My whole experience here was wonderful. Scott Rockswold was my salesman. He was very kind and worked very hard to help me out. Jessica Z. was my financial director and she was very polite. Together these guys worked hard to give me the best deal and Im proud to say that I am now an owner of a brand new 2021 Toyota Highlander. If you plan on using this location DO NOT make plans for anything else the rest of your day. This is the slowest service department I have ever dealt with. I have been here before and had a bad experience. I was really hoping this time would be different. All I needed was a quick tire change. Over 3 hours to change a single tire. I have been the ONLY person in this waiting room for the past 1.5 hrs.One positive note was, Maggie at service desk. She was very nice and explained everything to me. She understood my frustration and was very professional. It is her customer service that saved my possible return. As a last resort and only when all the other dealerships are booked will I use them.

Great experience! I’ve bought 5 cars from this dealership, and have never had anything bad to say about it. If you are in the market for a new or used car I highly recommend asking for Tyler Crites as your sales person. Proud and loyal Priority brand customer. However I have been to two other priority dealerships for service and was expecting the same level of professionalism and friendliness that I have received over the past 15 years I have been dealing with the Priority Toyota Chesapeake and was let down considerably by Hampton (twice now) and Springfield location (once). I hope they get a course in customer service and professionalism soon. Because if my experience with Hampton today was the norm then I would not be an advocate for Priority. Priority Toyota has gone down hill1) They almost killed my wife on minivan repair as the master technician is only there on certain days and could not review the work. About the last three times we had to take the car back in for service work that was done shoddy.2) We looked to buy a Toyota RAV4 Prime. First dealing with them is they insulted my wife saying the vehicle is for Toyota customers only. Yet outside we have three of them and have owned them since 1999. We just met with the young salesperson Nathaniel who showed us the cost, which was at least 5K above sticker.NEVER buy a new car there. You can drive 2.5 hours to Maryland and get them to order for sticker price. Same for NC. He didnt even try to stop us as we left. So much for Toyota loyalty.

Contrary to what Ive heard, I have had no problems when using this location. I will say that is limited to the parts department and quick help from service, without actually submitting an actual service ticket and leaving my vehicle. The parts department and service tech that helped out get the two thumbs up from me!

No one besides Ashley was kind. We had Paul as a salesman, told us untrue facts trying to make a fast sale, even after we just left another dealership. Then he told us there was a $6,000 mark up above the sticker price. If the staff was nicer and more welcoming, and there wasn’t extra charges on top of the MSRP, we would have gladly given them our money.

I have bought several new cars/trucks at various dealerships on the peninsula over the past 30 years I have lived here. This was by far the quickest and easiest sale I have experienced. Myron was superb at showing me around my new Rav4 and even took the time to help set my phone up to car. Ashley in finance had everything set up for me when I was directed to her area. This was the first time shopping at a Priority dealership. I drove away impressed.

Most horrible experience ever. On the phone I asked for a female sales associate. When I arrived they partnered us with Todd. Should have been my 1st warning. We purchased a Sienna Platinum on a Saturday that was to be delivered in about a week. Put a $6000 down payment on the vehicle. 4 days later when I called, I found out it was sold before our contract was finalized the day we were there, but no one informed us. Asked to be informed about their search to find another car similar to the one we signed paperwork on. I had to call each day to find information. When I expressed my feeling to them that I felt they were not being truthful, the salesperson immediately called me back and said his manager told him to return my money. When I called to speak with the general manager he declined to take my call. Later I spoke with the Inventory manager who was kind and ultimately refunded my money. I went to another dealership and went to sign the contract - I found that Priority had locked a higher interest rate with Toyota Financial than the one they had put in the contract so Toyota Financial was unable to get me the lower interest rate I qualified for. Doubly Screwed by this dealership! Made the mistake of not reading reviews prior to coming here. Will never make the mistake again. Be careful at this dealership.

Customer service is superb here. We know everyone has a job yet coming here is not full of inconveniences because the employees arent giving off vibes of not wanting to be at work. Personally I deal with the service department. Im terrible with names so why single anyone out, this department is a well oiled team. I have no problem living in RVA and utilizing the Hampton dealership for any services needed for preventive maintenance or just a simple oil change. Trust me I could go on but find out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I could NOT be happier!! I had the luxury of working with a gentleman name John Burkett. I was tired, angry, and exhausted from people trying to scam me out of money. We all have been there, right? First, I had an appointment at 7:30am. The minute I sot down, he was already walking towards me telling me the issues with my car. I have had an issue with my car for two years and I came here for a second opinion and John Burkett had answers. He worked with me like no other. Ive NEVER had such an experience as this.. ever. He was down to earth, funny, honest, personable, and understanding. He was considerate of my time and money. Because of this I will be returning for my car work hands down to only work with John. He needs a raise and/or promotion. Its people like this why companies are even in business. He made promises he could keep. The communication from him was amazing! The service advisor John should not even be working at Toyota to say the least he is HORRIBLE his customer service is trash as well as his demeanor and people skills. After having been without my car for over five months and having it sit on the lot of B&W Transmission for two of those months receiving no service because the repairs didnt cost as much as their thousand dollar jobs, I am super happy with my experience at Priority Toyota Hampton. I started a chat to schedule a service. She had to get with the service team and get back to me. By the time she got back to me, I had already scheduled a service for that afternoon. Much quicker to do it myself. Service was top notch. On time and quick (oil change and tire rotation). Recommended cleaning the fuel injectors due to mileage, and it was convenient at the time, so got that taken care of, too.

