My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new vehicle from Charles. Charles was super informative and helped us understand the differences in options available in our Discovery. We never felt pressured like we would have at a traditional dealership. We had to make several trips to test drive and think things through and Charles was OK with us leaving each time, whereas other dealerships would have tried to make you make a decision before you left. We never felt that! Additionally, Charles took the time to explain some of the fundamental features of the vehicle so I felt comfortable leaving the dealership on day one. The technology expert, Jon, reached out the next day after our delivery and scheduled an at home visit to get the remaining items set up. Great experience overall!

Everything from the start to the very end went exceptionally well. This dealership was amazing! I purchased a vehicle with them and I live out of state. Younes was my salesman and he was amazing! He was super helpful and patient with me. And always responded back to me in a timely manner. I had to travel to pick up the vehicle and Younes had all the paperwork and the vehicle ready for me as soon as I got into the city. Best salesman I have ever dealt with. Jon was also super helpful and great! He showed me how to work all the features in the car and helped me with the remote service app on my phone. Was there a little bit longer than i wanted and nobody communicated with me when my vehicle was done. I had to go check with them twice except that Doug did a great job getting my recall done. Also feedback nobody knew how long it would take me approximately for my recall to be fixed when i come. Is nice to have that information so i can plan better whether i need a ride or if i should wait or get a loaner. Service call center couldnt get a hold of any advisor to ask neither. was a little disappointing. Overall satisfied. Freddie in sales kept me company while i waited

The sales experience with Brian Sivinski was great. Brian was knowledgeable about the entire Land Rover lineup and answered any questions we had about any of the cars. Brian went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I loved our next Range Rover. We asked for a small modification in the Velar by removing a DC plug, taking up a cup holder spot. Trust me, I know it seems silly, but my wife wanted three cup holders in the front of the car. Brian was excellent, and I would use him again to buy our next Range Rover.I can’t say it was a great experience to deal with Alex Raney in finance. We live out of state, so our experience with Alex was all over the phone. Alex was really pushing the extended warranty/protection items. After telling him, we were not interested several times, he finally got frustrated and pushed his way off the phone. I don’t know how many times I had to tell him we were not interested, and some of the comments he told me about insurance not covering a cracked rim are just wildly inaccurate. Alex didn’t answer our questions about the title, and our paperwork was done incorrectly, resulting in a delayed delivery of our new Range Rover. Not to mention the fact that extra miles were put on our car because the car was already en-route to us out of state when Alex’s mistake was discovered, and the car had to return to the dealer to get the update paperwork.If it wasn’t for salespeople like Brian, who go above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of this deal could have been killed.

We were extremely impressed by Land Rover Omahas service and professionalism. While on a family road trip (over the holidays), our Check Engine light appeared. Ultimately, the car had to be towed to Land Rover Omaha. They let us know as soon as it arrived. Throughout the service visit, they provided extremely timely updates so we could plan our trip home to Colorado and called when they said they would. They explained the issue in detail and even provided pictures. The service from Rob and Dan and James was truly top notch! My husband brought his 2014 Range Rover Sport in last summer of 2019. He brought his car in for an oil change, when he went to go pick up the car we were told it was going to be $3,500. We were completely shocked! They then informed us of everything that was done on the car that we did not approve. After back and forth all they gave us was a free oil change for the next visit. Fast forward to now, we brought the car in while we are on vacation and my father dropped it off and picked it up for us. We informed the dealership that we are on vacation so if you have any questions contact my father. Tim who we have been working with this whole time even in 2019, has contacted my husband 3 times after we repeated asked him to communicate with my father. After we decided what services we wanted and what we did not want, the car was ready. We got the tire sensor fixed and the free oil change. When my father showed up to get the car the bill was $1,000 more then we were quoted. After Tim looked around and realized it was an accident and we were being charged for all 4 sensors on the tires to be changed rather then just 1. I really wonder how many accidents on the bills have happened but no one noticed and still paid that insane bill. The whole time the car was in the shop Tim Twight tried to upsale my father who knows a good amount about cars and what should be done and what shouldn’t be done. They once again gave us a list of things that needed to be “fixed” on the car That we said no to. Land Rover and clearly Tim are just in it for the money. We have a ranger Rover with 51,000 miles on it and have put thousands of dollars into this stupid car. This will be our last Range Rover and we will be selling it very soon. Land Rover does not care about their customers!

I would leave this a 4.5-star rating if I could but since it doesnt I gave it a four. The only reason it would not get a 5-star rating is because I couldnt get the exact color that I wanted with the exterior and interior on the lot and didnt want to wait to order. AJ, my salesperson, was fantastic. I have wanted a Rover for 3 years and was just waiting to find the one that I had no hesitations on. AJ knew what I wanted. He was patient and professional and never pressured me to compromise my wants. The Discovery sport with the heated windshield, clear view and optional 3rd row was a no-contest decision. I do hope that in the very near future Land Rover changes the rear wiper to be underneath the back spoiler and then it would be unbeatable in my opinion.

All they say is they only sell Land Rover, yes, that’s obvious and everyone knows. Overall. Freddie Hall from Land Rover of Omaha is not professional and friendly at all.
