Thanks to Leon and Dwayne and their team at Tysinger for making the purchase and receipt of my 2014 CL 550 so easy and professional! This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car and we did it all virtually!My car was delivered in pristine condition and frankly was the best value I was able to find on the CarFax and Cars.com sites after looking for over a month. Great value and great service dont usually pair up at many car dealerships - the Tysinger Team proves it does work and makes for a very satisfying experience!I fully expect to remain plugged into Tysinger for future car considerations and to recommend them to my family and friends all over the country looking for a fine vehicle from an outstanding dealership!

This place is exceptionally busy but yet the flow is always organized and I appreciate the timely service there are sometimes they, may run a little behind but I rather them run behind then to miss something on my vehicle. One of the best dealerships that me and my wife have dealt with. Best sales rep we have had to purchase a car from. Joseph was wonderful explaining in detail of what things they offer on the car. He was not pushy and he was honest 💯 percent. All the finance people were just great. Management was the best I had to deal with too. Building was very clean and I have been in other dealerships before that was not up to par. The service department did an amazing job cleaning and doing the paint protection on the car. A+ service all the way around .We will be back.

The service department, or maybe specifically the customer service agent I was dealing with, was horrible. She was non-responsive to multiple texts, calls, etc. and seemed to not take action until I called the main number and left a message for the manager in order to get a status update. After which, I would not receive a call from the manager I left a message for but would get a call from the regular agent who would suddenly have an update for me. My car was at the dealership for nearly a month! Beyond the service side, I also spoke with a salesperson to get the trade in value of my car as I was interested in upgrading. Apparently, they are also not interested in selling cars because he never called even after I left a message for a return call a week later. Bad business, in my opinion. Very disappointed and will not be doing business there in the future.

Great experience at Tysinger. We had just started a two week trip out of northern Virginia in our Sprinter/camper van. A wheel sensor went bad on 64 of all places. Limped in to Tysinger late in the afternoon. Didnt feel like things were going to go well. Thanks to Matt Ewell, Sprinter Service Manager, everything went perfect.Matt got the sprinter into service and two hours later we were back on the road. Thank you Matt, staff and technicians at Tysinger. I could tell be the attitude at Tysinger that it was a great place to work and buy a car.

Bring Tysinger back... My last service valet I asked for a quote for my Mercedes and I had an issue with my start/stop engine. Upon getting my car back I did not get a quote and I still felt the issue with my engine. I called the dealership and left a message with the service tech. I got no response. A week later I called to speak to a manager. I explained the situation and was told I would get a call back to follow up. I got no call back. Third call I asked to speak to a general manager. I spoke to a different manager. He asked me when can I bring it in again. I told him I would not because I pay for valet. We scheduled a valet pick up on 10/22. It was completely missed. No call. No follow up. Nothing. I never had these problems with Tysinger. My next lease will not be with Hampton Auto Mall.

The customer service is NOT what it used to be when Tysinger owned it; simply put, there is none.The labor rate has gone through the roof; these people are only here to take you for a ride, and to take as much of your money as possible.Sorry to see Mark sell out. What a loss to the community.Ive already removed the Tysinger medallion from my car. Time to find another place to go. Recommend you all do the same.

My car has been at this service department since 4-16-2021, for a state inspection...and its still there as of today 6/3/2021. I also wanted them to look into the reason my car was pooling water after a rain storm. I have called, emailed, and switched service advisors because of the lack of customer service I received. I had to personally go into the service department after a month of my car being in there for anything to be done as far as them checking on where the water was coming from. In the midst of the Client Care Manager switching service advisors on my behalf, they put tires on my car that I didnt authorize. I clearly told the first Service Advisor to have the mechanics reject my inspection because I would take my car elsewhere to have tires placed on the car. He told me they matched prices of other tire companies so we agreed I would send him prices that I found from other vendors... so why does my car now have new tires that I NEVER agreed to nor authorized? I specifically emailed the Client Care Manager and told him I didnt want any services performed on the car until I spoke to someone competent...but that didnt happen. This is by far THE WORST experience I have ever had at the Tysinger service department since 2008.

We looked at and eventually bought a previously owned car from Tysinger. It took all day! We even left once because the price just wasnt where we wanted. Not much but still. The sales manager came out as we were getting in our car and gave us a good faith reduction just to come back in. We did buy the Sebring convertible. We also purchased gap insurance and warranty. Guess what? We have a problem. The roof leaks like a river. Called Sammy in Finance and nothing can be done. The warranty we purchased doesnt cover anything like a defective top. What a ripoff. It took 2 days to get in touch with Sammy and we still dont have title to the car after purchasing May 25th. Of course, the first payment is coming due but I guess it will all just be put down as sour grapes from this family.

I have been cgoing to Tysinger for 4 years now and today I received HORRIBLE customer service. My car has the wrong oil, my car was NOT detailed, and they didnt even change the service sticker in the window....which makes me wonder if they even bothered to change the oil. I called, while still 8n the oarking lot and was told that they are now closed and that all they can offer is for me to call tomorrow to see if they can try to remedy the error. I am genuinely afraid to take my vehicle back there.

