done and what that would entail. I dropped my car off on a Monday and received a call from them on Wednesday just to touch base and let me know how the process was coming along. This was unexpected but a very nice touch. My car was ready Thursday, a day earlier than estimated. I was exceptionally happy to see that I was given an OEM part instead of an aftermarket part, like the other auto body shops were going to give me. They returned my car to me looking like new again! I recommend Intertech Collision Center to anyone looking for auto body repair!

They coordinated my cars work while I was out of the country through emails and phone calls with relatives who would be dropping it off and picking it up.Following their service, they continued to exceed my expectations in customer service by making sure their work was outstanding.They stand by the job they do, and if itnis not satisfactory they go above and beyond to ensure it is done correctly.I am so impressed with Intertech and their customer service as well as the work that was done on my car. I recently had a wonderful experience at InterTech on 56th and Center. I have an older Volkswagen beetle (1998) and needed the driver side door replaced due to rust. The InterTech team was honest, reliable and exceeded my expectations. They serviced my vehicle in a shorter time than they originally estimated and even washed my vehicle and vacuumed it out. Had my car for 2 weeks then told me they couldnt fix it after they told me they could. Sent to another body shop only to find out Inter Tech had ordered the wrong parts for my car. Had to get company to pick up wrong parts and deliver the right parts. Will never go here ever again.
