Good customer service, no excessive up selling, but over all you get what you pay for.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced. The customer service is great. They also do an excellent job keeping me on the status of my vehicle. Throughout the time of service. They have a state of art body shop. They do excellent repair work. When it leaves its next to impossible to tell that the vehicle was even repaired. I come here for all my automotive needs. Whether its purchasing a new vehicle servicing and existing vehicle. Or have one repaired after an accident. This is the place I go.

I own a 2012 GT 5.0 Mustang. It’s my daily driver. I have been taking my car to Quick Lane for over a year now. They always complete maintenance on my car in a timely manner. I had to get brakes replaced, an alignment, the rear bushings and bushing sway bar replaced, along with whiper blades. I dropped my car off on Monday afternoon and it was ready to pick up on Tuesday afternoon. They offer loaner vehicles for $30 a day, which is great for those who commute daily. I recommend this place to anyone who owns/drives a ford. The prices are reasonable. Oil changes here are cheaper than if you were to take your car to an oil change service shop. The place is very professional and it’s worth the extra money to avoid taking your car to a sketchy auto shop around here. Save your self some time when it comes to oil changes or anything to do with your car and just take it to ford quick lane!

They were phenomenal! I had an issue with my car and wasnt going to be able to get home safely. Without hesitation they were able to squeeze me in, even though it was close to quitting time, and got me back on the road! They were courteous, professional and incredibly personable. I will be back!

People in the service Dept were not considerate

Great customer service. They always call you back if needed and can look up competitive prices on factory ford parts from other dealerships across the U.S. I never had a bad experience with the parts department and have been in and out of their office many times in the last 4 years.

The crew here are awesome. Great work and trustworthy. Ive been coming here for a few years now. If you dont want mechanics that try and take advantage of you these are your guys.The one down side is they are very busy and not able to get to the phone, and the website to schedule appointments wont always tell the shop. It would be easier to just stop by the desk and schedule an appointment in person.

Fast and accurate with your routine checkups, but book your detail only on weekdays. They have toys for the kids while waiting and are very nice about it.

Since buying a vehicle in 2016, we have used quick lane several times for routine oil changes and tire rotations. Every single time it has taken 90-120 minutes with an appointment. Today, my appointment was at 730 and now at 821 my vehicle still hasn’t moved. I asked if they were running behind and they said the vehicle would be pulled back soon. Not sure who manages the quick lane but the current process is inefficient. It shouldn’t take 2 hours for an oil change. You cant run an effective business model with this level of service. Even from a customer service standpoint, if a vehicle is going to get serviced well past the appointment time, someone should notify the customer. Poor business practices here.

Fairly quick and friendly, but you will pay for it

Had appt for state inspection at 9am called at noon and had to leave a message. Didnt receive a call back. At 2:15pm called again to find out that they were waiting on an inspector to arrive. WTWORLD. I called again to be told that my car was ready, at 6pm. Im at work and quick lane is closed for holiday weekend. This is really sad. Cant pick up my vehicle until Tuesday. Never again.

Almost always good, exceptional lately below acceptable early in ownership,to their credit they have gotten much better to nearly great the last 3 visits.Most recent visit March 28th 2018 5⭐out of 5.Was late for appointment got 1 tire replaced oil change tire rotation & inspection ✔ quickly & I was late by 42 minutes for appt.Moved to body shop brought touch up paint with & Brandon from their body shop voluntarily applied touch up paint for free said if I had any problem with process let it settle & bring 🚗 back & he would work on it again.

Made an appointment three weeks out for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 7am, currently its 918 and my vehicle is still in the waiting line. I wont be back.

$95 diagnostic free that DOES not go toward the work of the car.Very uncomfortable not nice waiting room.No opportunity for a loaner car without a fee.Ended up just having the diagnosis and I took to another Ford dealership for the work (who would have applied the diagnostic fee to the work and did have a complementary loaner car).I did purchase my expedition from here but this is the last time I will use this service center.Not impressed.

Fast service and great job

They were rude to my wife and didnt care. my last interaction with them a year before this was extremely positive. Their records are also incorrect which is a major problem to me.
