Dropped my car off at 8am. Staff was professional, polite and explained the process. Called and gave me update and estimate. Car was ready by 9am. Will definitely use them again. Great job guys!!!

I called to make an appointment about getting my tires aligned, and when I told them I drove a hybrid they refused to help, said we can’t work on those kinds of cars. Who’s going to tell them that wheels are wheels? What a joke. Makes you wonder if they even know what they’re doing?

I had received an oil change at the valvoline on tiny town last wk and immediately after my car started to lose oil. I called to double check that nothing went wrong, they assured me nothing had and advised that i go to the goodyear repair shop of madison st. I go to goodyear shop im early. The staff arrives early. And they got straight to work. They were quick and efficient with getting my vehicle back and inspecting and diagnosing the problem. Not even 15mins in they were able to identify the issue and presented a resolution. Due to the severity of my issue and the timing they went ahead and fixed my issue. Most shops i have been to will wait til you have everything before they started working, not these guys. I greatly appreciated these gentlemen and hopefully there kindness and willingness to help does not go unnoticed. Great representation of Goodyear/Valvoline. Thank you casey and phillip.

Great guys the fix my a/c issue and the service was quick

I went to them with the issue of my TMPS sensor reading 0. My tire was not flat or hissing and leaking. The sensor had just broke and I needed it replaced. I got there and they hooked the computer up to it and I dont know why because my vehicles dash was screaming to service the tire pressure sensor on the front driver side tire. They came back and told me they didnt know what the issue was and I had to take it to a Jeep dealership... That seemed fishy to me. So I went to Gateway Tire and they fixed my problem of replacing the TMPS sensor and they were cheaper as well. Gateway is now my go to.Response to Goodyear - How can you tell me the dash didnt say anything about tire pressure when as soon as you start my car, the little red tire pressure light comes on, the dash, which normally shows the speedometer showed you a picture of which tire was low AND reading 0, AND a message also appears on the dash saying service tire pressure system. I dont think you wanted to be bothered with the work as I was the only one in your shop. For 3 day until I could get the problem fixed, all these warnings appeared on my dash, no way the one time you start my car did none of them appear because when I started my jeep to leave your shop, I got those messages. Gateways computer read the issue fine AND the took the warnings they saw from the dash. I will never do business with Goodyear and I will let everyone know what a terrible, untrustworthy business this is.

Had a tire that was losing pressure. Took it to these guys and they found the problem quickly, and then patched it for free. Service was fast, friendly and on point. Will be going back when I need to replace some tires!

My wife and I have used this location for years and on multiple vehicles and our service has always been stellar. I had a horrible blowout on a sidewall of an old tire today, drove down on a spare, decided to just go ahead and get 4 new tires. They had them in stock, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Polite, professional and efficient. 11/10 would recommend!

I bought the Assurance Max Life for my car on-line Saturday and chose the Convenient Car Care to have the tires delivered and installed. After making the purchase on-line, I called Convenient Car Care and spoke with Casey. He confirmed the tires were available in Nashville, would be delivered on Monday and once they arrived he would call me to let me know I could come in and have them installed.Casey called me Monday morning at 10:30am telling me they had arrived, I got there at 11:00am and they had me out the door at 11:30am. It’s hard to find service like this now days.This place is THE definition of how customer service should be done. I bought a brand new 2017 GMC Sierra about 2.5 years ago and had just detailed it because my wife and I were leaving for FL the next day and I noticed a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Not only did this place have my specific tire in stock, they had the best price and Jake fit me in immediately as I showed up and got me taken care of. He even put tire shine on the new tire to match the other 3!Today I found a nail in our 2009 Jeep Wrangler and this shop was the first that came to mind. There Jake was again. He took the Jeep back and patched me up and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Was with goodyear for 3 years and 2 sets of tires. I paid for the lifetime alignment. My tires wore badly and quickly on the outside tread (front tires, toe). I took it in at least a half dozen times for that issue alone in the last year and yet they could not get the toe correct. They would always tell me its good to go. I Looked up the specs specifically for my truck for the toe, i took it to them and they refused to make the change, but rather quickly offered to give me half a refund on my lifetime alignment and to take my truck else where(guess they were sick of seeing me). Could not refund me cash and was unable to refund me to my check card, ended up mailing me a check for $75, $10 short of what they told me they were mailing me. Took my truck to gateway in clarksville for alignment and they get the toe correct with no issues. People, dont waste your time or hard earned money going to goodyear, they dont know what their doing

I took my car to Goodyear and Jacob the service manager did my wheel alignment after I put new tires on...I had to get car aligned again wasnt done right by Goodyear and had to buy two more tires because Goodyears service manager Jacob doesnt know how to do a wheel alignment...Goodyear needs to replace him...He charged me $89.00 plus I had to have car redone $65.00 at another shop and had to buy new tires at Discount Tire $310.00. My tires was only on my car 3 weeks paid $800 plus $310.00 for two front tire I had to replace... I dont recommend Goodyear on Madison St at all they need more Schooling.

I called 8 different shops around clarksville to try to find someone to help me take a stripped and rusty screw out of the a/c blower motor so that i could replace it. The man i talked to (i wish i remembered his name) told me to bring it up to him and hed see what he could do. He got the screw off AND even installed my new blower motor. He was a God send. We will definitely take our car here in the future. These guys are wondeful!!!!!! A++++