Terrible customer service. Bought a $30,000 truck and found out shortly after that the transmission was blown. They were kind enough to offer me $20,000 to buy it back though. Couldn’t even provide me with a rental while the truck was being fixed. If I could rate them zero stars I would. Truck has been broken for a month and a half, most expensive paper weight I ever bought.

Booked my service appointment last night and had an appt for 9:15 this morning for an oil change and filter. As always, when I came in this morning I was greeted by a pleasant staff and stopped in to see Jose at the desk. We checked my records and I was due for a radiator flush and already had over 5000 miles on my new tires so we rotated those as well.I was back on the road within an hour and my truck is well maintained and running great! With this steady service I have no doubt my truck will last a long time ! Thanks for the great Service team !

I will never buy from this store again. The salesman gave me a overnight test drive on a empty tank of gas. He didn’t offer to reimburse me for the gas. When I purchased the car, he still didn’t make sure the car was filled up. Here it is 2 months later and now I have to use my extended warranty. The problem is they listed a car on the warranty that I didn’t buy. So now they see the error I was supposed to get a corrected copy emailed to me that day, now it’s day 3 and I’m still waiting on the email. After continuously calling and getting a call back, now I must drive all the way across the bridge to sign a legal document that they screwed up. Great customer service!

UPDATED 08 SEP 20: I still agree that Antoine made my buying experience great at Priority Toyota Hampton but everything else about my experience at Priority Toyota was awful. The Finance Director made it very clear that he would rather be at home in his pool instead of wasting his time so we could buy TWO cars. Additionally, he ran multiple credit reports on both of us even though we both qualified for Zero percent interest. A warning of this would have saved us headaches and troubled calls back to the dealer. He also didnt process my paperwork correctly so that my loan was not funded until a month after I bought the car. I attempted to contact the General Manager and left a voicemail explaining that I had an issue and requested that he call me back. A week went by without him returning my call. I call again and was told, Well he is a busy man. REALLY? This is the answer to a customer with an issue. I was offered to leave another voicemail but requested that the receptionist take a physical message. The Finance Manager call to correct the finance issue but the GM never returned my call to find out from me my concerns or if I felt things were resolved. Finally, when my new plates arrived I found that instead of using the Toyota Front License bracket to install my front plate they had simply drilled two extra sets of holes in my front bumper.Thanks Priority for take a great sales experience and going to great lengths to trash my impression of your company. As I said before, I HATE buying cars!*********************************************************************I HATE shopping/buying cars. I dont want the hard sell. I dont want the stress. I received none of that at Priority Toyota Hampton. Antoine Bryant is a great guy. I would buy another car from him anytime. he was easy to talk with and made to deal super easy to complete. If I could give zero stars I would. Run far away!!! Me and my husband looked at a truck for a certain price. He ran his credit and got him approved for a completely different truck we did not even look at. They told my husband they would take a loss on the other truck if he sold it to him at the price they told us. Then they changed the story and said someone else bought it before us. Complete waste of time, very unprofessional of them running his credit on another truck without his permission. Shady af. Go somewhere else!

I have to say that this is the best dealership we have ever dealt with. Today we were trying to start our travel to Alaska and we had problems with our trailer lights. We called and talked to Jose and he told us to come in and they would try to work us in. Once we got here Matt was assigned to look at our vehicle, just by looking at it he knew exactly what we needed. He took us to the parts and ensured we got the correct parts and he even installed them on the spot. We couldnt believe how helpful both of these individuals were with us coming in at the last minute. We are so thankful for these two and the willingness to get us on the road safely as quickly as possible. I think they both deserve a raise. We will be coming back here when we move back in 4 years.

Poor website. Website is misleading. Went in to the Hampton,VA location to buy a 4Runner Trail that the website said was in stock at the Hampton location and they didnt have it. Instead of them trying to work with me or apologize for the misleading website, the salesman proceeded to brag about how Prioritys inventory is so large and that their inventory is shared throughout all locations, not understanding that that did me no good. No eagerness at all to work with me. Will be getting a 4Runner elsewhere.