If you are looking for a dealer that needs four days to do an oil change, tire rotation and replace battery, this is your place! Of course they will tell you it will take a day but consider yourself lucky if that happens. No where near expected level of service for a Mercedes Benz dealer, even if you are a long time customer.

I was so pleased with the service that I received. Greeted at the door immediately with a smile, JP directed me with my sales person Katherine at 400pm. Katherine was very professional 😊. I was done by 530 with test driving, appraisal of my vehicle and signing papers to close my deal. EXCELLENT! JP was leaving for the day. Introduce me Mike who completed the buyers order. Horrible experience. Was told that the car, that I had already paid for, would be ready the next day and it wasnt. I was told they needed to clean it and get a new state inspection. This took 2 days and if I hadnt kept calling, Im certain it would have been days longer. I found it ironic, that the message that was playing as I was put on hold yet again, mentioned that, your time is important to us. QUIT LYING. The only thing that was important to them was my MONEY. Once they had it, they could care less about me. Apparently they put the car up for sale before it was ready to leave the lot. It didnt seem like there was any communication between the departments. They also attempted to slick talk us into many things that we didnt need or want. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them and will encourage all my family and friends to avoid this place. Although they knew that I wasnt a happy customer. there was no service recovery effort attempted. Giving it a one star rating only because a negative star rating wasnt an available option. Dont waste your time or money here.

Hyundai: Nice people and good technicians. Plan on having a ride or using their shuttle program however. I made an appointment for 09:40am, showed up 5 min early to check in, and 2 hours later my car had not been looked at yet as they were backed up which they made apparent was a regular occurrence.

If you go to Audi Tysinger service department for one simple service issue on your car and if it is not a big ticket for them, then dont worry their service department staff are well trained and know how to take money out from your wallet. Very manipulative and arrogance is rooted in their culture. If your car is 100K driven then i will never recommend you to take it to them because that is where they will extract your money while making you feel like your car is aged …by the way this is their favorite phrase so be cautious about their trick and dont fall in their trap....Good Luck to all customers who are seeking services at Audi Tysinger....

If I could give them no stars I would. My mother went there to get her car serviced because of a recall and while she was waiting a woman walked into the (full) waiting room without a mask. My mother went to the receptionist and told her that she felt uncomfortable and to ask the woman to put a mask on. The woman then proceeded to suggest that my mom go to another room if she is uncomfortable even though there are mask requirement signs all over their dealership. When my mom decided to escalate it, the receptionist lied and said that my mom and the woman were the only two people in the waiting when that was untrue and my mother had proof. If you want to go get your car serviced during a pandemic and have no choice but to wait and if you care about your health, DONT GO TO TYSINGER because they do not enforce the mask policy in a full waiting room and if you are Black and express a concern please be prepared to be asked to be segregated.

Ms Pamela Farmer and Wendell Towe of Tysinger Hyundai are 2 AWESOME employees. This is my second time to Tysinger to purchase a vehicle. We first came to Tysinger back in Nov 2019, and my daughter got a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. She was involved in a 4 car accident on June 20, 2020 that her car was a total loss, not her fault. So here we are again shopping for another car on Aug 1, 2020. Mr Wendell Towe helped my daughter and I to get another car. He was so down to earth and very knowledgeable about Hyundai cars. My daughter got a 2016 Hyundai Sonata, and she loves her car. Ms Pamela Farmer is the end of the process and remembered my daughter and I from Nov 2019 and was shocked to see us back so soon getting another car. God is good because she was able to get another car on that same day Aug 1. Ms Pamela Farmer said we are like family, she is such a nice, sweet lady. She was the same way to us like when we first met her back in Nov 2019. Tysinger Hyundai should always recognize there key employees that will go that extra mile to satisfy there customers. We bought a new 2019 Hyundai Elantra Limited in October 2019. Service department called in December wanting me to bring the car in for service along with a recall to upgrade ECU software. We dropped off the car in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon on the same day. Before we could get out of the parking lot, we noticed that none of the electronics work (power windows, door locks, horn etc.). We brought it back and came back after two hours to have the issues worked out. We made an appointment to bring the car in on Feb 28 to address an area around the driver side window which bubbling up. When we get there, we were told that our ECU software needs update (again???). Few hours later, we went to pick up the car and the issue around the window was not addressed due to shortage of personnel on that day. The gentlemen whose job is to fix things like this was shuttling customers around. So we made an appointment for the following Monday. Later found that part need order to fix the issue which is understandable. I called service department yesterday Mar 9 to see if parts were in to make an appointment and was told that no part order was on the system. I spoke to the Customer Relation manager and he assure me that Service Department personnel will be calling me yesterday but no one ever did.I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this whole thing. We have always drive Toyota and this is the first Hyundai we bought to give it a try. The vehicle is fine but the service from your dealership is TERRIBLE. I would love to give you a negative 5 rating if I can. So I would settle down with one star instead.

