And then once you get through all of that hassle, then you have to listen to a prompt on how to do the bypass to get the vehicle to start

This service has been phenomenal from the beginning. The tech, Tyrone, has been nothing but professional and understanding. I appreciate the way I was treated and the need sometimes for him to be flexible with my schedule. I was late leaving work quite a few times. Very honest. Treated with dignity.

Ive been a customer at Smart Start for almost two years now...Ive had my own struggles of following rules but theses guys never made me feel judged...