I recently brought my Toyota Venza to this location to get a tune-up and an oil change. In the process of them changing my oil, they destroyed my oil pan. The dealership assumed no responsibility and claimed it was broken prior to me bringing it in. I complained about this matter and the service manager contacted me only to say that they dont assume responsibility although his tech broke the oil pan. The service manager called me and was extremely rude after I explained that I was not satisfied with such poor service. This has got to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I dont recommend them because they are rude and very incompetent.

Had my oil changed in my 2019 tacoma but was told thus time Toyota does not do free tire rotation any more. Kind of puzzling to me because the first two oil changes the tire rotation was included. When I first purchased the vehicle I was told all my oil changes, inspection, tire rotation was free for life. Really doesnt bother me too much, but dont tell a customer you gonna do something then change your mind later. Although I was treated respectfully by the employees though.

Arrived at their service area on 09/11/20 approx. 7:30am with no appointment. A young lady greeted me with a smile, gave me an info sheet and sent me inside to find a service advisor. I always look for Devin Johnson - He is the MAN and as usual he made my visit an awesome experience, Thanks again Devin for all you do. He is a great asset to Hampton Priority Toyota and a model for all service advisors to follow. Worst customer service out there, I recently bought a used car worth 6600$, drove it for one day and engine light came on. Went to Autozone and got it check out, came out that the camshaft position sensor was bad. WOW. Called the salesman asking what I should do and he just dismissed my problem cause you know he already got his money. I called him again and he says to bring it in TODAY! So I did, drove from Virginia Beach to the service area and a serviceman told me they are closed, CLOSED! So I went to my salesman and he said they shouldn’t be and we confronted that serviceman apparently he didn’t say that and that he said they can’t do anymore cars today. LIES, he said closed, so they told me to bring it in the next day came in 9 am told them what’s wrong they said they’ll take care of it, told me what was wrong which I already knew, told me that the part they need is 15 min down the road and it’ll take 3-4 hours, so that’s not too bad, I waited 4 hours until I started looking for my car, went around back and MY CAR WAS STILL AT THE SAME SPOT WHERE I LEFT IT. Like cmon. So I came up to the lady that helped me and she said she’ll check on it. Then the same serviceman came up to me and said they got the “WRONG PART” which is total and utterly BULL!!! It’s been sitting there and y’all forgot about it. LAIRS AND ONLY THERE FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!! “Priority” the name is a joke. Yeah this is very descriptive and I know they know who Iam but it doesn’t matter I’m not taking my business here NO MORE! SALESMAN AND SERVICE ARE THE WORST HERE.

Toyota lost a customer today.This was the worst auto service experience I have ever had. Prioritys services are extremely overpriced, even by dealership standards. The service personnel did not review the services they completed, or the multipoint inspection, like I am accustomed to from other Toyota dealerships.When I left, my front drivers side tire made a noticeable clicking sound, which they could have easily corrected by re-balancing the tires or rotating them to their original positions. Take your car to Pearson Toyota in Newport News or a local shop. Dont waste your time or money at Priority.

I had an issue with communication about the price of an item in November, and was there almost 3 hours for an oil change and inspection on my none priority vehicle,Devin was kind enough to check on me and my kids when the person taking care of me this visit didn’t. I called to speak to the service manager or general manager and never heard back, fast forward to this August I made an appointment to take my priority vehicle in and after my hour drive there, getting my 3 small children out of the car and into the lobby that my appointment is not there, and that they were so busy I would wait a long time even if I had an appt..I rescheduled and asked to speak to a manager, was told they weren’t there at the moment, so I called and left a voicemail, no call back, then I did the online chat and still no response, online I asked for the regional managers or districts phone number and one couldn’t be produced. This was 2 weeks ago and I STILL have had no call back from a manager!! We will NEVER return to this location againWhat started off as something small is now a lot bigger all because a manager couldn’t just call me back!

Very easy to work with this crew at this dealership. Met me at a very good price on my new Rav4 and was very patient with allowing me and my wife to discuss things and drive different vehicles. The sales specialist i worked with wasnt pushy either. He accepted that i already knew about the car and just wanted to talk numbers. Way better experience than i had at Chesapeake Priority.

Ive been with them for 12 years now. Prioritys service team (Jose Ott) was ready for my early morning unscheduled appointment and got the work done in a timely and efficient manner. It hasnt always been perfect but they are consistent with the great service that they provide. When there is a problem, they work extra hard to correct it. Kudos to Priority Toyota Hampton!

The customer service reps are ok. Service takes too long and theyre EXTRAORDINARILY expensive (i.e $500.00 for a thermostat replacement). Im glad that they have free oil change for life but God forbid you need a repair. Its a shame. 👎👎👎👎

Good place ..service some mechanics need more training. The tech said i have a leaking tire ...but he didnt fix it just told me maybe this and that...i had to go to tire plus to get it fixed