All I can day is Fantastic! Paige Bloomquist was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. We had a hiccup on their end. Bobby the Manager stepped in and handled the Situation flawlessly. We all came to a nice agreement and found something that fit me better as well. Audi A4 to be exact. Ok, so I left a previous review about sales 1 month ago. So this is for the Service side. Ty was my service Advisor. Came in had told him whats going on with my tire. Told me hed take care of it. He called me roughly an hour later and found 2 more tires with the same issue. There may have also been a need for a control arm replacement. Quoted 2700. Called me after another 45 minutes and we found that no issues were found except the tires. Fantastic! 1405. Picked up car and light came on after 4 hours. Discussed everything with Paige Bloomquis. And she said she handle everything with ty. Called ty in the Am and he had me come in to reset a computer. Easy and efficient service. GO To TY or Paige. They will take good. Are of you.

Excellent service! I was treated like someone special and important! Rachel was very helpful and professional. She knew my name on sight, checked me in quickly, informed me of what was going to happen in plenty of time for me to drive off in a loaner car and arrive to work on time. When I returned, she informed me that a service I had requested was not needed, and didnt charge me for it, when she could have gone ahead and ordered it done, and add it to my bill. I was so happy with the whole experience that I stopped by the managers office to tell him about it.

However the used vehicles we test drove were a disappointment as inferior cosmetic repairs were evident on several $90,000 vehicles.Trade in values have been consistently under standard book amounts. Not a good place to trade or buy a used vehicle.

I purchased a 2018 Maxima in February, with a 3 yr extended warranty. I needed to put some windshield wiper fluid in the car, the fluid ran straight out. I called to have them check it out. They told me I may have to use my insurance to get it fixed. If that is the case what is the extended warranty for. Then they said I would have to pay $30 a day for a loaner. This is bs. This is the first time I have ever bought a used car. It will never happen again, and for that matter I wont ever buy a new car from tysinger and never recommend anyone else does.

I haven’t had a good experience either time I’ve been to Tysinger, my car was Misdiagnosed . I was told by Jay Bussey the manager if I went and picked up the old part and it was bad he would Reimburse me for the part. I did so the same day making a trip from Hampton VA, to Yorktown Va back to Hampton to provide the part. After 5 days of no call back, I reached out to Jay Bussey and was then told the part looked like it had been tampered with. He now chose to blame the other Mechanic / business and only agreed to give me the Diagnostic charge back, as a store credit, the same thing I was offered before he sent me to pick up the part in the first place. I was lied to my face and also have a witness to what the Manager Jay bussey said he would reimburse me for. Mind you this whole issue has cost me over 800.00 $ but I was made to feel by the manager Jay this was a waste of his time, which he actually said to me and my Fiancé. I feel sorry for the good customers that feel like they have to take there cars to Tysinger in Hampton va. Tysinger did absolutely nothing but lie to my face and offer me a credit to a place I would never allow work on my car after a wrong diagnostic.

My vehicle purchasing experiences at Tysinger Automotive have been very satisfying and I rank them #1! Since moving to the Hampton Roads (HR) area over 15 years ago, my family and I have purchased five vehicles from the Tysinger dealership and during each event, weve received superb care and outstanding customer service! Each purchase and servicing, has allowed us to respect the Tysinger family and its sales and service teams. During my most recent purchase, I bought a beautiful used Range Rover from their Audi dealership. Unfortunately, shortly afterwards, I experienced an expensive issue with the vehicle. Blake Tysinger jumped in and assisted me with the issue by going above and beyond the call of duty. Buying a used expensive vehicle can be very scary but when you buy from the leader in the community, you benefit from choosing them. Tysingers reputation is fantastic in the HR community and they pride themselves on buying and selling quality new and used automobiles. When my vehicle fell below expectations, the entire team (salesman, sales manager, and the service manager) jumped in to assist me. To be honest, I don’t know what I would have done without their thoughtful assistance. Blake and his team provided me a nice loaner, assisted me with getting my vehicle repaired in Richmond, and provided me with an assurance that I made the best choice buying from them. They did not provide the service on my car because i have the maintenance package. Told me it would be at least a 3 hour wait for a oil change. And if i got an oil change i would have to pay for maintenance in the future. So why purchase the maintenance package?? There customer service in the service dept SUCKS. No follow-up call like most dealerships probaly because they know they did bad business. 1st and last purchase from there

The service couldve been a little bit more concerning. They put you in a room and keep giving you the Ill be back on 5mins routine. After 30 mins I excused myself and took my business elsewhere. Dont have time to play games when Im spending my money

An oil change that is scheduled for 1230 but is not complete until 230 with no updates along the way regarding the delay is unacceptable. I also added a super wash to the oil change so I thought that was what the hold up was...nope, I find out at 230 that my car is now going in line for a wash. I went out to find my car was #8 in line. I jumped in it and left, I doubt I will go back.
