I called a while back to find a Haynes manual for my car. Nowhere else carried them, so I was surprised to see this store did. AutoZone has become one of my favorites as I work on different vehicle projects this year. The staff is wonderful to deal with. Thanks for the help and kind service! 😊

The gentleman that helped me was very nice. He came out replaced my drivers side wiper had me turn them on seemed to not be a problem. I went maybe 2 miles down the road to my next stop and my wiper blade doing off into the parking lot. This made it dangerous her home in the pouring down rain.

It was fast and easy and quick and nice, maybe its the morning shift ....

The store manager was so rude to me. I was trying to return an item and i had the original receipt. She told me there’s nothing she can do and if i wanted the item returned then take it back to the original store which was 2 hours away.

After I brought and oil filter bottles of oil and an a/c pro two days later I come back to return because I sold my car and manager Alan h treated me so unprofessional because I’m a black guy with dread didn’t want to return my item because I did t have a recipe when I ask for store credit told my he has to look on a computer for a recipe while I was in the rain with my 1 year old soon I had to call a region manager just to tell him that my return was valid smh what a waste of time and inconvenience from a manager at that

Im amazed of the items that AutoZone have on their shelves. I had to replace the front grill of an 06 Tocoma. When I removed the original grill, the plastic inserts that secured the grille had literally crumbled in my hands. Thinking that this a Toyota specific item, Im already (convinced in my mind) that I will have to go to a Toyota dealer to purchase the replacements. Since AutoZone is closer to my home, I tried them first. To my surprise, the store had the exact plastic inserts I needed. From now on, AutoZone will be my go-to store for my Automotive needs!

I recommend this business! I went in to have my car battery checked because Id had trouble starting a couple of times. Richard S. (I think was his name) didnt try to sell me one first thing...instead he offered me different options since the battery wasnt completely shot. I opted to replace it anyway, but I really appreciate that he didnt try to take advantage of the situation. Service was speedy and efficient! Thanks for your great service!

I understand limiting the amount of customers inside the store at a time during social distancing, but yelling across the store at someone who just walked in is embarrassing. Everyone looked in my husbands direction as if he just committed a crime. No purchases were made here today. After being disappointed at both AutoZone and Advance Auto, we made our purchase at OReilly.

Associates went above and beyond to help me with my car battery really appreciated

I used to come here a lot but tend to stay away from parts stores, the staff tends to think they know much more about the automotive work than anyone else and they forget they sell parts for a living, constantly offering unsolicited advice, and trying to help when I didnt ask for any. I like my trips to the parts stores to be in and out quickly and I cant do that when the guy behind the counter tries to tell me why I shouldnt do/ buy something. Im an ASE certified L1 Master Technician and dont need help from someone who cant pull the right parts half the time .

Tried to tell worker the item I pay was not the right price he said it was i told him no I work at auto zone he said yes had to literally show him it was the right price . Than has an attitude

Great service. SUPER helpful staff!!! I thought I was looking at a couple hundred dollars in repairs & Byron looked at my car & in seconds determined it was a bad battery. Paid 140 for a new battery with 3 year warranty.

The duralast products are all backed with a lifetime warranty, and they stand behind it. Ive never had any problems with returning or exchanging any tools, usually with no questions asked. I run a mobile mechanics business, so Im constantly coming in and out of here almost everyday, and its always the same friendly getting. Highly recommended any time you need a part for your car, even if you dont know what the part is called.

The staff was very helpful and efficent. I went in to have them diagnose a check in engine light with there code machine. Not only was the task easy and quick, i was able to receive a print out of what was possibly wrong and have price checks on the parts that were thought to be needed and cpuld help solve the issue. Its great to go somewhere that is helpful in solutions, but better when they are frank. Makes getting a opinion not strictly business but to be helpful in solving the issue at hand. Which is why i have this store a five star rating for my visit. Sometimes you want to hear a possible solution, not a promotion.

The manger and staff was not helpful at all. I asked the manger to help with a fuse in my 2011 KIA optima. He said maybe I need to change the light bulb. He had no idea what kind of vehicle Im driving. This was very poor customer service.
